Upon entering the lobby, the breathtaking city views from the 80th floor immediately captivated me, especially the golden hues of the sunset in the evening – absolutely stunning!!! The guest room design skillfully blends modern luxury with local Nanning culture. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; the sheets were very soft, and the mattress had the perfect balance of firmness and softness, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I must specifically commend the bathroom design – it was spacious and bright, and the smart toilet and rainforest shower provided an ultimate comfort experience.
The hotel's attention to detail in service was evident everywhere. The front desk staff were highly efficient and had welcoming smiles, and the concierge consistently addressed me by name, making me feel right at home. The sky pool on the 77th floor is a major highlight; swimming there in the morning felt like floating among the clouds – truly a unique experience. Whether it's the location, the facilities, or the service, this hotel perfectly embodies the ”Luxury Collection” brand spirit. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking a unique high-altitude urban resort experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

XXihongshiThis was my first time at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. The pricing is reasonable, and the average per capita bill is above average for similar properties. However, considering the experience, the value for money is excellent. The front desk was responsive and provided clear guidance throughout the check-in process, with meticulous attention to detail. The room hardware was new and well-maintained, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was precise. The sense of technology was evident in the smart door lock and in-room voice control, which were both easy to use. The breakfast was plentiful, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the hot dishes were kept at the right temperature. Overall, I was very satisfied.

AAnonymous UserThe location is near the East Station, very close, the hotel is super clean, the waiters are super friendly, they actively introduced discounts to us, actively upgraded our room, the room is large and clean, strongly recommend buying a room with breakfast, the breakfast is super rich, there are shrimps, very fresh, my favorite is still the bowl of Guilin rice noodles, super delicious

№№beijixing╄→This hotel seems newly opened, everything is brand new, and the staff are really nice. There are plenty of places to relax in the lobby. The bedding is super comfortable, no weird disinfectant smell at all. Breakfast is quite rich, but with my small appetite, a bowl of noodles was more than enough. The Jianzheng Road Night Market is right downstairs, but the soundproofing is absolutely excellent. It's also really convenient to get around from here, whether by e-scooter or taxi. Being less than 2 km from Chaoyang Square, and for significantly less money, why wouldn't I choose this place? Staying in a new hotel is just the best!

DDishinizaitaokeaiThe room was much better than expected. It supports early check-in. Since the flight was early, I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock and was able to check in directly. It was really nice to catch up on a nap in the room. The bathroom was very large, with a smart toilet and a drying rack, which was very convenient. The room service responded very quickly and was delivered to the room in no more than 5 minutes after hanging up the phone. The breakfast was also good. The Laoyou noodles were delicious and there were enough varieties. There was also a building block table in the lobby on the first floor, where you can control the children for a short while, which was great!

GGuest UserThere are not many people staying in the New Year. Morning tea is really cheap. But we have two menus at the hotel for dinner at night. The hotel has two menus. We have one for us. All of them are expensive. Later, I want to add dishes. The waiter took the wrong other menu. There are many specialties on it. Fry is much cheaper than the big menu we gave us before. We asked the waiter why we didn't give us this menu just ordering. The waiter was reluctant to say that this cut leek is really a bit speechless.

After booking with the hotel in advance, the driver always communicated and confirmed beforehand, waiting at the designated location on time, without a single extra minute. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and the seats were comfortable and odor-free. The driver drove smoothly and even proactively helped with luggage, making the entire trip convenient and worry-free, completely eliminating the hassle of dragging luggage around looking for a ride and squeezing into crowded traffic. The front desk service was also incredibly welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in, greeting us with smiles throughout and patiently answering all our questions about nearby attractions, local delicacies, transportation, and more. They even shared many hidden gems and tips from locals to avoid tourist traps. During our stay, the front desk responded promptly and resolved any needs we had, demonstrating professional and attentive service.
The room itself did not disappoint either. It was clean, odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding, all the necessary facilities in good working order, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, showing meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with complete surrounding amenities, making dining and shopping easy. From the convenient and thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service to the warm and professional receptionists, and the comfortable and clean accommodations, the entire experience was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning, and I've already recommended it to my friends who are going to Nanning!
