Zermatt Hotels with Pools

Location was really convenient and was just a 5-8 min walk from the main train station with a supermarket just 3 min away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful too! The hotel provides free laundry and dryer for all guests and that was really helpful as it was the last few days of our holiday and we had a bunch of clothes to wash 😮💨

The hotel is close to the train station, you can inform the pick-up station, or you can take the local E-Bus, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, with a balcony, open the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see Matterhorn, the appearance is different every day. The hotel has hot and cold food for breakfast, as well as freshly squeezed juice. Dinner is Italian rice, the price is similar to the street restaurant, and the side dishes are slightly more than outside. The hotel provides slippers. The hotel is closer to Sunega Station, and you can also take the elevator to Zermatt Viewing Point from there, and you can climb less mountains.

1. This hotel is halfway up the mountain. There is a shuttle bus, but it closes at 7pm. The hotel check-in instructions did not mention this at all. It only said that the shuttle bus is free. We thought there was always a shuttle bus, but after we arrived by train that day It was 9.30, and the hotel said there was no shuttle bus, and the bus was also closed. The navigation showed that it took about 17 minutes to walk, but it turned out that it was all uphill, and I was exhausted. It was difficult to take a taxi halfway, and I vomited from exhaustion. The whole family had to push it in the middle of the night. Luggage, exhausted, sweating profusely, feeling hot and in a bad mood 2. The hotel reservation was obviously successful, but when check-in was due in two days, there was no notice, and it was said that the credit card charge failed and the room was full. Fortunately, Ctrip did a very good job in this regard, and it took several communications to let the hotel go again. The agent released a room, and Ctrip must be praised here. 3. The hotel front desk staff is quite good. On the day we went paragliding, they offered to take our luggage to the train station without us having to go back to pick up the luggage.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and a unique, tasteful decor with wooden elements throughout, which I really loved. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, changing daily. You can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony, though my view from the second floor was unfortunately somewhat limited. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's very convenient for the train station and exploring the town, with a Coop supermarket, shops, and restaurants all conveniently located nearby. After a 2-night stay, it was overall a very pleasant experience!

The hotel is literally a stone’s throw away from the train station. Super convenient! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and worth it!

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

The best hotel in Zermatt, there are fruit nuts, chocolate, red wine, etc. You can have an extra bed, breakfast is great, there are swimming pool, billiards and table tennis. Going to the train station is also specially called a carriage, very good, at checkout The price is 100 Swiss francs more than Ctrip. After watching Ctrip’s order, I immediately refunded 100 Swiss francs. A very good hotel.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!
