Just as described, it's clean and hygienic with great service and a rich breakfast. The hotel also subsidizes part of the parking fee. However, I stayed on the top floor, and the noise from Wanda Plaza's rooftop machinery was quite loud, affecting my sleep. The hotel staff responded actively to my concern, which was great. It would have been even better if I had been informed about this beforehand to avoid it. Still, I'll give it a 5-star rating.

🏠Location: It’s right on the main road and you’re there immediately, unlike some B&Bs that require access to rural roads. 🍃Environment: I am very satisfied with the overall environment. Every corner is carefully decorated and there are views everywhere. There is a small swimming pool and a place for barbecue in the back. The overall facilities in the village are very good. It is comfortable to walk around. You can also play in the water in summer. . 🧍♀️Service: I went during the off-season, and the boss upgraded the tree house for free, which was great. Our group, three families, was the only one who went there on the weekend. The boss can communicate very well and asked what time would be suitable for breakfast the next day and which outdoor place can be used. The service attitude is super good. I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast. Auntie cooked delicious rice noodles and steamed buns. If we couldn’t finish them, she asked us to pack them for the children. The overall experience is great. If there is one area that needs to be improved, it is that the water in the bathroom is not hot enough and the water pressure is not enough. I hope the boss can see it😄 and I can take a nice bath next time.

I recently spent three wonderful nights in a Superior Suite at the Lotus Luxury Hotel, and I must say the experience was absolutely exceptional! Having travelled extensively and stayed in some of the world’s finest luxury hotels, I can confidently say that the hospitality and professionalism at this hotel were truly outstanding. My first point of contact was Maylin, the hotel’s Loyalty Officer, who assisted me through WeChat before and during my stay. She was incredibly helpful, professional and attentive, arranging flowers, personal notes and several special requests. Her attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to Arron, whose friendly personality, professionalism and genuine passion for hospitality really stood out. He is certainly in the right industry, and his excellent customer service deserves recognition. The suite was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Staying on the 72nd floor, with breathtaking views, made the experience even more special. The breakfast staff were equally welcoming and attentive. In particular, I would like to thank a lovely lady dressed in a black suit whom I encountered during the first two mornings of my stay. Her professionalism and helpfulness did not go unnoticed. What truly makes this hotel special is not simply the luxury accommodation or spectacular views, but the people who work there. Their genuine warmth, attention to detail and dedication to excellent service are what separate a good hotel from an outstanding one. Would I return? Absolutely, without hesitation! I picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll. The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well? The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

The reason we chose to stay here is very simple: the triple room option is perfect for a family of three traveling together, basically a no-brainer. Five-star hotels usually offer either king-size or twin rooms, neither of which is suitable, and suites are too expensive and not cost-effective. I sincerely suggest that luxury hotels consider equipping a certain percentage of triple rooms; I believe there's a market for it. Apart from that, the hotel offers excellent views. Even though we had a city-view room, we could still enjoy the beautiful scenery of Nanhu Lake. As this is the only super-tall building in the area, I recommend going to the rooftop bar at night to enjoy the 360-degree city night view. It can be quite windy at night, so it's best to bring a jacket. The hotel's pool and gym are both good; the pool is a 25-meter pool, which is larger than average. Breakfast is definitely five-star, with a wide selection of local snacks that are just as good as those outside. In the evening, you can also experience the Langxi Night Market, which is not far and suitable for a city walk or an e-bike ride.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the service is warm, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely come again. Convenient location, quiet environment, and excellent hygiene. The overall experience was great, highly recommend staying here. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the facilities were complete and functional. My stay was very comfortable, and it deserves high praise. The station pick-up and drop-off was timely and reliable.

Most importantly, it's incredibly cost-effective – you get a lot for a little money! 👏 The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities, making me feel right at home. And the unlimited free bottled water was such a thoughtful touch, a godsend for someone like me who drinks a lot of water. A truly comfortable and pleasant stay – I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanning! Just need to get ready to relax! 🤩

The apartment is very well located and the price is good. Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool. The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day. The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building... But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !

A hotel in a truly great location, situated in a small tourist village where the main attractions are just a 15-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the hotel staff, especially the owner and the breakast cooker. The breakfast was generous, and you can rent bikes for 10 RMB a day! The staff even gave us bananas for our departure. We would come again if we could.

This place in Nanning is even more beautiful than I imagined. The food is so dazzling and colorful that I couldn’t have guessed it. So I treat my hotel friends in Nanning like this. The biggest advantage of this restaurant is that my room has an independent bathroom. Bath, quadruple room, no private bathroom is really troublesome. If you want to get too hot in advance, you can't wait to take a shower right away, but there are always people queuing up, and the queue lasts for an hour or two. It's really troublesome, and it's also very uncomfortable. No, that's it. This place is very good. The only issue with the lack of hygiene is that it is actually okay. Overall it is good and the transportation is convenient, so it is convenient to go out to eat.
