As soon as you step in, the lobby design is upscale and grand, with a signature spiral staircase that creates an amazing ambiance – perfect for snapping some fantastic photos. The overall decor is chic and luxurious, with a quality feel. Jeven at the front desk was both gentle and professional. He quickly verified our information and efficiently completed the check-in process. Knowing it was my first time in Nanning, he thoughtfully recommended authentic local snacks and tourist routes. He also proactively asked about our needs and arranged a high-floor room with a great view for us. Any questions we had, he answered patiently and thoroughly, always with a kind smile. His service was perfectly balanced and truly reflective of InterContinental's professional standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanning for tourism or business!"

"The Shangri-La Nanning is absolutely the top choice for a 'no-brainer' stay when visiting the 'Green City' Nanning! The location is impeccable, right in the heart of the ASEAN Business District, with direct access to MixC Mall downstairs, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The subway is right next door, making it convenient to get anywhere. The butler, Jenna, provided attentive service, always accommodating our requests and quickly resolving any issues, ensuring I had an excellent stay at the Shangri-La Nanning. The service team, Helen, Wynn, Maddy, and Alice, were all wonderful. The room facilities are very new, and the 45-square-meter space is spacious and bright. The hairdryer and marble bathtub exude quality. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, the high-rise views and first-class service perfectly meet all needs. The value for money is exceptional, and I will not hesitate to choose this place again on my next visit to Nanning."

"This hotel, built in 1952, naturally boasts an excellent location, being very close to 'San Jie Liang Xiang' (Three Streets and Two Alleys) and surrounded by ample commercial amenities. However, the hotel is genuinely old and dated. The rooms appear to have been renovated, though. The hallway ceilings are quite low, probably around 2 meters. I noticed a smoky smell when I woke up in the morning, and after showering, there was a foul odor coming from the drain. For an old five-star hotel, paying 200-300 during peak season offers decent value for money. The breakfast is quite extensive with all the usual offerings. There's a dedicated building for dining, and I heard the dim sum on the fourth floor is good. I checked into my room around 4 PM, called to request some items, then went out for sightseeing and dinner. When I returned to my room at 9 PM, nothing had been delivered. I called again to inquire, and they delivered the items within 10 minutes."

"My stay at Nanning Marriott Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff who took such great care of me these past few days! May Pink at the front desk was incredibly gentle and professional. She handled my check-in meticulously and patiently, and even proactively shared local travel and transportation tips. Any questions I had were quickly and properly resolved. Her attentive and thoughtful service throughout made me feel right at home. Aaron, Eva, and Jonathan from the F&B department were also exceptionally dedicated. They were warm and polite during meals, promptly responded to my requests for dishes or special requirements, and ensured food was served and refilled meticulously. Their service was perfectly balanced, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere. The hotel's environment, rooms, and breakfast were all of excellent quality to begin with, but it was the genuine and heartwarming service from these staff members that made my entire trip to Nanning especially pleasant. The five-star service truly lives up to its reputation. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Nanning – highly recommended!"

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The high-floor views are great, but I really want to highlight the hotel's WeChat concierge service. Our concierge proactively added me on WeChat upon check-in, and all our requests during the stay were handled incredibly promptly and efficiently. Whether it was inquiring about laundry service or needing items for our room, everything was resolved immediately. The service attitude was both warm and professional. A special thanks to the concierge for coordinating a late check-out for us on our departure day! Overall, the hardware is up to the usual 'Luxury Collection' standard, but it's this thoughtful, personalized soft service that truly elevated the entire experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanning."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanjie Liangxiang, Chaoyang Square, and Zhongshan Street. It's also convenient for visiting Qingxiu Mountain and Nanning Zoo. There are many great food options and entertainment nearby. Despite being on the roadside, it's very quiet with a lovely environment. Manager 962 at the lobby provided excellent service, and the cleaning staff were also wonderful; they specially gave me two kids' toothbrushes when they saw I had two children with me. A helpful tip: if you're heading to Sanjie Liangxiang, turn right a few dozen meters from the entrance, and there's an underpass that takes you directly there, protecting you from the elements. This avoids the long and busy surface crossing."

"This stay turned out to be lovelier than expected, for an airport hotel. While the room amenities were basic, breakfast was incredible and can rival some of the luxury hotels in the city centre. The gym was also fairly well equipped and open 24h which I like. There was also a library/ bookstore here providing a quiet place to unwind."

"This hotel truly feels like a super five-star experience; every detail was absolutely perfect. Before I even arrived, they proactively called to ask about my needs. Check-in was quick, the facilities are excellent, and both the lobby and rooms are spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding. It's a great place to eat, stay, and have fun. On the 52nd-floor rooftop, you can enjoy Western cuisine through a group deal while admiring Nanning's night view. The swimming pool is clean and bright, and the children's pool even has warm water, almost like a hot spring, so my kids didn't want to get out. I honestly feel it's a huge step up from the international brand hotel we stayed at on our first night in Nanning. Across the street is Nanhu Park, where you can stroll along the lakeside greenway in the evening and there are even amusement rides for kids. Staying at this hotel really elevated our entire Nanning and Chongzuo trip, leaving us happy and completely satisfied. If possible, I'd highly recommend staying for two nights or more. 120 thumbs up!"

"Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning."

"The hotel's location is great, with a hair salon right across the street. There's plenty of parking, and the overall decor is very modern. The room is spacious, and the bathtub even came with a loofah and bath salts. The bed was also very comfortable. However, casting to the TV was a bit inconvenient, and the hot water in the room would suddenly get very hot then very cold, which affected the experience. The gym facilities are comprehensive, but the swimming pool is a bit small."
