The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

Hospitality is defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. To most, those are just words but to those in the hospitality industry, it’s an honor code that one lives by in not only work but in life. The Ritz Carlton Denver is a role model for true genuine hospitality. The level of passion, kindness and pure sincerity that this entire Team exudes sets them apart from any and all other hotels I have ever experienced. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend’s experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone’s goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! Concert tickets were handled, flights were secured and then of course it came time to book the hotel, obviously it had to be the best because this kid deserves nothing less. I reached out to the Ritz Carlton Denver as their reputation is regarded as the best, not looking for any handouts or comp rooms, but merely to make the hotel aware of the situation for a Harvey and his mom when they arrived. I had absolutely NO IDEA that this property and Team would have made this the most incredible experience Harvey has ever had and will cherish forever. I want to start by thanking Brad Mills, GM, for personally responding to the initial email sent about Harvey and for personalizing that conversation rather than just sending a generic reply and comping a room. Thank you for taking the time to ask the questions about all of his favorite things and for your empathy; it is extremely apparent that at the Ritz Carlton Denv

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Decided to use some Hilton Honor points today visit the kids in Denver and stumbled across this three story Hampton in the midst of the Denver Tech Center. Generally, the hotels in the Tech Center are starting to add hidden fees such as parking; we visit here often and they are beginning to find more ways to nickel and dime you in this area. This place starts you off with waters and cookies and great front desk people. Our first room had a small problem (the smoke detector chirped every few minutes), and we were immediately upgraded to a beautiful suite. No, the hotel is not the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, but the decor is modern, clean and up to date. We didn’t eat breakfast here as there is a Snooze Restaurant just a block away (we love them!). The pool was super clean and not crowded. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the management is well-organized, clean and hygienic, the staff is polite and friendly, the check-in requires the occupant's credit card to deduct the deposit, but the deposit was refunded to me when I checked out. Shampoo and body wash are great, as are conditioners, soaps and lotions. There is an induction cooker and simple tableware in the room. There is coffee and hot water supply in the lobby. The breakfast is good and rich. In the city center, shopping and transportation are convenient, there are many restaurants, and there is a king soopers supermarket less than 600 meters away. Carefully look at the small list given at check-in, which has the hotel's convenient services, which is very thoughtful. The self-service kiosks are reasonably priced. You can store luggage, which is very helpful. Very recommended!

GGuest UserI have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️
MMaryhksCool hotel, but I think a little over priced. For what ended up being about a $500 per night cost I think the hotel is a bit more expensive than it should be. I'm happy to pay up for a more supreme experience, but in the end I thought was a little too expensive for what it was. We chose a Mountain View room and were glad we did that. We had a nice view for the two days we were there. The room was very spacious. Bed was good, but not super comfortable. Bathroom was large and very nice. We both made the comment that the hallways were wide and bright. Very nice. The employees at the desk and the 4th floor terrace were very nice and friendly. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 review was the value of the cost. Again, I'm happy to pay up for a hotel, but it seemed kind of ordinary for the cost. Could maybe spend $300 a night nearby for the same type of room.

GGuest UserWe did not stay here (I gave the rating a five star just based on service). However, I spoke to Corey at the front desk at 3:00 a.m. from out of state and he was beyond helpful. My daughter is traveling across country and we had no idea where to stay. He worked with me to pull up maps, discuss which Marriott properties might be best for her truck and trailer, etc. He was honest and said their property was too far off her destination but he gave me options and was knowledgeable about the various area(s). Most importantly, he was patient with me and just tremendous.
We were a couple and stayed for 2 nights. It was the least enjoyable hotel experience in quite some time. Positives - 1. Bathroom in room was clean and decent sized. 2. A shuttle to Red Rocks leaves from the lobby of the hotel. Convenient location for that purpose. Negatives - 1. Entire 1st floor lobby and restaurant smelled like sewage the entire time. Worst consistent hotel odor we have ever experienced. 2. We booked a king bed. They gave us a queen. ”We are sold out of king beds”. Asked for reduced rate or other compensation. Was told ”nope”. 3. Wifi only worked on our first night there. After that no wifi available. 4. Ordered room service breakfast prior to going to bed. Received phone call the next morning, which woke us up ”Sorry, no breakfast can be served, our systems are down”. 5. No online check out. 6. Online amenities say ”Free wine and beer served afternoons”. No beer available, only wine. 7. Hotel is old and shows it big time. 8. Room was very dark, small, and uninviting. 9. Rates are pricey. Bottom line: This is a very poor hotel choice. Downtown Denver, there are plenty of far superior options available, including the Residence Inn Denver City Center right next door, where we stayed last time we were in Denver. Cannot recommend.

HHefterMy husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

Noel explained everything whats going on at the hotel thats why we were relocated to another property which was the Best Western Premier and it was just across Comfort Inn. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the new property. Tnx to Noel at the Comfort Inn for assisting us relocate to a new property.
JJet15737955066Airport shuttle is shared with a few other area hotels. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was spacious, as expected since it was a “suite” type hotel. There’s a kitchenette in the room, which had a microwave, ref, stove, sink, basic utensils, plates, mugs, drinking glasses. Separate area for the closet and bathroom. Breakfast was basic fare, nothing great.
Rramses miselPrice is great, facilities are clean and Staff is incredibly friendly. I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Denver because I wanted to be close to different locations, and definitely by Far this one was the best. Breakfast is very complete and nutritive, and it's very close to the airport, hotel also features a shuttle that takes you and brings you from the Airport.
PpThe staff at the motel are friendly and the location is ok if you drive.
The cleanliness of the room is normal and there is no dryer and refrigerator, so you should refer to it.
