GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

SShanghainuobaoThe hotel is about ten minutes walk from Union Station and can take the light rail to the airport. 10 knives per person. Opposite the hotel is a big supermarket, shopping for food is extremely convenient and affordable. I asked for a quiet room, giving me the side of the main road and the highway, a bit noisy. Check-in and renewal are required to show the platform order, which is a bit annoying. The hotel does not include breakfast, and there is coffee in the morning lobby. It is not as good as Huanpeng with breakfast for free coffee throughout the day.

CChristina McDuffieThough I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again

The room is relatively large and the bathroom is spacious. The bed is soft and hard, and the balcony is also large, but it is a bit noisy next to the road.
