GGuest UserThis famous hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, spotless, and the living was particularly comfortable. The boss, the proprietress service is warm and thoughtful, intimate and meticulous, making people feel as warm as going home. What touched me especially was that after visiting the attractions at night, the store has been thinking about our return trip, and offered to pick us up to the famous hotel. On the day of leaving, he also made a special trip to the station. Before leaving, he also sent us to the snacks made by himself. It was really heartwarming. This trip has become particularly beautiful because of this famous hotel, I really recommend it!

GGuest UserWe parked our car in the parking lot and were picked up by a hotel shuttle bus. Although the hotel is located in a scenic area, it is very quiet. In spring, the entire hotel is surrounded by greenery. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper always reminds and cares about us, and takes the initiative to help us locate the Chinese restaurant. The dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. Dongpo Pavilion Hotel in the scenic area can also send a car to pick you up, which is very thoughtful. At the end of the check-out, the hotel also sent a thoughtful gift 😀 At present, the business surroundings of the town are not yet fully developed. I will go there again when it is more complete.

The scenic area is beautiful and tranquil, the water show is enchanting, and the kiln fire show in the evening is absolutely spectacular. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Wanwan, for her warm and attentive service, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The B&B facilities are excellent, with exquisite details throughout; staying here was truly a pleasure. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come for vacation! The reception and service staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, and the first impression was good. The guest room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The washroom, shower, and toilet are divided into three rooms that do not affect each other. The dry and wet are completely separated. It is worthy of praise!

GGuest UserAdvantages: The room is large and comfortable to live in. Disadvantages: There were some issues with the WIFI in room 506. I asked the staff to adjust it three times. It should be a problem with the settings. Breakfast was average. One thing that needs special attention is that the table for steaming buns during breakfast can easily burn your hands. As soon as you open the lid, steam will come out and your hands will be burned red. Upon reminder, the staff turned off the switch. If this matter is not taken seriously, something bad will happen sooner or later!

3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

GGuest UserA pertinent evaluation: children are very satisfied with the room and have fun, but as a parent-child hotel, children's slippers and toothbrushes need to take the initiative, the room does not have a phone, this is the first time I have seen it, call the front desk to use my own mobile phone. The front desk sister who stayed on the same day on April 2 did not have any sense of service. She went back to the room and groped by herself. She didn't tell you how to go. The room was on the fifth floor but the actual 4th floor of the elevator. I only knew that the fourth floor was the fifth floor after going up and down two or three times. The front desk was unwilling to say one word. I want two bottles of water. The sister at the front desk said that the mineral water has not arrived yet. Hahaha, the first time I saw it, the hotel's mineral water would be broken. Although it was given in the end. But the front desk sister on April 3 should like a big praise, answer all questions, and help you solve difficulties, especially if you don’t have afternoon tea, you will check out. Miss sister took the initiative to help prepare in advance. When you left, you also chased up and sent a souvenir, but the children in the slide room had a good time, which is fine. There is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hair dryer is a cottage Dyson. The hotel details are really not good.
