Staying in Golmud during my Northwest Grand Loop road trip, I decided to try this hotel based on the positive reviews. And it definitely lived up to the hype! The room was brand new, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. They even offered valet parking and luggage assistance straight to my room, where they explained the facilities and local dining spots. The room itself was well-equipped with a humidifier, oxygen diffuser, and water purifier. Breakfast was also great. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel, I definitely made the right choice!

The facilities inside the room are very complete, and the waiter also prepared earplugs and mosquito repellent for us. The details are full of care. The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful. The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There is any demand during the stay, the response is very timely, the service attitude is gentle and friendly, and people feel very kind. This hotel has the best service during this trip. Because I like the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains, the hotel also upgraded it to a family suite. We arrived at Chaka Salt Lake on the first day of our trip to Qinghai. I looked at many hotels online and saw that their reviews were very high, so I placed an order directly. The front desk was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, but I forgot to take a photo of the room and uploaded it. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and offers a rich breakfast spread. This positive review is for the lovely lady at the front desk! She patiently explained the breakfast options, which included local specialty ramen and a buffet! She also brought us fruit, and adorably encouraged me to take more photos of the room, which truly was great! The facilities are excellent! Most importantly, they provide disposable amenities. Other friends should definitely consider this hotel, as it offers incredible value for money!

The room was very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with disposable amenities. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the owner was excellent. Because I was looking after an elderly person, they even upgraded my room for free! They also offer room service, which was a pleasant surprise. As someone from the south, I was thrilled to finally eat something beyond just ramen, beef, and lamb. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.

The shower was broken, the sink was leaking and there was water on the floor all the time. However, both could be used. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and it was very noisy, but got quieter after at 10 pm. WiFi connection was good. A great advantage of this hotel is the location right next to the lake which is very convenient. Therefore, it’s a good option for a one night stay.
