Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport with complimentary free shuttle.
The interior is well design, clean & comfortable.
It comes with free breakfast in the morning.
Definitely, it's a good choice to stay in if you are flying out of Toronto.
GGuest UserThis location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!
MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.
YYOxiaoYOFacilities: relatively new, just renovated
Hygienic: very clean, the room is very hot
Environment: The surrounding environment is very convenient. There are many restaurants. There are also several Chinese restaurants. There is also a Costco nearby.
Service: Receiving convenience
GGuest UserThe room is very large and spacious, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the overall feeling is good! The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties.
MMonick MaeThe room is clean.Beddings are comfortable.
Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting. The place is not noisy, you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point.
Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed. She is so accommodating.
The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling.
GGuest UserStranded in Toronto due to bad weather.. and found this hotel nearby airport as room rate was reasonable. Very nice and clean place. There is not many restaurants nearby, and restaurant inside the hotel only open from
Monday to Friday, which is quite inconvenient especially during middle of the night.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGilly21%It was a great stay. We did not include breakfast with our stay; we thought the room would have a microwave. The front desk staff are very helpful they advised if a microwave is in stock we will get one and we did! As with everything it is the little things that count. Very helpful pleasant staff.
