DDudeStarThe room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. The front desk was very friendly. Big thumbs up for Alper, he was very friendly and giving a lot of good recommendations for restaurants.
The location is a little far from most of things, not recommend for walking . Mostly a long walk to Airport, Main train station and restaurants.

VVforvanityStayed here for the first time after the positive experience I had in another Premier Inn Hotel. Location is about 5 mins from the main train station, convenient enough to get around and not too sketchy area as the police station is nearby. Room size was comfortable for 2. If i had to say a downside for this hotel it would be the AC is too warm (even in winter) and the windows cannot be opened as we were on the 7th floor. We would really love to open the windows even if for a small bit to let some cool air in.

JJuliethe staff were fantastic, there wasn't a moment that they weren't helpfull , they helped above and beyond, the breakfast was so much to choose from and catered for everyone, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful bathroom, would definitely recommened this for anyone that wan't to be in the center of Dusseldorf.

GGuest UserI found the location of the hotel to the airport to be excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk via a sidewalk trail that went up to the train station rails and then I could just go straight up to the airport. The room was very clean. The temperature was easy to adjust to my liking, the bathroom was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my bags off in the morning and then take them to my room after a fun day and do Dorf. I did not eat while there however I was able to have morning coffee and the coffee machine was lovely and had a variety of coffee choices. I would definitely stay in Ibis hotels again thank you for a wonderful stay!

000100Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.

I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would especially like to thank the staff for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.

FFanny LIt was alright, not bad. There weren't many rooms, but they were quite clean. The location was convenient, but the prices were super expensive during the exhibition period 😂

GGuest UserVery friendly staff, easy checking. the room is more basic in reality than on the picture. But fair enough for that Price. I had room number 1, that was a bit inconvenient as I needed to go to an event and could use some rest. But the room is next to the reception / exit and you hear everything. Also the checkout is at 10 instead of 11, that's a tidy early for people that need a bit of rest. The rest was more than ok
