GGuest UserNothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

YYibeibabaozounvshiThe breakfast was very simple, only bagels, juice, and yogurt. There were no other hot dishes, not even eggs. Avoid.
When checking in, they asked me to pay for parking, and they said the merchant would open it when I checked out. But when I checked out, the front desk was changed and they asked me to find the platform, Ctrip, to make up for it. The hotel service was bad.

我我的自由在高处No one cleaned the room on the last day and it was useless to bring it to the front desk. The hotel does not have a breakfast buffet. The location is a little bit biased. Fortunately, there is a supermarket next to it, which is quite convenient. Someone helped parking at the hotel, great

GGuest UserI visit CO at least once a year, usually Christmas time for sure. My stay was great. My room was nice and clean. Loved the shower. The service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed batteries for the remote and my card was charged twice since I used a third party. The front desk staff and the manager were patient and helpful. The extra charge was removed as soon as possible. Thanks everyone!

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.
