AAzi@Facilities: The facilities are excellent and comprehensive, with brand new equipment and smart room controls. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and odor-free. Environment: The environment is pleasant, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to the Guangxi Culture and Arts Center Grand Theater, making it super easy to attend shows – it's within walking distance. I specifically came to see Chen Lijun's 'My Grand View Garden' this time. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping was also excellent. MLily 0-Pressure Deep Sleep Pillow: I registered my details for the pillow, and they informed me it would be couriered to my home. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nanning.

BBaoheshuimianThe entire stay was a terrible and frustrating experience. First, my takeout order arrived at the ground floor at 8:20 PM. After waiting about 25 minutes for it to be delivered to my room, I politely called the front desk. They told me it was being delivered by a robot. I waited another 5 minutes and still didn't receive it, so I called again to inquire. Only then did the front desk actually confirm that the concierge on the ground floor hadn't placed the order in the robot. It took three phone calls from me and 40 minutes for one takeout order to get from the ground floor to my room. Second, my reservation included late check-out, and I confirmed this at check-in. On the day of check-out, the front desk called to say I had already exceeded the check-out time. Only after I reminded them did they bother to check my booking details. In both instances, they offered a verbal 'we are very sorry' – probably knowing that as a guest, I couldn't really do anything about it. But in reality, one problem led to another, and the entire system, from central coordination and communication to the front desk service, completely fell apart. I originally chose The Luxury Collection over Shangri-La. Now, I've learned my lesson and will choose Shangri-La. There are many 'cloud' hotels (referring to high-end hotels) everywhere, but not every one of them is as annoying as The Luxury Collection.

XXingzoudeboboSDHygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner. Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor. Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool. Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded. Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive. Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt. Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

GGuest UserI was really satisfied with the hotel I stayed at during this trip. The room was very clean, had no strange smells, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept really well at night. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, which made showering very convenient, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff had a good attitude and check-in was quick. They were also very patient when answering our questions. The location was decent too, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The room size was appropriate, with good lighting and ventilation, and the soundproofing was acceptable – I wasn't disturbed by any noise. It offers great value for money, with no hidden fees, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, there were no major downsides, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone.

HHRKOOWe booked the hotel again for our return trip after seeing great reviews and no regrets! Near junction of shopping street, very convenient. Can walk to 三街两巷. Service on the ground floor was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was basic local food. Overall stay was pleasant and like the huge space. The opposite park had people singing for both times we were there and they stopped at 10pm sharp. Felt the vibrant city and how the folks enjoy life! The night market behind Uniqlo had people offering good and cheap massage along the street. People on the streets were friendly too. There are a few hotels in the same building so look out for the correct check in lobby.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, parking is easy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a short walk to Zhongshan Road Food Street, which I highly recommend visiting for its many local snacks. It's a clean and newly renovated old food street. Sanjie Liangxiang (Three Streets and Two Alleys) is also very close. If you're visiting the area, I suggest choosing this Yeste hotel. The service is great, and my stay was very pleasant.

Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout.
