Came to visit Chaka Salt Lake, and even though there's a risk of altitude sickness here, they provided an oxygen concentrator which made a huge difference – I felt so much more comfortable! They were very accommodating with everything we needed, and the service was excellent 👍. The overall facilities are quite good, and the hygiene is top-notch; it's definitely one of the best places around. My child also experienced some altitude sickness, and they kindly arranged a late check-out for us.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were gentle and attentive. They even delivered fruit and yogurt to the room, and breakfast was included, which I really enjoyed. It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a gift.

Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel; Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Chaka Jundao Hotel for this trip to Chaka Salt Lake! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the salt lake scenic area, making travel very convenient.
