Mississauga Hotels with Pools

The hotel isn't too far from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service that takes about 10-15 minutes to get back to the hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and efficient! What I loved most was the self-service coffee bar in the lobby where you could get coffee or hot water, and there was a great selection of tea bags next to it! Having hot water available is a lifesaver for Chinese travelers!

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

Location was clean but dated. Room was damp as A/C was not turned on high enough. Brought this to the attention of the front desk staff when checking out. Shuttle to airport was quick but bumpy. The shuttle bus is old with not a lot of suspension.

The location of the hotel was ideal considering the airport I was leaving. They also have 24-hour shuttle service which is awesome. There are a few amenities that could improve and the room was okay. If you're someone who needs somewhere to rest their head for a few hours so that you can catch an early flight this could be an option.

Fantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.

Great hotel if you have a layover at YYZ! They offer shuttle service to the airport, complementary coffee and breakfast! Had a great 5 hours of sleep before my next flight! Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
