MM302612****入住期間體驗感很好，所有工作人員的服務都特別好！非常細心耐心熱情，會按照你的需求給你分房間，提供幫助。房間乾淨整潔，環境舒適，餐廳食物豐富可口！（很多五星級賓館都沒有這樣的服務態度）網上下訂單時，告知了有點不舒服，工作人員提前在房間裏開了暖氣，製氧，加濕器，幫忙拿行李，還特意送了氧氣瓶和緩解的葯物。主動幫忙點餐送到房間。需要打印的資料也很快打印好送達，辦事效率很高！（會貼心的送下午茶，夜宵）沒有一個工作人員要好評，都是自己發自內心的評價。之後如果來格爾木，還會選黃河國際酒店，也會推薦給大家~

MMogaobumogaofeiThis hotel was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I really appreciated the disposable bath towels. If I ever come back to Chaka, I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel is very new. Overall, it's excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming.

Hhuan...The triple room at this hotel was very spacious, and the room itself felt new with no strange odors. It also offered a beautiful window view, though unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side. It's conveniently located just 3 kilometers from Chaka Salt Lake, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and they even gave us a lovely souvenir! The only downside was that it poured rain at Chaka Salt Lake that day, so we couldn't go in and explore. I'll definitely be back though.

BBingyingThe rooms were clean and tidy, and the owner was very welcoming. The hotel includes a very generous breakfast, and you can also order dinner at the hotel if you prefer. The facilities are comparable to a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Heidushan Mountain, the Petroleum Town, and Ruyi Lake. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to visit again.

GGuest UserCome to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe.
Whether it is hardware or service, it is impeccable, highly recommended! Stay here next time you come to Golmud!

GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯

The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The rooms are notably spacious, and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff received high praise for being very friendly.
A small note for international travelers: the breakfast is very Chinese in style. As such, it may lack common Western options like coffee, but aside from that, it's an excellent choice for a short stay.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator. After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here – it's well worth a stay!

GGuest UserThe location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay.
The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too.
I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.
