It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

The housekeeper looks like he is afraid that you will be hungry. In the afternoon, he will send braised food, fried chicken, and small steamed buns. When you check in, you will receive welcome fruits and scallion pancakes. In the evening, there is hot milk. The tomatoes in their hotel are really sweet and delicious. It is said that they are grown in their own orchard. After eating and drinking, you can also go to Yixing Bamboo Sea to climb the mountain. It is a natural oxygen bar right next to the hotel. After climbing, you can also choose Yumo Travel Photography. The photographer is serious and responsible, and the finished photos are very beautiful. The hotel also has baking and tea-making activities in the morning. In short, two days and one night, it is not boring at all, the activities are rich and interesting, and their meals are delicious! GGuest UserIn fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs.
When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

11582199****The hotel environment is elegant, and the courtyard garden design is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom design is suitable for families traveling together. The hotel staff's attitude was also quite good. A few suggestions for improvement:
1. There's no need to call guests before and after check-in, unless they specifically request contact. Otherwise, it's quite annoying to imagine every hotel calling you 2-3 times.
2. The third-party vendor for the hotel package was terrible. The travel photography experience was the worst I've ever encountered, both in terms of photography skill and service quality. The hotel eventually intervened to resolve it, but it was a very poor experience and wasted my family's time and mine.
3. Wouldn't it be better to offer guests or children a small gift during holidays? A vacation is all about the mood and experience.

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying stay, especially for Ms. Han Minyu, the Qinghe Messenger. She was patient with us upfront, taking into account every detail, even calling to remind us of the boat schedule and expressing her concern for our stay.
The architecture is truly breathtaking, with a breathtaking view at every turn. The dining experience was also excellent. Unlike other hotels with buffets, here you're given a menu and order your own food. While the quality may seem modest, the food is excellent, and the tableware is particularly exquisite.
The rooms are small, but the facilities are excellent. The only downside is the lack of a pool. 😂

11381828****The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The room is large and comfortable to live in. Disadvantages: There were some issues with the WIFI in room 506. I asked the staff to adjust it three times. It should be a problem with the settings. Breakfast was average. One thing that needs special attention is that the table for steaming buns during breakfast can easily burn your hands. As soon as you open the lid, steam will come out and your hands will be burned red. Upon reminder, the staff turned off the switch. If this matter is not taken seriously, something bad will happen sooner or later!

After arriving at the hotel, I found that the hotel's service awareness is very strong, and the battery cars are waiting in the parking lot. It is not easy for the staff in such a hot weather. We are a big family, and then there are 2 elderly people and 2 children. The staff thoughtfully changed them in the same building. thank you very much.
Afternoon tea, to be honest, was surprisingly good. In addition, there are local tea leaves in the room for tasting.
Check-out is convenient, there is a service desk in the check-in building, and you can check in directly.
This stay, the overall feeling is that this is a unique, thoughtful, service-conscious, more refined hotel with an excellent location.
