The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is so inviting you just want to sink in and sleep, and the high-floor views from the window are absolutely stunning. I initially expected a hotel of this caliber to be a bit cold, but every single detail made me feel so warm and welcomed. My overall impression after staying here is: worth every penny! Came to Nanning to visit Mixc City and chose the Crowne Plaza. It was incredibly convenient for daily outings – the metro entrance leads directly to the hotel, and going downstairs for shopping and late-night snacks was a breeze. The room was on a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide-open view; you could see the entire city's nightscape in the evening. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the toiletries felt high-quality, showing great attention to detail. Allen, the front desk attendant, provided excellent service; check-in was fast, and there's even a robot that delivers takeout to your room door. The hotel has its own pool and gym, perfect for relaxing in your free time. Overall, it's cozy and down-to-earth, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Chaoyang Plaza's core business district. It's a 3-minute walk to Metro Lines 1 and 2 and close to Nanning Station, offering excellent transportation links. The hygiene is consistently excellent, with thorough and meticulous cleaning, making the whole place feel very clean and reassuring. The facilities are well-maintained, and the 24-hour hot water is stable and plentiful, ensuring a comfortable shower experience. The service is professional and thoughtful, and communication is smooth. The location is incredibly convenient, and they offer complimentary drinks. It's definitely worth choosing, especially for families traveling together. It's also very close to Xiguan Night Market. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Nanning.

This stay turned out to be lovelier than expected, for an airport hotel. While the room amenities were basic, breakfast was incredible and can rival some of the luxury hotels in the city centre. The gym was also fairly well equipped and open 24h which I like. There was also a library/ bookstore here providing a quiet place to unwind.

The room was wonderfully bright and immaculately clean, with every detail taken care of. The bath and hand towels were thick and spotless, and the vanity was tidy with no water stains. The mattress offered excellent support, preventing any back pain. There were no mosquitoes or insects anywhere, indicating thorough pest control. The public areas were also neat and orderly. Choosing this place for your travels and stay is a definite win; you won't be disappointed.

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
