First time staying here, the room was very large and spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play freely. It was very clean, and the pillows were very comfortable; we even bought two more when we checked out. The front desk staff were very welcoming and recommended the most authentic Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) at the Oriental Plaza night market – delicious and inexpensive! Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room had great natural light, and the cleaning was very thorough. The facilities were complete and new, and the soundproofing was also good. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. It's excellent value for money, highly recommend staying here!

The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and there's convenient parking right outside. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to get around. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it covers all the essentials, and the freshly ground coffee is a nice touch. Getting around is easy with the subway nearby, and ride-hailing services are also readily available.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The room was spotless and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was also very generous. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around; the subway station entrance is just a short walk away, and the exhibition center is right next door, easily accessible on foot. Overall, it's super convenient!

I am travelling with my 78 years old father, stayed here for two times. The first time is arrival to naming airport before I travel to visit my family member's in BeiLiu. We stayed at 9 floor the first time, the toilet has odour of cigarettes for the whole night, even though it shows as a non-smoking room. The second times when we came back, the receptionist checked with me either to get the same room, I feedback to him the toilet has odour of cigarette, he gave me another room at 8 floor. The toilet has no cigarettes odour. But the towel has some weird smells or odour of cigarettes when we used it, that time already near 11pm, we choose not to call the receptionist for towel changing. The receptionists are both very nice. There are varieties of stalls next to the hotel and many other stalls are avaliable, the location is quite good.

Stayed here for two nights while exploring Binyang, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel is right in the middle of things but still quiet enough to sleep well. Right across the street there's a sour rice noodle shop that's been around for like 20 years—locals line up there at lunch. The noodles are tangy and sweet, and they put this crispy pork on top that's just amazing. Only cost me like 12 yuan. In the evening I walked about 10 minutes to the cultural square, lots of locals dancing and kids running around with those light-up shoes. Super chill vibe. The next day I grabbed a shared e-bike right outside the hotel and rode to Fenghuang Lake Park, maybe 15 minutes. Great place for a walk, the path goes right along the water, and there's a nice breeze in the evening. Also tried the braised beef offal pot at a small shop near the hotel, the radish was cooked until it basically melted in my mouth. The room was nothing fancy but clean, AC worked well, and the bed wasn't too hard or too soft. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Binyang.

The hotel is clean and has a good location. The location is easy to find. It is located near the Dongmen Gate of Guangxi University. The room is clean and tidy and very quiet. The room has a full-length mirror and good sound insulation. The front desk service is very good. Although there are some problems, the attitude of solving the problems is very good and sincere. There is a snack street downstairs of the hotel. The hotel is in the snack street. There are supermarkets, milk tea shops, restaurants, and powder shops, which satisfy the problem of eating. It is also very convenient to have supper at night because there are many barbecues downstairs. I hope they will do more. The better it is, the more recommended it is to stay here.

The price is very budget-friendly, but they don't skimp on cleanliness or service. The bedding is comfortable, and the hot water is consistent. It's much better than chain budget hotels; truly a gem among affordable options. The service is also super commendable. I'll definitely be back!
