"This is an older five-star hotel, and while the decor is about a decade old, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The best part is its fantastic location right in the central business district. Metro Line 2's Exit G is right outside, and it's just a few minutes walk to Sanjie Liangxiang, Zhongshan Road Night Market, and the Yongjiang River. It was incredibly convenient for evening strolls! The breakfast definitely lived up to the standard of an established hotel, even featuring local specialties from Guangdong and Guangxi. They also offer a special morning tea (available for an extra charge, and the hotel provides coupons). Unfortunately, I missed it because I had an early train to catch, but I'd love to try it next time!"

The common areas were neat and grand, and the service team, including Colin, Rose, Helen, and Eileen, were all excellent. It was quiet at night, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's ideal whether you're traveling for leisure or just need a change of scenery. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"My stay at Youyi Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, making it easy to go shopping, find restaurants, and hop on public transport. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just right – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was always consistent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite, making check-in a breeze, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are modern, and it offers great value for money. The room facilities are quite old, but luckily the location is excellent, close to the Yongjiang River and Zhongshan Pedestrian Street."

"My stay was excellent! The staff's meticulous service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. "Sincerely give five-star praise! The overall decoration and environment of the hotel are very bright. From the front desk check-in, you can feel the staff's excellent service attitude. The front desk staff 018 and 002 are warm and meticulous. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the areas were clean and refreshing, and the children came to the college entrance examination. The room prepared stationery supplies for the college entrance examination candidates. There is a restaurant downstairs to order food at any time. "The lady at the front desk was super-efficient with check-in. She noticed there was an extra person staying and thoughtfully provided an additional set of toiletries. "Qingxiu Mountain one-time adult ticket (single entry ticket) - 12:00-17:00 entry: I didn't get to use this ticket because I'd been there before. This is my second or third time staying at the Renaissance in Nanning, after many trips. I used to stay at the Shangri-La. The same front desk staff member who checked me in this time also helped me before. I had just driven for a long time and was completely exhausted. If it hadn't been for that front desk staff member checking me in, I might have been unhappy, haha. I didn't change rooms for the next two days either. Overall, it was a decent stay. I think it's a worthwhile place to stay in Nanning, all things considered. It's even better than the Shangri-La, except for the location and a few special services. I don't have any photos; I don't like taking them. I only have one picture of getting takeout. There's barbecue downstairs."

GGuest UserWelcome fruit on the first day:
1. This deserves a negative review. I didn't see any welcome fruit from the moment I checked into the room on the first day. It wasn't until noon on the second day that I proactively called the front desk to inquire. The front desk staff didn't even realize no fruit had been sent (though their attitude was very good and they patiently guided me over the phone to find the minibar's fridge).
2. Furthermore, when the welcome fruit was eventually delivered, no utensils were provided, so the mango was impossible to eat. I thanked the staff member who delivered the fruit, but he didn't respond and just closed the door and left. He seemed very cold, like a newbie. As for the fruit itself, the bananas, lychees, and apples were all very fresh, and the lychees were very sweet.
Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability):
It seems this wasn't proactively mentioned during check-in this time. Previously, they would offer to arrange it during check-in. When checking out, there was no one at the central front desk, and queues formed on both sides. I stood near the front desk with my room card, but no one came forward to ask if I needed to check out or if I needed assistance.
Facilities:
1. The desk lamp with a rotary switch next to the writing desk was faulty, flickering like a candle. I was genuinely afraid the light bulb would explode. If someone had attended to me or asked about my stay during check-out, I might not have even bothered writing this review.
2. The elevator has noticeably slowed down, but it's acceptable.
Service:
1. A shout-out to the doorman who proactively helped open the car door; he was very polite.
2. Also, on the first night, while waiting for the elevator down on the 80th floor, I was proactively greeted with a 'good evening,' which was a nice touch.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough.
I look forward to seeing improvements next time.

**View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying.
**Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

XXingzoudeboboSDHygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner.
Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor.
Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool.
Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded.
Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive.
Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station.
Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt.
Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, and check-in was convenient since I didn't have to get up early. It's directly opposite the airport with a skybridge connecting to it, which is super handy. I stayed here before and found it convenient with a good environment. This time, I booked it for my relatives and they also found it very convenient and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I need to in the future.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment.
We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
