PPara paradiseI genuinely recommend this high-rise hotel. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently, even kindly explaining nearby attractions. They were always on hand to help with any requests, which was very thoughtful. The room had great natural light, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city views, creating a fantastic atmosphere at night. The bedding was soft and the hygiene was top-notch. Plus, the location is very convenient. It was an incredibly good value for money experience.

GGuest UserI picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll.
The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well?
The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

XXingzoudeboboSDHygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner.
Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor.
Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool.
Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded.
Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive.
Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station.
Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt.
Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

GGuest UserMy trip happened to coincide with the hotel being fully booked, so I had to wait a bit upon arrival, which naturally made me a little anxious. However, the front desk staff consistently reassured me with patience, kept me updated on the room status, and provided exceptionally thoughtful service.
Upon learning of the situation, the hotel duty manager proactively came to communicate and coordinate. Their attitude was sincere and their handling efficient throughout. Despite the hotel being full, they still went above and beyond to arrange a room with a great location and type for me, which was a very pleasant surprise.
From waiting to check-in, there was no perfunctory service or buck-passing; the staff were professional and warm, truly putting the guest first. Although there was a slight wait initially, the hotel's attentive service and the manager's proactive and responsible handling completely made up for the minor hiccup. The overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended; I will definitely choose to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious. The breakfast offered a good variety, but the taste was just average. There's a pool, which I heard was quite nice. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the subway is very convenient; it takes about 50 minutes to get to Sanjie Erxiang. Taxis to Qingxiu Mountain aren't expensive, and there's a supermarket within a kilometer, which is great for buying local specialties.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, plus a smart toilet. Environment: Very close to the square and the train station, making travel super convenient. I'd recommend cycling for an even easier time. Service: Excellent! The restaurant is also great, much, much better than the one in Beihai.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

While the room facilities aren't luxurious, they are clean, tidy, and fully functional, perfectly meeting basic accommodation needs. The service here is excellent; the staff's smiles and proactive greetings make you feel especially welcome. Plus, the soundproofing in the rooms is great, ensuring a quiet rest even though it's in a bustling area.
Special thanks to the front desk for helping me find a shopping bag; it was incredibly handy for carrying things after a day of sightseeing. It was a very pleasant trip overall!

Location:
The hotelâs location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. Itâs just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in & Service:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free.
Room:
The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good nightâs sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided.
Facilities:
The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While itâs not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. Thereâs also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options.

Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
