KKennedy ROur stay at Mehood Lestie (LIZ) Hotel exceeded every expectation. As we passed through Nanning on our travels, we were hoping for a calm place to rest; LIZ Hotel delivered exactly that. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful, offering a sense of quiet retreat from the city. The spacious, spotless rooms provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
Their generous breakfast selection was a refreshing way to start each morning, and the late‑night noodle service was a comforting treat to end the day. The panoramic views overlooking the city were stunning, giving us a true sense of Nanning’s character and beauty.
What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional support from Xiao Tian. Despite my limited language skills, Xiao Tian made everything effortless, from navigating the hotel to understanding the amenities. They helped us extend our stay, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even guided us toward some wonderful local sights. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for.
If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay, get some work done, or simply relax after exploring the city, LIZ Hotel is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe room was actually much better than expected! The front desk staff even upgraded our room type, which was a pleasant surprise. What was even more delightful was the hotel's service. We checked in during the Guangxi 'Sanyuesan' festival, so the hotel offered traditional ethnic clothing for guests to try on and had perler beads for kids to play with. This perfectly fulfilled my wish to try on Zhuang ethnic attire. The soundproofing was really good; the room was very quiet, and I slept quite well. The only minor thing was that the initial pillow flattened immediately when I lay on it, so I swapped it for one from the wardrobe, which felt much more comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with even more variety than I anticipated. They had noodles, stir-fries, oil tea, and even five-colored glutinous rice. For 200, it felt like excellent value for money! 🥰

Size- great. I booked the big room and all was good
Cleanliness- good both the bedroom and toilet room but people or customers can smoke everywhere
Amenities- no fridge. Others were nice.
Location- it is in the CBD so it is convenient to go anywhere easily and I liked it. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is near the Nanning exhibition center. However, the name of the hotel is not the same as the name on Trip.com. I had to check it with the staff again.
Comment for Trip.com - please change the name of the hotel as attached pictures

GGuest UserThe rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean. I like the adjustable lighting system and air-conditioning in the rooms. Several sockets (Chinese system) for your cables. Hi-tech toilet, good flushing.Toilet and shower room are side by side but separated with own doors. The hotel is located directly in front of a big shopping-mall including a supermarket. So you have short ways :)
Nice atmosphere at night outside.
There is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryers and other equipment.
Breakfast room with air condition and a nice selection of various food including western cuisine.
My Tipp: book a room farer away from the outer air-condition systems outside the walls. Because those are pretty loud and the noise will vibrate into the hallway and into the rooms.
Service stuff does not all speak English but they were committed, professional and helpful. Thank you.
I recommend the hotel and would come back again next time.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

GGuest UserCheck-in was incredibly fast, thanks to Jennie at the front desk. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! This Exhibition Smart Select Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Langxi Night Market, which offers a fantastic selection of local delicacies. Getting around is also super convenient. The room's decor was simple yet calming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserXiaodu's smart home control system is very convenient, the night light on the corridor to the bathroom is very considerate, and the pick-up service is very heartwarming. The room is very spacious, with dry and wet separation, which is very popular with people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. There is also a smart robot delivery service (although I didn't experience it because I was out all day).

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

After winter break started, my best friend and I embarked on our long-awaited Guangxi trip, visiting Liuzhou, Beihai, and Nanning. We sampled local delicacies like stinky tofu, seafood rice noodles, and Lao You Fen, and explored all the popular tourist attractions. Of all the hotels we stayed at during the trip, this one stood out as the best, truly the biggest surprise of the entire trip!
As students, we prioritize value for money when traveling, and this hotel perfectly met our needs, offering unexpectedly high value. Upon check-in, we were immediately warmed by the hospitality. The staff patiently answered our travel questions and proactively offered a free room upgrade. Our standard room was upgraded to a more spacious room with a view, instantly opening up our vistas and brightening our mood. Even more surprisingly, the hotel thoughtfully provided breakfast for two, which was incredibly useful for us as we were heading out early to explore.
The self-service bar next to the reception is a definite plus, with a full range of amenities. The tea selection is extensive, including fragrant green tea, rich black tea, and fruit teas perfect for younger guests – ideal for waking up in the morning or replenishing energy in the afternoon. Fresh fruit is also available year-round at the bar, with sweet citrus and crisp mandarins readily available for self-service; a few pieces will instantly refresh you when you're tired from your trip. Even more delightful are the hotel's thoughtful perks: complimentary afternoon tea is served daily, featuring delicate pastries and drinks, perfect for relaxing chats with friends in the common area; and in the evening, staff will deliver cut fruit to your room – a thoughtful touch.
The room itself is equally satisfying. It's clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor, and the soft, comfortable bedding makes it instantly relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, neatly stocked with several complimentary drinks, including iced cola and milk. We kept the fruit and snacks we bought from outside in the fridge, ensuring we could enjoy refreshing treats anytime – super convenient! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, complete toiletries, and good water pressure, so a hot shower was all it took to wash away the day's weariness. They even had face wash, body lotion, and makeup remover – so convenient!
This trip to Guangxi completely changed my perception. Not only were the sights breathtaking, but the value for money was also incredible. The street food was incredibly affordable; a bowl of delicious and hearty local noodles could be had for just over ten yuan, and a seafood feast could be enjoyed for a few dozen yuan per person – especially friendly for students on a budget. This hotel was the icing on the cake, with its reasonable price, attentive service, and comprehensive facilities, making the entire trip even more comfortable.
Whether it's the location, the facilities, or the service details, this hotel demonstrated a very high standard, far superior to the hotels we stayed in at the same price point in Liuzhou and Beihai. If I ever travel to Guangxi again, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation. I sincerely recommend it to all students and tourists planning a trip to Guangxi. I believe you will be just as impressed by its value for money and thoughtful service as I was!
This trip to Guangxi was truly worthwhile. Not only did I get to eat the delicious food I'd been craving and see incredibly beautiful scenery, but I also discovered such a gem of a hotel. I've already raved about this hotel to all my classmates who are planning a trip to Guangxi. Next time I'm in Guangxi, I'll definitely stay here again! I wholeheartedly recommend it to all students. Choosing this hotel when traveling to Laoyoufen City is a sure bet; just go for it!

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.
