GGuest UserActually, there is a hotel reception car at the exit, but we didn't know it.
I bought a bottle of red wine at the supermarket DENNE near the station, and ordered a steak on the 0th floor of the hotel. It was very comfortable for two people to share. Thank you hotel staff! We also ordered fried eggs for breakfast, which was good.

KKai YeeThe hotel is very beautiful inside and outside, the room is large, there are facilities such as spa sauna gym, breakfast is good.
Very close to the Glacier Paradise cable car, but far from the station, there is a large luggage need to call the hotel early to pick up and drop off, about 15 minutes to the station.
More disappointing is that the original reservation of the mountain view room, but the first floor only saw a little bit of the mountain top, to the golden sunrise or to endure the cold run out of the hotel outside the wooden bridge location can be reached first, there is a big difference with the hotel.

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 6-minute walk from the train station's rear exit, though it's a bit far from the main attractions. The hotel boasts a wide array of facilities, including a restaurant, bar, smoking room, game room, and a swimming pool.
We booked a mountain view room with a loft and a balcony. The bathroom and the main level of the room were very clean, and we had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our room – the scenery was absolutely stunning. However, the stairs leading up to the loft were quite slippery, and the vacuuming there seemed inadequate, as there was a strong dusty smell.

1. The hotel is clearly called Alpenhof Hotel (see Figure 1 and Figure 2), but the Ctrip platform insists on calling it wellness hotel alpenhof, which made me unable to find the wellness hotel on Google Maps and I had to run back and forth between the two railway stations. Please see Figure 5 for the most accurate Google map name of Ctrip.
2. When I checked in, the hotel gave me a corner room with a sloping roof. The area is probably not smaller but the volume is definitely smaller. I felt depressed when I entered this room. Let's take a look at the page display when booking (Figure 4). Later, Ctrip coordinated to change it to a normal room. It's really bad to give a corner room when there is a room. There are thousands of hotels in Zermatt. I will not come here in the future. It's too bullying.

AAndreClose to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel. Thanks to Laginabel for providing us with perfect service and upgrading us to a large apartment with a view of the Matterhorn. Here is a summary of the hotel's features:
1. The hotel is very close to Zermatt Station and View Point. It is very convenient to walk there with a suitcase in about 5 minutes. The hotel also provides a free short-term bus (Zermatt's unique battery car).
2. The hotel itself has first-class facilities, especially the new building No. 3 where we stayed this time. The view is also perfect. You can see the view of the view point from the hotel balcony. The spa facilities are also brand new. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one with a higher water temperature and the other with a slightly lower temperature. Both have surfing and massage functions.
3. The hotel service is first-class. When we checked in, the front desk lady personally took us to the room and gave us a Rome tour. The breakfast is also the most abundant in this trip, with fresh smoked salmon sashimi, various hams, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables are all fresh, and there is homelet.
4. The free bus stop of Zermatt Town is right in front of the hotel, which can go anywhere, including Glacier Paradise, Five Lakes Cable Car Station and Negrat Line Train Station.

GGuest UserThe room and staff were first class. Baggage storage, completed check in so we could easily get keys when we returned from day out. The breakfast was very nice. They upgraded our room. Wished we could of enjoyed the place longer than the 1 night.
