"This was a truly unexpected find! Surrounded by a desert landscape, there's actually an oasis wetland here, with a thriving ecosystem. There are several lakes, big and small, and you can spot quite a few animals. The individual villas offer excellent privacy, making for a wonderfully relaxed stay. The environment is lovely, clean, and pristine, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. They even have coffee, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"The service was alright; the front desk even gave out small gifts, slippers, and toothbrushes to the two kids. However, the hotel facilities are dated. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking, and we had to call a technician to fix it the next morning. Some of the door frames were peeling. The restaurant is in the basement, which wasn't a great experience, and the food was just mediocre – barely edible. Overall, it feels far from a 4-star hotel, and some 3-star hotels are even better."

"The newly built hotel is in a unique and attractive location. The facilities are decent, except for a pungent smell from the newly renovated rooms (which is unacceptable). The staff's attitude and awareness are so-so, at best passable; they should receive proper training in the future. Otherwise, it doesn't justify the price. Breakfast was outsourced, and due to the low temperature and power outage (not the hotel's fault), guests were served a cold breakfast with no reheating option. I wonder if they could even stomach it."
