1118988****Staying at this hotel during the National Day holiday was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's environment, cleanliness, and service were first-class. The new hotel's decor was both modern and cozy, with particularly thoughtful details and excellent value for money. Upon check-in, we were personally and warmly greeted by General Manager Ou, making us feel right at home. It's a hotel highly recommended for stays in Nanning.

The hotel's environment is clean and comfortable, and the waiters' enthusiasm and warm smiles make us feel at home, especially the butler Coke, who enthusiastically explains to us, making us happy! GGuest UserXiaodu's smart home control system is very convenient, the night light on the corridor to the bathroom is very considerate, and the pick-up service is very heartwarming. The room is very spacious, with dry and wet separation, which is very popular with people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. There is also a smart robot delivery service (although I didn't experience it because I was out all day).

JJeanne OoiStayed for a week. Checking in was good except that the hotel couldn’t accept foreign credit cards. Ended up paying using e-wallet which had Alipay. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located next to the Metro and next to IKEA and eateries. It also has a washing machine n dryer for residents to use. However, a few downsides.. first is the hotel wifi was not accessible most of the time and we were told it’s because they’re on full house capacity. Also, they only give 2 bottles of 500ml water per day, so one had to buy water bottles in everyday. The housekeeping didn’t automatically top up on toilet paper and handwash. In conclusion, I will stay here again as overall, the hotel room is spacious and quiet, and very convenient to get around on the metro.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Nanning Convention & Exhibition Center was exceptionally satisfying overall. From its prime location and excellent room facilities to the outstanding staff service, everything left a great impression. A special shout-out to **Vivi Wei** at the front desk for her incredibly thoughtful service!
First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to the Convention & Exhibition Center, making transportation very convenient and ideal for both business travelers and tourists. What was even more delightful was that the bustling **Langxi Night Market** is just a **5-minute walk** away. In the evenings, we could indulge in local snacks and experience Nanning's vibrant nightlife. Additionally, there's a **foot massage parlor** right downstairs – after a long walk at the night market, a foot massage offered instant relaxation. It truly was a perfect little treat during our trip!
What truly impressed me most during this stay was the warm and proactive service from **Vivi Wei** at the front desk. She not only **upgraded our room** but also **offered a complimentary children's breakfast**, ensuring our little one could also enjoy a hearty meal. Such attention to detail and personalized service made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for, genuinely demonstrating the hotel's appreciation for its guests.
Regarding the room, it was **spacious and bright**. The bedding was comfortable, and facilities were comprehensive. The overall cleanliness was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was **rich and varied**, offering both Chinese delicacies like dim sum, congee, and noodles, as well as Western options such as bread and fruits. The taste was excellent, satisfying both adults and children alike.
In conclusion, this stay was extremely enjoyable. Both the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. **Vivi Wei's** thoughtful arrangements, in particular, made our entire family feel genuinely at home. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Nanning, and highly recommend it to all our friends!

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

NNorton666It obviously looks like an old hotel with some age. The facilities are quite outdated. There are some stains on the bathtub in the room and the air conditioning settings are not very sensitive. I stayed there for two nights and had this problem every time.
But the overall price/performance ratio is very high. You can stay in this location at this price in the provincial capital, and parking is free and breakfast is included.
Breakfast is a key plus point. It has a complete range of categories, including all kinds of pastries, Chinese and Western refreshments, and the chef can also order staple food on the spot, including rice noodles, river noodles, and wontons.
