GGuest UserThis is definitely a five star hotel by international standard. The location is convenient and the reception was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the room is complete and the size of the room is extremely suitable for a family of three.
The breakfast is surprising international and the selections are of a full varieties of both local and international cuisine.
A place to be at whenever you're within the vicinity.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

äø¹ but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has åøęŗęæ for free (for those who has a driver).
However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that itās out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang.
The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset.
One thing to share would be HAHA
We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didnāt come.
However, itās not a big factor and we totally understand because itās in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesnāt have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. šÆ

GGuest UserThe room is clean and has a unique design. It has tatami mats, a projection, and a tea table. The two children sat at the tea table and drank tea.
It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area.
Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

The room is spacious with complete facilities, and the cleanliness is impeccable, making our stay very reassuring. The staff are very friendly and always promptly helped us with any issues. They even gave us salt sculptures and an oxygen concentrator as gifts. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, offering great value for money. It's highly recommended for anyone traveling, providing an excellent experience!

The hotel's hardware facilities are very complete, the oxygen supply is also sufficient, and the purified water direct printing machine is very reliable. It's like being at home! The breakfast is also very rich! It is worth recommending!

HHong PeirThe hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully;
Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.
