GGuest UserThere is a view at every step, the air is fresh, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The children like cycling very much, and it is very good to relax slowly around the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is very delicious, and our family of three ate until they were full! The complimentary fruit drinks and snacks are also loved. The breakfast variety is a little less, but there will be a waiter to serve and pick up the food, which is very considerate! I will stay here again when I come to Yixing in the future!

GGuest UserWe parked our car in the parking lot and were picked up by a hotel shuttle bus. Although the hotel is located in a scenic area, it is very quiet. In spring, the entire hotel is surrounded by greenery. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper always reminds and cares about us, and takes the initiative to help us locate the Chinese restaurant. The dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. Dongpo Pavilion Hotel in the scenic area can also send a car to pick you up, which is very thoughtful. At the end of the check-out, the hotel also sent a thoughtful gift 😀 At present, the business surroundings of the town are not yet fully developed. I will go there again when it is more complete.

There is abalone for breakfast every day! The confirmed menu part will also be adjusted. The hotel's meals are very delicious, but they are more expensive. The good night sweet soup before going to bed every day will also be different, very loving.
The only suggestion is that the room will be a little uneven due to the partition. The family members accidentally kicked the protruding part at night and injured their toes a little. The service staff is too good to say~ Haha

GGuest UserIn fact, the surrounding environment of the hotel and the space of the hotel itself are quite satisfactory. The entire hotel uses a swimming pool as the core facility. The number of guest rooms is small and the room space is large. Compared with ordinary mountain B&Bs, it is actually somewhat luxurious. . There is also a small terrace to enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
But the only fly in the ointment is that the experience of the service team seems to be insufficient. Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs.
When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team.

MManbingquantangAlthough I only stayed for two nights, it was definitely a very satisfying trip. I sincerely recommend that you stay in the mountains when you come to Yixing. The air is very fresh. Elderly people say that breathing fresh air relieves their throat discomfort a lot.
The hotel's service is very enthusiastic. From the first day of check-in, the room was upgraded for free and the impression was very good. The staff were very enthusiastic. The elder was not used to sleeping on soft pillows and thick quilts, so he immediately replaced them with summer thin quilts and buckwheat pillows after the communication the next day.
Because there was no takeout available in the city, and I was too lazy to go out to find a farmhouse, I had dinner at the hotel. I ordered hot pepper tofu for two days in a row. The tofu in the mountains didn’t have any beany smell at all, and I was very happy with it. Free yogurt was also given in the evening. Before leaving, I was also given special black rice.
Another major feature of the hotel is the hot spring, which is also very comfortable. Because I went out to play in the morning and soaked in the evening for two consecutive days, the fatigue of the day was relieved.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall landscape design is excellent, and it's very quiet, making it ideal for a vacation. Although the terrace rooms don't have an elevator, the staff are always on hand to help with luggage. However, I do have a few suggestions for improvement:
1. The cocktails at the bar were terrible, but the live band was fantastic and exceeded expectations!
2. The soap gets stuck to the soap dish after getting wet, making it impossible to pick up. I suggest a soap dish with a textured bottom.
3. The shower water flow knob becomes very slippery and impossible to turn once it gets soap or suds on it.
Overall, the good outweighs the bad though!

YYuanlainiyezaiYYA surprisingly good three-day, two-night leisure trip. I booked a three-day, two-night package (CNY 1299/set) for the Bamboo Retreat Balcony Twin Room on Trip.com. The room is 45 square meters, with new facilities and a well-designed layout, making for a very comfortable stay. Yaohu Grand Hotel is located within Yaohu Town, just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The hotel also provides a shuttle service, which is very convenient for reaching slightly more distant attractions.
The hotel staff are well-trained. The front desk staff meticulously explained touring tips to guests checking in; the lobby staff proactively helped guests with luggage and arranged shuttle services; and the housekeeping staff responded promptly to guest requests. Because the hotel is quite large, staff members were specially stationed in the main hallway during breakfast to guide guests. Amy from guest relations was always online, ready to answer guests' various questions and provide timely and effective assistance.
The package not only included two days of buffet breakfast but also a five-color Yibang-style double dinner, tickets to ”Flight of Birds” (a spectacular French show I'd love to see again), a one-way ticket for the Cloud Train, a voucher for shrimp fishing or fish catching at Zizai Valley, and a travel photoshoot. The town also arranges many performances and activities, with the Dragon Water Show and fireworks show being the most captivating.
Yaohu Town is built against the mountains, making it a multi-level town with a unique layout, featuring mountains, water, and antique-style buildings, offering plenty to explore.

11381828****The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

XXiaoheyizhihuExcellent hotel, several light luxury homestays have recently opened in Yixing and Liyang, but after staying here, I feel that Lanyun Valley is definitely my favorite. Just because of the huge infinity pool, swimming is so cool that you can soak in it all day. The surrounding environment is also very good, just under the cliff at the foot of the mountain, with lush bamboo forests, and there are ancient trails to climb behind the mountain, and it is also very close to the Youche Reservoir. The service of the hotel is also very considerate. The masters who pick up and drop off the vehicles and the receptionists at the front desk are very attentive. The food and beverage products are also quite good. It is definitely worth a few checks. Those who want to escape the summer heat can check it out.

EElena 莲娜This is a great hotel with a classy environment and a wonderful service.
The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
