It was almost nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The only twin room left was the room at the end of the corridor. I have always been a little scared of the rooms at the end of the corridor. There are quite a lot of king-size rooms, so I wanted to change to a king-size room. As a result, the front desk clerk told us with a little disdain that we were not eligible for room upgrade. I took out Ctrip's guest room and introduced it to the front desk. The price of the twin room is the same as the superior king-size room. There is no upgrade at all. After a moment of embarrassment, the front desk clerk gave us two king-size rooms. After entering the guest room, I found that we were staying in an ordinary king-size room, which was cheaper than the twin room we booked. I really don't understand why the front desk clerk deceived us again and again? To be honest, the hotel's rooms are a little small, but the hygiene is very good, the room attendants are very kind, and the breakfast is also rich, which is worthy of the room rate. However, the dishonest behavior of the front desk clerk has ruined the image of the hotel!

Went to Yixing Poly Theater to watch a performance and booked a full season hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was friendly, the transportation was convenient, and the theater was a few minutes away. The view of Dongyu Lake next to it was an unexpected surprise. The exhibition hall of Yixing Museum that displays the life of academicians made me feel the rich cultural heritage of the hometown of academicians that values culture and education.

The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

The room is a vertical air conditioner, the weather is not cold, it is useless, I don't know the effect Hygienic: The overall hygiene of the room is okay, that is, the pillow towel smells of oil, and the waiter said that it was changed immediately. Service: The plastic slippers provided are really not like, the waiter changed them for a disposable, the attitude is very good, and the hospitality is very polite. Facilities: I have traveled so many times. The first time I encountered a drum washing machine and dryer that charges. The wave wheel washing machine and double-cylinder washing machine next to it are free. Half of the debris piled in the laundry room is recommended for rectification. The hotel parking lot is large, free parking, there is no dining around the hotel, there is a restaurant opened behind the hotel, the taste of the dishes is OK.

A newly opened hotel in October, the price is very good. There were mosquitoes at night. After fighting mosquitoes all night, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade our room. Will stay here next time! Convenient transportation!
