"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway, making it easy to walk to MixC and Shengtiandi for shopping and dining. It's incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for business or sightseeing. As soon as you step in, the lobby design is upscale and grand, with a signature spiral staircase that creates an amazing ambiance – perfect for snapping some fantastic photos. The overall decor is chic and luxurious, with a quality feel. Jeven at the front desk was both gentle and professional. He quickly verified our information and efficiently completed the check-in process. Knowing it was my first time in Nanning, he thoughtfully recommended authentic local snacks and tourist routes. He also proactively asked about our needs and arranged a high-floor room with a great view for us. Any questions we had, he answered patiently and thoroughly, always with a kind smile. His service was perfectly balanced and truly reflective of InterContinental's professional standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanning for tourism or business!"

"The Shangri-La Nanning is absolutely the top choice for a 'no-brainer' stay when visiting the 'Green City' Nanning! The location is impeccable, right in the heart of the ASEAN Business District, with direct access to MixC Mall downstairs, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The subway is right next door, making it convenient to get anywhere. The butler, Jenna, provided attentive service, always accommodating our requests and quickly resolving any issues, ensuring I had an excellent stay at the Shangri-La Nanning. The service team, Helen, Wynn, Maddy, and Alice, were all wonderful. The room facilities are very new, and the 45-square-meter space is spacious and bright. The hairdryer and marble bathtub exude quality. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, the high-rise views and first-class service perfectly meet all needs. The value for money is exceptional, and I will not hesitate to choose this place again on my next visit to Nanning."

"After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Nanning Hotel. While many reviews mentioned its age, it seems they are renovating floor by floor. However, it's precisely this sense of history that gives their management and service such depth. Their service consciousness is very strong; the room linens are all individually packaged, which instantly puts you at ease. The morning dim sum is both abundant and peaceful. At first, I only thought it was near Chaoyang Square, but it turns out to be very close to many attractions. After checking out, they stored my luggage for free. I had ordered too much dim sum in the morning and packed some to go; the staff even helped me store it in the refrigerator when I checked out, preventing any waste. After sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage and packed food. All the staff members were very enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Nanning, and I hope it continues to improve."

"Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying and offered excellent value for money – definitely a big thumbs up! First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. For tourists, this is a huge relief. While the hotel's facilities show some signs of age, with a slightly dated decor, and the carpets and furniture appearing a bit worn, everything was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so it didn't impact our rest at all. What really stood out was the hotel's service, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They proactively asked about our check-in time and room preferences, arranging rooms on the same floor for us even before we arrived. The swimming pool was also great! All in all, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

Whether it was inquiring about laundry service or needing items for our room, everything was resolved immediately. The service attitude was both warm and professional. A special thanks to the concierge for coordinating a late check-out for us on our departure day! Overall, the hardware is up to the usual 'Luxury Collection' standard, but it's this thoughtful, personalized soft service that truly elevated the entire experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanning."

"This hotel truly feels like a super five-star experience; every detail was absolutely perfect. Before I even arrived, they proactively called to ask about my needs. Check-in was quick, the facilities are excellent, and both the lobby and rooms are spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding. It's a great place to eat, stay, and have fun. On the 52nd-floor rooftop, you can enjoy Western cuisine through a group deal while admiring Nanning's night view. The swimming pool is clean and bright, and the children's pool even has warm water, almost like a hot spring, so my kids didn't want to get out. I honestly feel it's a huge step up from the international brand hotel we stayed at on our first night in Nanning. Across the street is Nanhu Park, where you can stroll along the lakeside greenway in the evening and there are even amusement rides for kids. Staying at this hotel really elevated our entire Nanning and Chongzuo trip, leaving us happy and completely satisfied. If possible, I'd highly recommend staying for two nights or more. 120 thumbs up!"

"This stay turned out to be lovelier than expected, for an airport hotel. While the room amenities were basic, breakfast was incredible and can rival some of the luxury hotels in the city centre. The gym was also fairly well equipped and open 24h which I like. There was also a library/ bookstore here providing a quiet place to unwind."

"The hotel's location is great, with a hair salon right across the street. There's plenty of parking, and the overall decor is very modern. The room is spacious, and the bathtub even came with a loofah and bath salts. The bed was also very comfortable. However, casting to the TV was a bit inconvenient, and the hot water in the room would suddenly get very hot then very cold, which affected the experience. The gym facilities are comprehensive, but the swimming pool is a bit small."

"The location is unbeatable, right next to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, in the heart of Chaoyang District. It's an old, well-established hotel in Nanning, but the facilities are dated. The room has carpets, and Nanning's air is humid. Being allergic, I was itchy all night and developed a rash all over my body the next day. The mattress was quite soft, the kind that sinks when you sit on it, which wasn't comfortable for me. However, the hotel offers airport shuttle service, which was convenient since I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents and aunts. It really depends on your needs. You can see the hotel's location in the picture below."

"Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning."
