"The hotel room itself was spacious and clean and a great value for its price. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and informative . The only issue I had which prevented a 5* rating was the difficulty we had getting yo the hotel. The free shuttle only picked up from West side of airport and there was No clear sign or directio as to how to find the shuttle stop. We asked numerous other shuttle drivers while waiting by mistake on the east side of airport and no one corrected us. "

"The hotel is not bad for the money. location is normal. I booked a room with a king size bed and a bathtub, but got two regular beds and a small shower."

OOnyx KnightReally enjoyed this hotel and it's amenities the staff was very helpful and very patient with me because I didn't have an appointment to cover incidentals at first but they waited until I was able to get the money transferred to my account and all was well. Fairfield inn has always been a staple since I was young and has once again proven to be a great choice for a getaway in the city

GGuest UserWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.
