"The hotel's location is excellent for visiting Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The property itself is in great condition, with fantastic facilities. The infinity pool on the mountain top is a real highlight. The kids absolutely loved feeding the alpacas and ponies, and the dinosaur park is definitely worth a visit. The service was excellent – very warm and proactive. The electric cart service was incredibly prompt, which we really appreciated. Our dedicated butler, Xiao Lei, was very friendly and made our stay so much easier, essentially fulfilling every request. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast was good overall, but it would be even better with a bit more variety."

"The environment was very tranquil; the hotel was small but beautiful, and on sunny weekends, it felt like a secluded paradise. The bathtub in the room was very comfortable, and all kinds of services were readily available. A WeChat message to the butler was usually answered immediately, which was very thoughtful. We checked out late at 2 PM on the weekend and played mahjong in our room, reminiscent of the ancient Chinese leisurely enjoying tea and scenery – a truly peaceful and pleasant experience. However, there is one area for improvement: First, I suggest replacing the mountain bikes with regular bicycles to make it easier for guests to use. When we visited, the mountain bikes involved issues with gear adjustments, which I personally felt was a bit dangerous for those who hadn't ridden them before. One bike seemed to be broken, so we couldn't use it. Also, the scenery in early spring may not be as vibrant as in summer, but it brings a sense of peace and hope. However, this may not be to everyone's taste; the photos are for reference only."

"For the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, we chose Hantian Yangxin Valley. To sum up our stay, the overall environment was tranquil and elegant, and the private villas offered excellent privacy. The views of the mountains, forests, and lake within the resort were outstanding. The wellness programs, like standing meditation and tea ceremonies, were quite unique and definitely worth experiencing for those seeking peace and relaxation. The butler service was very responsive, and the room was spotless. I particularly loved the sandalwood incense provided in the room, which smelled wonderful. The meals included with the stay were also impressive, with fresh ingredients and a delightfully light flavor. There are many walking paths within the resort, making it a pleasant and comfortable place to stroll around when the weather is good."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good. The staff are very friendly and always greet you when you meet them, even in the elevator or at meals. The room's cleanliness and environment are great, and any issues are promptly addressed. I do have a few suggestions: 1. The hotel's smoke control could be improved. There was a smell of smoke in the room, hallway, and even the restaurant. 2. When ordering takeout, we had to wait a while for staff to deliver it to our room. I suggest using a delivery robot for a more convenient and faster service. 3. The breakfast selection could be more varied, with more local specialties included."

"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The welcome fruit was a nice touch. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Our butler, Lisa, gave us some great tips for exploring, and we really appreciated her thoughtful care. The location is excellent, right in the town center, so it was easy to pop back and rest when we got tired from walking around. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle service. I used it once, departing from the hotel, and had to wait a bit in line. The duvet felt like a winter one? I set the A/C to 22 degrees, but it still got a bit warm in the middle of the night. I didn't feel comfortable asking the front desk for a thinner blanket (and wasn't sure if they even had one). Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the complimentary photography voucher because our itinerary was too packed, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, I'd still give it a high rating and would recommend it."

"This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back."

"Decided to visit Yixing spontaneously while the weather was still pleasant. Stayed for two nights, and the front desk upgraded our room to a beautiful one with a wide-open lake view. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it was enough to fill up. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and they even have a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) with no lines! Yixing Museum is just a short walk across the street and was open even on a Monday. It's a bit far from the Bamboo Sea, but hey, Cha Yan Yue Se is right next door, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. Yixing is a great place to visit, with lots of tourist attractions like Pottery Factory No. 2, Gu Nan Street, and the grottoes. Plus, there's no traffic congestion, and the hotel was quite affordable. All in all, a good experience."

"The hotel is in the small town of Yada, the surrounding environment is very clean and beautiful, and the nearby mountain view is also great. The hotel upgraded the room, very large and comfortable room, and the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The front desk and the hotel butler are very good. The front desk has questions and answers. The service is very warm. The hotel butler informed the accommodation in advance and related guides. He also answered some details of the questions carefully, and helped to make an appointment for the lunch and tea picking experience of the hotel downstairs. The Longyinxi Mountain downstairs is quite delicious and highly recommended. The overall experience is very good, I feel very suitable for old age, very casual, but if you are not driving to play, you must pay attention to the surrounding traffic, there are still fewer buses nearby, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance to reserve a good time."
