GGuest UserThis famous hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and the living was particularly comfortable. The boss, the proprietress service is warm and thoughtful, intimate and meticulous, making people feel as warm as going home. What touched me especially was that after visiting the attractions at night, the store has been thinking about our return trip, and offered to pick us up to the famous hotel. On the day of leaving, he also made a special trip to the station. Before leaving, he also sent us to the snacks made by himself. It was really heartwarming. This trip has become particularly beautiful because of this famous hotel, I really recommend it!

The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Wanwan, for her warm and attentive service, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The B&B facilities are excellent, with exquisite details throughout; staying here was truly a pleasure. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come for vacation! GGuest UserHotel gave us a free upgrade in room when we arrive a bit late at night around 8pm due to wrong info from Baidu map when I want to get Chinese information on the hotel. Baidu Chinese put this hotel as 环科园亚朵，but the road name it put 人民路135。 we end up at the Both the hotel staff at 环科园 and 人民路are very friendly and professional.
It have both western and Chinese breakfast. The chinese breakfast is delicious. Took it breakfast, I have to skip my lunch. Lol

The reception and service staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, and the first impression was good. The guest room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. GGuest UserIn fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs.
When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

GGuest UserThe room was very warm and clean. There was a big garden at the door. I thought there would be mosquito problems, but I didn't encounter an unexpected locust. There were beautiful little butterflies. The boss raised a cute love Shiba dog and a kitten, so he was very friendly to the small pets who came to the store. The breakfast is very rich, and I will go to the next stop to play at the fireplace of the room until I come to experience it in winter.

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style.
There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact.
The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good.
I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

The breakfast here is okay. There is a variety of food and it tastes good. I didn't regret buying breakfast.
The location is near Wanda Square shopping mall, which is quite good because it is convenient to find food to eat, including snacks and drinks (there is a Starbucks under the mall).
Overall, it is very good. If I come to Yixing next time, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The room is large and comfortable to live in. Disadvantages: There were some issues with the WIFI in room 506. I asked the staff to adjust it three times. It should be a problem with the settings. Breakfast was average. One thing that needs special attention is that the table for steaming buns during breakfast can easily burn your hands. As soon as you open the lid, steam will come out and your hands will be burned red. Upon reminder, the staff turned off the switch. If this matter is not taken seriously, something bad will happen sooner or later!

GGuest UserA pertinent evaluation: children are very satisfied with the room and have fun, but as a parent-child hotel, children's slippers and toothbrushes need to take the initiative, the room does not have a phone, this is the first time I have seen it, call the front desk to use my own mobile phone. The front desk sister who stayed on the same day on April 2 did not have any sense of service. She went back to the room and groped by herself. She didn't tell you how to go. The room was on the fifth floor but the actual 4th floor of the elevator. I only knew that the fourth floor was the fifth floor after going up and down two or three times. The front desk was unwilling to say one word. I want two bottles of water. The sister at the front desk said that the mineral water has not arrived yet. Hahaha, the first time I saw it, the hotel's mineral water would be broken. Although it was given in the end. But the front desk sister on April 3 should like a big praise, answer all questions, and help you solve difficulties, especially if you don’t have afternoon tea, you will check out. Miss sister took the initiative to help prepare in advance. When you left, you also chased up and sent a souvenir, but the children in the slide room had a good time, which is fine. There is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hair dryer is a cottage Dyson. The hotel details are really not good.
