The room was great, but what truly made our stay was the wonderful lady at the front desk! She upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast, and even a small gift. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The service was incredibly attentive and considerate. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

The hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt.

The scenic spot is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel. It is relatively close. The next day I will go to Qinghai Lake. The boss helped recommend the bus driver's contact. Way, the homestay walks to the bus station for about a few minutes. In the evening, the boss will organize everyone to see the stars ✨, and be sure to wear more nights that are super cold.
