The hotel is located in a mixed-use building with other businesses, which makes it a bit complicated. The location itself is great, but parking is a major hassle – it's really hard to find. I suggest making another video showing how to exit the parking lot (it's confusing and difficult to drive out if you're not familiar with it). The underground parking lot is quite dirty; the property management definitely doesn't clean it. The hotel shouldn't even be paying them maintenance fees. This place is a convenient and affordable option if you're visiting the zoo or the university.

The service was consistently excellent, with warm and genuine hospitality. The laundry service for clothes was particularly good. It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. Just a heads-up: there's some construction on one of the floors right now, so travelers with irregular schedules or jet lag might want to be aware. You can ask the front desk for earplugs. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and spacious, bright and spotless. It's comparable to a Hanting or Atour hotel.

C211The hotel is newly opened this year, the lobby is decorated in a simple and generous manner, with free refreshments and flower tea, in line with modern accommodation! The front desk was active and courteous, and the duplex room was upgraded by surprise. The children were so happy. The front desk staff also detailed the check-in content in detail and high quality! The room is impeccable, simple and stylish, equipped with everything you think, great! The hotel also has washing machines and dryers for business travelers! Breakfast is actually rich and varied, but I hope the hotel can also take care of customers at every time in the morning, try to replenish them in time, so that each customer can also enjoy the service of the shop, the happiness of breakfast a day is the source of the whole day! I wish your hotel business is booming!

Very nice and spacious room with great view to the city. The breakfast can be improved. Also, please don’t let guests smoke in common areas where there is no windows or exhaust. The whole hallway of our floor was full of smoke because of a lady smoking there all the time and she was keep coughing very loudly.

The staff were very helpful and always ready to help me with any queries. LiSha even took me to the nearby shops to get change for my large bill.
The room was very good and spacious. I was one person in a three-bedded room and they gave me three bottles of water every day 😊 for which I was very grateful. The room is protected from outside sounds soonce the windows are closed. I enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning.
There is a market right outside the hotel, as well as some food choices - very convenient. The hotel is also well-located for the subway and 2 museums.

Guest UserA last-minute stop on my journey, I unexpectedly found refuge at City Blank Space. The room's lighting was cleverly designed, framing the street view outside like a natural picture. The bedding was so fluffy it felt like sleeping on clouds, and the soundproofing effectively blocked out the city's hustle and bustle. The staff had a wonderful sense of discretion, being both welcoming and unintrusive, perfectly capturing the relaxed vibe of a temporary stay. I'll definitely be back for a longer, slower visit next time.

ʷᵒI've visited this hotel many times, and each visit feels like a long-awaited reunion. Located in a bustling neighborhood, it's illuminated by vibrant neon lights as night falls, becoming a paradise for food lovers.
The Allure of the Night Market
Downstairs from the hotel lies a vibrant night market. As darkness deepens, vendors bustle about, displaying their delicious offerings. There's a wide variety of snacks, from steaming hot jianbing (Chinese crepes) and fragrant grilled skewers to colorful fruit salads; each item exudes an irresistible aroma, making your mouth water.
A Food Map
The night market is more than just a place to eat; it's a rich food map, guiding diners to explore various authentic flavors. For example, there's a decades-old soy milk and fried dough stick stall where every dough stick is fried to a golden brown and crispy perfection. Paired with a bowl of warm soy milk, it's the perfect way to awaken your taste buds in the morning. As night falls, at the other end of the night market, a small stall specializing in fried noodles always has a long queue, with diners willing to wait for a bowl of fragrant and delicious noodles.
Cultural Experience
While enjoying the food, this is also a perfect place to experience the local culture. The stall owners are warm and hospitable, always happy to chat with diners, sharing their stories and tips for making their food. Diners, while enjoying the delicious food, become part of this cultural experience. Here, you can not only eat delicious food, but also feel a sense of warmth and intimacy that no upscale restaurant can match.
Easy Access
The hotel's location is simply superb, right next to the bustling night market. Whether day or night, you can easily go out and choose your favorite food. For me, this is not just convenience, but a reflection of a lifestyle—enjoying the moment and exploring and experiencing as you please.
For me, this hotel and the night market at its foot are more than just a place to stay; they are a place full of stories and emotions. Every visit is a new discovery, a feast for both the taste buds and the soul.

Guest UserStayed here for two nights while exploring Binyang, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel is right in the middle of things but still quiet enough to sleep well. Right across the street there's a sour rice noodle shop that's been around for like 20 years—locals line up there at lunch. The noodles are tangy and sweet, and they put this crispy pork on top that's just amazing. Only cost me like 12 yuan. In the evening I walked about 10 minutes to the cultural square, lots of locals dancing and kids running around with those light-up shoes. Super chill vibe. The next day I grabbed a shared e-bike right outside the hotel and rode to Fenghuang Lake Park, maybe 15 minutes. Great place for a walk, the path goes right along the water, and there's a nice breeze in the evening. Also tried the braised beef offal pot at a small shop near the hotel, the radish was cooked until it basically melted in my mouth. The room was nothing fancy but clean, AC worked well, and the bed wasn't too hard or too soft. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Binyang.

Guest UserI stayed at the Tilianya Boutique Hotel briefly while on a business trip to Nongyuan Road, and my short stay was incredibly satisfying, far exceeding my expectations for temporary accommodation. The hotel is surrounded by numerous shops, so getting meals or supplies is very convenient. The night market offers a rich variety of snacks, which helped break the monotony of my business trip. Transportation is also very accessible, with smooth subway transfers, saving time and effort for short commutes or errands. My room, located on an inner side, was quiet, isolating me from the outside noise, allowing for peaceful rest after work. The room was simple yet practical, with a spacious desk perfect for temporary office work. The entire room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and conducive to sleep, and the bathroom facilities were in excellent condition, meticulously cleaned without any stains. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they offer 24-hour reception for late arrivals, promptly responding to requests for extra amenities. There was a district-wide power outage due to a municipal fault, but the hotel actively managed the situation and handled all services appropriately. The price is moderate, facilities are complete, and it's quiet and clean, making it suitable for short business trips or layovers. Overall, I couldn't find any significant shortcomings.

I am travelling with my 78 years old father, stayed here for two times. The first time is arrival to naming airport before I travel to visit my family member's in BeiLiu.
We stayed at 9 floor the first time, the toilet has odour of cigarettes for the whole night, even though it shows as a non-smoking room.
The second times when we came back, the receptionist checked with me either to get the same room, I feedback to him the toilet has odour of cigarette, he gave me another room at 8 floor.
The toilet has no cigarettes odour.
But the towel has some weird smells or odour of cigarettes when we used it, that time already near 11pm, we choose not to call the receptionist for towel changing.
The receptionists are both very nice.
There are varieties of stalls next to the hotel and many other stalls are avaliable, the location is quite good.
