CChenjinghanMy stay at The Luxury Collection Nanning Longguang exceeded all my expectations.
Upon entering the lobby, the breathtaking city views from the 80th floor immediately captivated me, especially the golden hues of the sunset in the evening – absolutely stunning!!! The guest room design skillfully blends modern luxury with local Nanning culture. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; the sheets were very soft, and the mattress had the perfect balance of firmness and softness, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I must specifically commend the bathroom design – it was spacious and bright, and the smart toilet and rainforest shower provided an ultimate comfort experience.
The hotel's attention to detail in service was evident everywhere. The front desk staff were highly efficient and had welcoming smiles, and the concierge consistently addressed me by name, making me feel right at home. The sky pool on the 77th floor is a major highlight; swimming there in the morning felt like floating among the clouds – truly a unique experience. Whether it's the location, the facilities, or the service, this hotel perfectly embodies the ”Luxury Collection” brand spirit. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking a unique high-altitude urban resort experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is near the East Station, very close, the hotel is super clean, the waiters are super friendly, they actively introduced discounts to us, actively upgraded our room, the room is large and clean, strongly recommend buying a room with breakfast, the breakfast is super rich, there are shrimps, very fresh, my favorite is still the bowl of Guilin rice noodles, super delicious

DDishinizaitaokeaiThe room was much better than expected. It supports early check-in. Since the flight was early, I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock and was able to check in directly. It was really nice to catch up on a nap in the room. The bathroom was very large, with a smart toilet and a drying rack, which was very convenient. The room service responded very quickly and was delivered to the room in no more than 5 minutes after hanging up the phone. The breakfast was also good. The Laoyou noodles were delicious and there were enough varieties. There was also a building block table in the lobby on the first floor, where you can control the children for a short while, which was great!

GGuest UserThere are not many people staying in the New Year. Morning tea is really cheap. But we have two menus at the hotel for dinner at night. The hotel has two menus. We have one for us. All of them are expensive. Later, I want to add dishes. The waiter took the wrong other menu. There are many specialties on it. Fry is much cheaper than the big menu we gave us before. We asked the waiter why we didn't give us this menu just ordering. The waiter was reluctant to say that this cut leek is really a bit speechless.

AAeris LimVery good service from the hotel! Was there for a concert. It’s within walking distance to the stadium. Room is clean and no cigarette smell. The temperature gets colder at night. Hotel staff prepared ginger tea for the guests who returned after the concert. I even got complimentary breakfast for 2! Food choices are really generous! Only downside is that the room is pretty warm. Called for technician to check but was told that the customers had feedback it’s cold so they had to adjust the temperature centrally and there isn’t much they could do for my room. Opening the window didn’t help . Other than that all is great! Highlight recommended !

It's very close to Nanning Night Night, so it's very convenient to go out and watch performances. It was very hot in Nanning those days. The hotel staff I checked into in the afternoon were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. They also put the electricity card in advance and turned on the air conditioner. It was very cool when I entered the room. It’s good that the hotel has such a sense of service and considers its guests.
In addition, I am also very satisfied with the service at the front desk of this hotel. They are not serious like business hotels and are very easy-going. When talking to them, they are very peaceful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, the surrounding business districts, restaurants are all available, and it is particularly convenient to travel and foraging. The lobby design is very stylish, the room is even more pleasant, spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and you can relax when you lie down. WiFi signal is full, air conditioning is quickly refrigerated, the bathroom is dry and wet, even the bath spare parts are well-known brands, the details are full.
The most praiseworthy thing is the service. The front desk lady checked in for no more than 3 minutes, and also actively recommended the surrounding niche attractions and food. Call for extra pillows in the middle, it will be delivered in less than 5 minutes, and the response is particularly timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the ingredients are fresh and taste good. The price is really too high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will choose here next time I come to this city!
