Great
CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.
GGuest UserGreat location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient
DdavidWe enjoy the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The people working there make you feel comfortable and provide the best service I have ever seen. I would like to give special mention to Edward who works at the dining room. This is our favorite place to eat. The food is excellent as well as the service. We have made this hotel our stop place when we need to visit the city.
MM315695****The room was very clean, and the staff were warm, young, beautiful, attentive, and thoughtful. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toiletries.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious. The air heater not work and so asked for maintenance support. The room was very dry and so dont forget to ask for humidifier.
Before check out time of 12pm, the room cleaning staff kept knocking around 10:30am to ask if cleaning is needed (i stayed only 1 night…), bothering sleeping.
Please review internal rule of cleaning the room.
JJackie V.If you are a transit traveller, this is a convenient place to stay since it is very close to the airport. However, if you plan on checking out the downtown area of Toronto, try to stay in a place nearer the central district. The room is comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle service as well as the free breakfast is a plus. The only disappointing factor was the check in. When we were checking in, the person who checked us in was busy talking to her colleague, and was not attending to us. Mind you they were talking about personal things and not about work. It took some time before she acknowledged us and asked if we are checking in. They also programmed our key card with the incorrect departure date so we got locked out and had to get new key cards. This they did 3 times for a 4 night stay. The saving factor was Rufa who was working at the convenience store and the pizza restaurant. She was very helpful and friendly and their food was great. I suggest the zesty chicken if you are end up staying and eating there.
BBijinThis is a chain hotel, only about 30 minutes away from Toronto Pearson International Airport. I chose this hotel after a friend recommended it to me when I flew from Hong Kong to Toronto. The taxi cost about $70. The hotel is very close to the airport and very convenient. This hotel has a good brand, is clean, and the waiters are sincere. It is very convenient to go to banks, supermarkets, and the city. However, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is OK. I will choose this brand of hotel next time and recommend it to relatives and friends nearby👍🏻
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
