Great
GGuest UserOvernight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant. I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!
GGuest UserMy stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on.
KKrissanThe hotel is clean and spacious. The bed is soft, and I sank into it. I loved that they have a mini kitchen area with a microwave and coffee maker. The shuttle service was available for airport drop-off, I even requested a wake-up call and received it on time! However, I couldn't get the air-conditioning unit to adjust to warm, and it was very noisy
The email address and the payment options on the site are incorrect and misleading.
I recommend them updating the info (email address and the type of cards they accept).
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.
GGeneralChaosYou only stay here because you have an early flight out of Toronto next morning, so don’t expect too much. Room was ok, but nothing special, furniture was a bit old and worn. Location is good right next to the airport and they have free shuttle bus runs 24/7. Ground floor there is a big bar & restaurant with a basic menu but they don’t deliver to the rooms, you have to go and get it.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGuest UserThe room is very large and spacious, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the overall feeling is good! The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties.
라라라They offer a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, which is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute ride from the airport. Just a heads-up, the pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 3 are on the business card, so make sure to check that out. And you absolutely *have* to call the number to arrange the pick-up! This hotel offers great value for money, and the staff are really friendly, though it does have a bit of an older feel to it.
GGuest UserI wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service you provide. We truly appreciate the meticulous attention you give to ensuring our room is cleaned every day. It's such a relief to know that we can come back to a spotless and welcoming environment after our busy days.
Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and it greatly contributes to our comfort and satisfaction. We feel incredibly fortunate to have a reliable service that prioritizes cleanliness and detail.
Thank you once again for everything you do. We look forward to continuing our association with you!
GGuest UserWe checked into the hotel due to long layover. Hotel room offers the basic things you need.. however find it quite outdated and your typical wear and tear. Soundproof system is bad and can hear everything outside the hallway and was hard to rest cause of the constant loud noise from other guest. The location is very convenient and with the free shuttle to and from airport is a bonus.
