3-Star Hotels in Taitung

Originally, I booked an economy quad room, but I was upgraded to a standard quad room, which had a window and a larger space, not just a shared bunk bed setup. The most attractive feature of this hotel is that it offers breakfast, lunch, snacks, and late-night supper. Basically, you can eat your fill here without spending a dime! 🤣 The breakfast was very satisfying with a wide variety of delicious options, and the late-night supper was also very generous, even offering 'Mi Tai Mu' (Hakka thick rice noodles) and instant noodles that you can cook yourself. What's more, the air conditioning seemed to have some kind of air freshener added, so the room always smelled pleasant. The hotel's location is very close to Taitung City center, Tiehua Village, and Zhengqi Road, but it's not noisy. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the soundproofing from outside was pretty good. However, the soundproofing between rooms was just average; sometimes, you could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms. The only minor drawback is the underground parking lot. It's quite small and a bit old, requiring a car lift to go down. The underground parking was converted from mechanical parking to flat spaces, so the parking spots are limited and it's a bit intimidating. Aside from that, it seems you can also choose to park in an outdoor parking lot that the hotel partners with. However, both the outdoor and underground parking are first-come, first-served until full. If there's no space, you'll have to find and pay for parking yourself. Overall, if I come to Taitung again, I would still choose this hotel.

The environment was pleasant and beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly. The cleanliness was also pretty good. However, it's an old house, so the soundproofing is practically zero. I didn't hear other guests, but I was woken up several times by dogs outside. It's definitely better to use the earplugs provided by the staff! 😆

I had a wonderful stay: perfect location in the city center, very nice and comfortable room, kind staff. They provided a voucher to have breakfast at the coffeeshop in front, or even bought breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great little find. Not too far from the dock, offers luggage transfer when renting a scooter from them. Such a unique setup. I've never seen a hotel like this. The tube was spacious, clean, great double bed, couch and full bathroom. The little infinity pool looked out over the ocean.

This was my first time staying here. The room and lobby were very clean. I found the breakfast more Chinese-style. It was delicious, and the restaurant environment was also very nice. The hot springs and swimming pools were great; I really loved them. The facilities are quite extensive, and I loved the hot springs, pool, and spa. The hot springs were simply wonderful. I'll definitely be back. There's a convenience store nearby, so it's quite convenient for shopping.

The counter staff service is very kind 👍 The breakfast is very rich, but the air conditioner has been dripping in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, I have no choice but to ask someone to deal with it. It is not not called people or 😫 I forgot to tell the counter when I checked out in the morning. dizzy!

Its proximity to Taitung Bus Station makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the night market on Thursday evenings. Being particularly close to Seashore Park, it's perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; their excellent service truly deserves high praise.

The hotel switched my reservation to another hotel without prior notification due to its renovation process. It added extra complications to our experience. The hotel was not bad and location was good too. It’ll be better if the communication was handled in a more efficient manner.

Poor sound insulation, you can hear the hair blowing in the door The equipment is poor and the hair is blowing. It takes 2 minutes to jump. No one picks up at the counter and has to go downstairs to find someone. The bed is very poor. There is no spring bed like a wooden bed. The door cannot be fully integrated. It will be opened at any time.

This is an old hotel, and the air quality in the rooms was really bad, very humid, especially on holidays. The service staff's professionalism needs improvement. Some areas of the public bath's hot spring egg-boiling area were not open to the public. It was my first time taking my girlfriend here, and the excessive humidity in the room, coupled with the basic facilities that didn't meet the standards of a typical four-star hotel, ruined our vacation. I wouldn't recommend this place for couples. Given the overall environment, it was a disappointment for both of us, and we won't choose to stay here again. There are other better options nearby.
