Montreal Hotels with Pools

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay. Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque. Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well. Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel. Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access by car. The rooms are spacious and clean, with relatively new facilities. However, the bathroom fixtures are not as well-maintained, and the exhaust fan is quite noisy. Breakfast is a good traditional Western buffet. It's about a 30-minute drive to the city center, but the highway often gets congested. Luckily, there's a newly opened subway station nearby, which is the best option for getting into town. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, making it suitable for short business trips or leisure travel.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, exactly what you'd expect. I had a very comfortable stay. It's super convenient to get to the Old City from the city center, just a short walk away, and heading to Chinatown for food was also a breeze.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Room was spacious, comfy and clean. We love their chocolate cookies upon arrival. That was a nice treat and warm welcome, especially for kids. It is located a bit far from the Old Montreal district. At this competitive price and quality, this is not an issue for us. We actually came back to here for another night within the week.

Best location: Within 2 minutes walk to metro station Berri UQAM ( orange line) connecting to green and yellow lines of metro. Airport bus stop is within minutes from this metro station. Major tourist attractions like Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, Jacques-Cartier ( old Montreal) are within 25 minutes walking distances. from the hotel. It took us less than 15 minutes walking from the hotel, so we went to a very popular bakery shop - Coco in China town for buying freshly baked bread almost every day of our stay at the hotel. Besides that, countless restaurants, pubs, shops, a few theatre along the Sainte-Catherine Street. The most amazing thing is a big supermarket is just within the same building ( 1 minute from the hotel lobby) where we can buy drinking water and fruits always and small gift items ( maple syrup etc) as well at reasonable prices. Services: staff are friendly and helpful Size of room: very spacious, we stayed for a 2 queen beds room. The sofa & a small table is fantastic. On the whole, the hotel is well decorated, clean and neat. It does not have much facilities like a 4/5 star hotel, but Starbucks , the surrounding restaurants, fast food ( ie McDonald ) and ready made food ( sandwiches /salad/roasted chicken/ sushi etc) in supermarket can always feed the hotel guests.

The front desk staff are very friendly and the location is great with abundant nearby shopping and close to metro if you need to hit downtown area

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in. It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt like we were in a rural setting, not downtown Montreal! I highly recommend this hotel!!

I've stayed here before. It's a typical airport hotel. No restaurant, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It would be great if the shuttle ran more frequently than every 30 minutes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right next to Chinatown, and the subway station is conveniently located across the street to the left of the hotel's main entrance. If you turn right from the main entrance, you'll find a Southeast Asian food street. It's a fantastic location, just a 7-8 minute walk to attractions like the Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, the underground city's fountains, and the Berlin Wall photo spot. What was most surprising was the hotel's Chinese-style decor, and even the food ads in the elevator were in Chinese, which felt very welcoming. We booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious with two comfortable queen-sized beds (1.5m). Some front desk staff speak Chinese, though not always available. Overall, the service was good. The only minor downsides were that the room didn't provide slippers or a kettle, and there was no complimentary bottled water.
