After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was clean and bright with excellent facilities, and the soft bed made for a super comfortable sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, paying close attention to every detail. The environment was quiet and elegant, offering fantastic value for money. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

AAnonymous UserThe first impression of this hotel is not impressive as clearly it is a v old building. I was given a 11th floor unit that required to climb one floor, as the lift only served up to 10 sty. To change to bedroom with lift landing need extra payment. The hotel room is basic but clean. Reception is polite but I did not test their English and I have not seen any westerners in this hotel. The free laundry room operates from 9am to 10pm only, with one washer and one dryer. I have to pay RMB15 per day for breakfast. Walk in guests can even negotiate discount before booking. A one twin room with lift landing from RMB15 reduced to RMB150. Considering no free upgrade or free breakfast given to me (a norm in China) thus I did not give them perfect score.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious with a view of Sanjie Liangxiang and the river. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old. On the bright side, the front desk service is excellent and very patient.
**Cleanliness:** The hygiene is just so-so. It's best to use your own toiletries, towels, and bath towels.
**Environment:** It's super convenient to stay here for dining and shopping. The only downside is for those who drive, as the downstairs parking costs 50 yuan per day.

GGuest UserBringing my family to Binyang for a short trip, comparing several, and finally setting up Yiduo Hotel (Phoenix Lake Park Store). The whole family was very satisfied after check-in. First of all, the location is very convenient, close to Phoenix Lake Park, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, shopping and eating are very convenient, and traveling with elderly children is particularly worry-free. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, there is no noise, it is very suitable for families. The room hygiene is particularly meticulous, the corners are cleaned very clean, the sheets are clean and odorless, the bathroom is clean, and the family is very relieved. The facilities are very user-friendly, the room space is not small, the air conditioning, TV, and network are normal and easy to use, each room has free drinking water, and the details are in place. Free parking, convenient location, self-service laundry room is also very practical, take the children out to change clothes, washing clothes is very convenient. The service is particularly warm, the front desk check-in efficiency is high, the attitude is kind, there are any problems to find the staff, they are patient to help solve, will not be perfunctory. WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

It's just the on the opposite side of KFC abd luckin coffee and surrounded by huge varieties of restaurants.
The receptionist is helpful , kind and moreover, he speaks good English.
Room is good clean and comfortable.
Things for improvement
1- pay. More attention to the breakfast and the breakfast restaurant. It can't be even called a restaurant. It's located at nowhere , surrounded by kinda storage or garbage .
2- literally you are sleeping with trains , Very noisy room .. and it's expected .
All in All .. it was a nice stay , enough for on night .

GGuest UserAround 400 RMB a night during the Chinese New Year period is pretty much the market rate. We saw a lot of people arrive late at night only to find no rooms available. In terms of value for money, staying in a windowless basement definitely makes you feel a bit uncomfortable, even if the facilities are quite good, and the TV is huge. Cell phone reception was poor. This hotel is on the second basement level, while the Hanting hotel upstairs is on the first basement level – they're both underground. The main advantage is its location right inside the train station; you just go upstairs to enter the station, and it takes less than ten minutes. It's perfect for catching a train late at night or early in the morning.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a bit hard to find, because they don't have a reception and they didn't send any instructions beforehand. I had to ask around until I found them. The room was large, but a bit run down (dropping pipes in the bathroom, cables sticking out of the wall, etc.). But the location was very close to the Nanning railway station and there is a supermarket directly in the building.
