This Chinese New Year, I decided to spend my holiday at the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning, expecting just a standard trip. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family.
On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious.
In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up.
On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown.
This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

ckckaoshajkanA truly great stay! The room layout was well-designed, with excellent ventilation and natural light. Everything I needed was provided, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff were polite, attentive, and very efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The price was affordable, making it excellent value for money overall. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

Guest UserThe rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean. I like the adjustable lighting system and air-conditioning in the rooms. Several sockets (Chinese system) for your cables. Hi-tech toilet, good flushing.Toilet and shower room are side by side but separated with own doors. The hotel is located directly in front of a big shopping-mall including a supermarket. So you have short ways :)
Nice atmosphere at night outside.
There is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryers and other equipment.
Breakfast room with air condition and a nice selection of various food including western cuisine.
My Tipp: book a room farer away from the outer air-condition systems outside the walls. Because those are pretty loud and the noise will vibrate into the hallway and into the rooms.
Service stuff does not all speak English but they were committed, professional and helpful. Thank you.
I recommend the hotel and would come back again next time.

Very nice and spacious room with great view to the city. The breakfast can be improved. Also, please don’t let guests smoke in common areas where there is no windows or exhaust. The whole hallway of our floor was full of smoke because of a lady smoking there all the time and she was keep coughing very loudly.

SmalkyThe hotel was great. Not many China owned hotels will match up to international standards but this one sure did. The newly renovated rooms are clean and the facilities provided are great. Service was also good the lobby was welcoming and air conditioned which already is a plus from the other hotels I have stayed in in Nanning.
Breakfast was a good spread of Chinese food like noodles, rice, buns, salad and toast, with some breads and dessert cakes and fruits. We enjoyed the breakfast here as the variety was good.
Location was nicely situated about 10 min from the business district and 20 min from the new financial district. So it was ideal for us as we travelled frequently to both parts.

Ho FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.
Thank you

The location is fantastic! The subway entrance is right outside the door, and it's just a short walk to Luang Prabang Night Market, which has tons of food options. The hotel itself is quite new and the environment is lovely. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

The hotel's hardware and software are pretty good!
But the service attitude is poor!
First, we booked two deluxe king-size rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, only one room was available. The front desk said that it would take about 20 minutes to get a room, and we waited for more than an hour. If the room has not been cleaned, it should not be put up for sale online, or the guests should be informed in advance. It looks like a marketing scam
Second, I only took two room cards to the front desk, but because the handover was not clear, they insisted that I took three room cards. After I checked with my family several times, we didn't get the three room cards. The front desk took out a room card that was not given to us from the computer. The attitude of the front desk was very arrogant and they didn't treat me politely at all! This stay experience is extremely bad!
The above is my real situation, I hope it can help you!

Guest UserI came to Nanning for an exhibition and a short trip. After comparing several hotels, I decided on the Meihao Lizhi Hotel Convention and Exhibition Center Langxi Metro Station branch. My entire stay exceeded expectations. Whether it was the transportation, room amenities, or warm service, there wasn't a single flaw. I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Nanning for business or leisure.
The hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a few steps from Exit A of Langxi Metro Station, making metro travel incredibly convenient. The Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center is within walking distance, so there's no need to worry about traffic when attending exhibitions or shows. You can also reach MixC Mall and Hanyang commercial district directly by metro in just two or three stops, and visiting Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area is also very convenient. What impressed this food lover the most was that Langxi Night Market is only a few minutes' walk away. After strolling through the night market in the evening, I could pack up some Laoyou noodles, Suan Ye, and Cheong Fun to take back to the hotel, and enjoy the authentic Nanning atmosphere in the air conditioning. The convenience of life and travel was maximized. There are also plenty of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it a one-stop shop for food and accommodation.
Check-in was efficient and pleasant. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, patient and meticulous throughout, proactively informing me about all the complimentary value-added services the hotel offers, and even thoughtfully providing a guide to Nanning's local attractions and food. The hotel supports check-in without a deposit and check-out without room inspection, and check-out can be extended until 2 PM, which is especially friendly for travelers with flexible itineraries who don't want to rush, allowing them to fully enjoy their rest time. The lobby is designed as a comfortable urban living room, offering Luo Han Guo tea, heat-clearing chrysanthemum tea, freshly ground coffee, and fresh fruit all day. During afternoon tea, there are also various pastries and local snacks available for free. You can always return to the lobby to rest and relax if you're tired from exploring, creating a wonderful ambiance.
The room itself is spacious, starting from 28 square meters, with a well-organized layout and excellent natural light. The overall decor is simple yet luxurious, clean, and sophisticated. The hygiene details were impeccable – no dust or stains on the floor, desk, or bathroom corners. The bedding is made of high-thread-count cotton, paired with a zero-pressure latex mattress that's neither too soft nor too hard, conforming comfortably to the back and waist. After a long day, I could lie down and fall asleep peacefully. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the rain shower has ample water pressure, and the sandalwood-scented toiletries are of outstanding quality. The room is equipped with a smart toilet and a full-room smart control system, allowing voice control of lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which is very high-tech. The soundproofing exceeded expectations; despite being above a commercial district and night market, I could barely hear any outside noise with the windows closed, ensuring even light sleepers can get a full night's sleep. The room also comes with complimentary bottled water and a welcome fruit plate, and the desk is spacious, making it ideal for business travelers to work without any issues.
The hotel's amenities are excellent. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is equipped with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities, so you can wash and dry your clothes anytime during your trip, eliminating the need to carry heavy changes of clothes for long journeys. The 24-hour butler service is on-call and responds quickly to any requests. The housekeeping aunties are particularly meticulous, tidying up scattered charging cables and personal items, which is a heartwarming detail. The elevator requires a key card for access, ensuring privacy and security, making me feel especially safe traveling alone. A great experience in the city of Laoyou noodles! 🥕
