After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

MM3561****The room was great, fully smart, and the light-colored decor looked very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The evening views with the lighting were also fantastic.
The environment is split into two parts: the interior is excellent, but the exterior is a bit rough.
The B&B's location is super convenient; just downstairs, you're at Sanjie Liangxiang, making it easy to find food and explore creative cultural shops. Definitely recommend it. It's perfect for first-time visitors to Nanning. Plus, a short walk away, there's an old-brand Laoyoufen that's delicious too…

Cleanliness: Good by guesthouse standards.
Service: Basic. Late check-out at 2 PM requires a positive review and a 100 RMB deposit.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: Very average. The bedside backrest is rarely touched, and there's dust on the areas I don't often lean against. Photos taken from the front and side under the lighting are shown in P1 and P2. The showerhead had noticeable water stains (photos taken right after check-in, before using it). It was unacceptable, so I had to use a kettle to simmer it before using it.
Facilities: The bathroom lacked a dry/wet area, so it was average. The plastic slippers weren't very clean either. The kettle was supposed to be on the countertop, but there's no outlet on that entire wall. 👎🏻 The TV had the smoothest screen projection experience of all the hotels I've stayed in. 👍🏻
Service: The front desk lady was very nice and gentle, so I'm giving her an extra star.
Environment: The soundproofing was a bit poor. Living on the fourth floor, I could hear people chatting on the floors below. The hotel is tucked away behind Vienna, and the promotional photos are nice, but overall, it's just average for the price.

MM230014****The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The studio itself had no strange odors. It was very easy to find shopping and dining downstairs, and it was close to Sanjie Liangxiang. However, the window in the room faced the exterior wall of a shopping mall, and there was some trash in between, which wasn't a great sight. They should really check and clean that regularly.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

The B&B is close to the main road, making it easy to get a taxi, and there are many snack bars around. The overall experience is comfortable and I will come again next time!

The service and environment of the inn made me feel that our visit was not in vain. The room facilities were complete, although we were Hebei people in the north are not used to the temperature of the room, so they can solve the problem by turning on the air conditioner in the room. GGuest UserIt was hard to find a hotel. When I came to the room, the owner met me and said that there was no lock in the door. It was very strange, but I didn't have the strength to look for another place and I was given a 30% discount. The shower hose had a hole, but the owner changed it for me 10 minutes later. The equipment of the room was already outdated, but in general everything was clean. The discounted price was already more adequate, but it seemed too much to me for this room.

Located in the shiny expanse of the Nanning East Railway Station there is little reason to see daylight again. A choice of late nights foods, drinks, and delivery services help you to chill deeper underground.
The railway check in level is just above the lair, so be prepared for bright light when you choose to resurface.
A decent room with an unusual view behind massive curtains. Expect comfortable beds and a decent rainforest effect shower. The toilet pumps are a tad loud, like the underground railway system, but sleep comes as easy as a fox in a den.
