GGuest UserThis famous hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and the living was particularly comfortable. The boss, the proprietress service is warm and thoughtful, intimate and meticulous, making people feel as warm as going home. What touched me especially was that after visiting the attractions at night, the store has been thinking about our return trip, and offered to pick us up to the famous hotel. On the day of leaving, he also made a special trip to the station. Before leaving, he also sent us to the snacks made by himself. It was really heartwarming. This trip has become particularly beautiful because of this famous hotel, I really recommend it!

It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. GGuest UserIn fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs.
When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

GGuest UserHotel gave us a free upgrade in room when we arrive a bit late at night around 8pm due to wrong info from Baidu map when I want to get Chinese information on the hotel. Baidu Chinese put this hotel as 环科园亚朵，but the road name it put 人民路135。 we end up at the Both the hotel staff at 环科园 and 人民路are very friendly and professional.
It have both western and Chinese breakfast. The chinese breakfast is delicious. Took it breakfast, I have to skip my lunch. Lol

GGuest UserThe room was very warm and clean. There was a big garden at the door. I thought there would be mosquito problems, but I didn't encounter an unexpected locust. There were beautiful little butterflies. The boss raised a cute love Shiba dog and a kitten, so he was very friendly to the small pets who came to the store. The breakfast is very rich, and I will go to the next stop to play at the fireplace of the room until I come to experience it in winter.

The breakfast here is okay. There is a variety of food and it tastes good. I didn't regret buying breakfast.
The location is near Wanda Square shopping mall, which is quite good because it is convenient to find food to eat, including snacks and drinks (there is a Starbucks under the mall).
Overall, it is very good. If I come to Yixing next time, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style.
There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact.
The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good.
I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money and I don't want to leave. I feel it is good in the following aspects: 1. The parking lot is large, there is a large square in front of the door, there are many businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat. 2. The hall is very grand, the guest rooms are decorated in a unique way, the bathroom is large, and there is a big bathtub. The two partitions in the room are cleverly arranged, giving people a homey feeling. 3. The dining room is large, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the waiter took the initiative to deliver tea to each table several times. 4. From the lobby manager to all kinds of staff, their attitudes are very friendly. As soon as I checked in, I was given a water cup and snacks were delivered to the room. The hotel experience is better than many five-star hotels. I still find something I am not satisfied with.
