GGuest UserHotel gave us a free upgrade in room when we arrive a bit late at night around 8pm due to wrong info from Baidu map when I want to get Chinese information on the hotel. Baidu Chinese put this hotel as 环科园亚朵，but the road name it put 人民路135。 we end up at the Both the hotel staff at 环科园 and 人民路are very friendly and professional.
It have both western and Chinese breakfast. The chinese breakfast is delicious. Took it breakfast, I have to skip my lunch. Lol

GGuest UserThe hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style.
There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact.
The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good.
I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

GGuest UserStayed at the hotel during Typhoon Bebinca. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Due to the Typhoon, we were unable to go out for dinner. The dining room staff cooked simple dinner for hotel guests for free. Very wonderful and caring staff.

11381828****The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

SSG ATHave been using this hotel many times already. This time round the room were newly refurbished and its very nice and pleasant. Room size and toilet is larger than before. The mattress were great, the firmness is just right and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast spread very generous with local and international dishes to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just a short walk to the old city and very convenient for just anything and everything. You can find plenty of food and eatery shops in the old city.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The room is large and comfortable to live in. Disadvantages: There were some issues with the WIFI in room 506. I asked the staff to adjust it three times. It should be a problem with the settings. Breakfast was average. One thing that needs special attention is that the table for steaming buns during breakfast can easily burn your hands. As soon as you open the lid, steam will come out and your hands will be burned red. Upon reminder, the staff turned off the switch. If this matter is not taken seriously, something bad will happen sooner or later!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for this trip and I really chose the right one! From the beginning of the door, the front desk lady was not only very good-looking, but also very warm and approachable. She took the initiative to help me take my luggage up. It was a great stay experience. It was highly recommended! , the front desk service is particularly warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed is very fast, and we also intimately introduced us to the food and play routes around the hotel.
The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy, the sheets were spotless, the bathroom had no smell, the lighting and ventilation were very good, and the scenery outside the window made people feel comfortable. The facilities in the room are very complete, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the sleep is particularly comfortable. There is no fatigue of boats and cars at all.
The hotel's breakfast is particularly rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very good, which can meet the taste needs of different people. And the staff's service is very meticulous, seeing the cup empty will add water in time, people feel very warm.
When we left the store, the front desk also asked us if we wanted to help call the car. It was really a home away from home experience. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to friends around me!
