GGuest UserThere is a view at every step, the air is fresh, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The children like cycling very much, and it is very good to relax slowly around the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is very delicious, and our family of three ate until they were full! The complimentary fruit drinks and snacks are also loved. The breakfast variety is a little less, but there will be a waiter to serve and pick up the food, which is very considerate! I will stay here again when I come to Yixing in the future!

GGuest UserWe stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. I was truly touched by her dedication and professionalism, so I absolutely have to give her a five-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

11381828****The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

SSG ATHave been using this hotel many times already. This time round the room were newly refurbished and its very nice and pleasant. Room size and toilet is larger than before. The mattress were great, the firmness is just right and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast spread very generous with local and international dishes to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just a short walk to the old city and very convenient for just anything and everything. You can find plenty of food and eatery shops in the old city.

GGuest UserI came here on a business trip. My friend recommended Wanyue Garden Hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and the air is good. It is suitable for business vacations. The room facilities are good, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, a gym and laundry room, convenient parking, and charging stations. It is very close to the city center and only takes a few minutes to drive there. Recommended

GGuest UserWent to Yixing Poly Theater to watch a performance and booked a full season hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was friendly, the transportation was convenient, and the theater was a few minutes away. The view of Dongyu Lake next to it was an unexpected surprise. The exhibition hall of Yixing Museum that displays the life of academicians made me feel the rich cultural heritage of the hometown of academicians that values culture and education.

There is a large parking lot at the door, which is safe and convenient.
The hotel has complete facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, average breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. Some equipment is damaged and needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
The professional image and service awareness of the hotel's front desk staff need to be improved. In the face of possible busyness during holidays, basic coping measures should be taken.
About 5 kilometers away from the hotel by taxi, there is a ”Red Mud Hotel”, authentic Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, first-class service awareness, and recommended delicious dishes: steamed white fish, fried eel shreds, with Laoshayouhuang, haha, beautiful and joyful.

The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and introduced many tourist attractions in the surrounding area. The parking lot is also free. In addition, the breakfast is also buffet style, with rich dishes and fresh ingredients. The flowers in the lobby are also very beautiful. Overall, it is a hotel with good value for money, highly recommended to everyone who comes for tourism or business trips!

SShapeJerryThe hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda Plaza and close to Dongjiu Park, making it super easy to grab a bite, have a drink, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll. I was so happy the front desk upgraded me to an executive king room! I got to experience the city view from the 21st floor, and the hotel service was prompt and efficient.
The room itself was quite spacious, and with the full-length mirror and glass, it felt even larger. Although you could tell some of the internal facilities were a bit older, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the view from the window was lovely.
I also tried the swimming pool area, which was quite good – very clean. Plus, the pool offers a lake view, so you can swim and enjoy the scenery at the same time, which was a nice little bonus.
The only minor drawback was that they weren't very prompt in refilling breakfast items. For two consecutive days, I had to wait a long time for them to replenish the dishes that had run out. The breakfast quality was okay, pretty standard, but for someone like me who enjoys noodles, fruit, and bread, it mostly met my needs, haha.
