1118504****After booking, I received a call asking about any special requests. I mentioned wanting to avoid a room at the end of the hall, and during check-in, they thoroughly explained that the hotel has a circular layout, so there's no such thing as a 'room at the end of the hall.' Seeing that I was a Diamond member, they proactively upgraded me to a high-floor deluxe king room, which was great!
Parking was convenient, and upon check-in, I found fruit, coffee, and tea readily available. This hotel really broke my preconceived notions about traditional five-star hotels; it has a bit of a St. Regis or Park Hyatt vibe.
The independent cafe next door, 'Daydream,' is truly a hidden gem, especially their cold brew. It has a rich flavor with almost no bitterness – absolutely delicious!

HHongpaoshanrenOur stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a great variety, with both Western and Chinese options that were all delicious. The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai – highly recommend!

Environment: The overall greening of the hotel is very good, full of trees.

QQianerguaiI went there for the swimming pool, which was pretty good, but the buffet was just average. The accommodation fee was not cheap, and the breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, not worth the price!
There were relatively few elevators, and it was hard to wait when there were many people.
The self-service laundry room was not well managed, no one was in charge, and there were few machines. Although it was self-service laundry, a hotel I had visited before was still a homestay, and the management was in place. There would be a form, and the guests would register their room numbers, and then someone would help with the follow-up matters. It would not be very chaotic, and it would be very convenient and quick for everyone to wash clothes. I hope it will be improved!

GGuest UserThe style of the lobby is full of uniqueness, and you can take photos of the atmosphere by just looking at the angle. It's very close to Nanning Night Night, so it's very convenient to go out and watch performances. It was very hot in Nanning those days. The hotel staff I checked into in the afternoon were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. They also put the electricity card in advance and turned on the air conditioner. It was very cool when I entered the room. It’s good that the hotel has such a sense of service and considers its guests.
In addition, I am also very satisfied with the service at the front desk of this hotel. They are not serious like business hotels and are very easy-going. When talking to them, they are very peaceful and friendly.

2219278****I wholeheartedly give this Nanning hotel a five-star rating! The shuttle service to and from Nanning East Railway Station was impeccable. After booking with the hotel in advance, the driver always communicated and confirmed beforehand, waiting at the designated location on time, without a single extra minute. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and the seats were comfortable and odor-free. The driver drove smoothly and even proactively helped with luggage, making the entire trip convenient and worry-free, completely eliminating the hassle of dragging luggage around looking for a ride and squeezing into crowded traffic. The front desk service was also incredibly welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in, greeting us with smiles throughout and patiently answering all our questions about nearby attractions, local delicacies, transportation, and more. They even shared many hidden gems and tips from locals to avoid tourist traps. During our stay, the front desk responded promptly and resolved any needs we had, demonstrating professional and attentive service.
The room itself did not disappoint either. It was clean, odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding, all the necessary facilities in good working order, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, showing meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with complete surrounding amenities, making dining and shopping easy. From the convenient and thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service to the warm and professional receptionists, and the comfortable and clean accommodations, the entire experience was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning, and I've already recommended it to my friends who are going to Nanning!

WiFi signal is full, air conditioning is quickly refrigerated, the bathroom is dry and wet, even the bath spare parts are well-known brands, the details are full.
The most praiseworthy thing is the service. The front desk lady checked in for no more than 3 minutes, and also actively recommended the surrounding niche attractions and food. Call for extra pillows in the middle, it will be delivered in less than 5 minutes, and the response is particularly timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the ingredients are fresh and taste good. The price is really too high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will choose here next time I come to this city!
