Find Zermatt Hotels With Hot Tub

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

Great location and spacious rooms; lovely balcony overlooking the Matterhorn and adjoining balcony gate to our family in the next room over. Very walkable to the train station and, in spite of location behind tracks, comfortably quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. Dinner selections were limited but tasty. Very pleasant pool and wellness area that my family enjoyed.

Good location in Zermatt close to station and ski lifts by walking or bus. Food was excellent. Rooms were rather small unless you had a suite, especially bathrooms. Way too small in the ski locker room once more than two people were in there trying to get skis and boots. Hot tub and sauna too small for the number of people arriving there after a days skiing all at the same time usually.

Very recommended, the room for 3 people, the room size is a room, a hall, a sofa bed in the hall, a balcony, the balcony is not facing the Matterhorn. Very clean, with electric curtains, air conditioning through TV control, bathroom supplies are also good, minibar free and daily replenishment, beer, cola, iced black tea, soda and mineral water, breakfast all Western style, a lot of fruit varieties. The small town of Zermatt is not big. The hotel is opposite the cable car station of Wuhu Hiking. It takes 10 minutes to get to the train station. The cable car to the gornergrat observation deck is opposite the train station. More comfortable than living in Wengen

We were not residents, merely walk in customers to the restaurant (like most). Although we didn't know it, we had a trainee serve us, who didn't give us the full wine list, didn't advise us that certain meals take longer to cook etc. So, after no lunch and feeling very hungry, we had to wait nearly an hour - and only after several complaints - received any food. We did not realise that a starter salad was included in the price and was not served to us. It wasn't cheap yet the portions were not large and after more complaints was implied that it was OUR fault as we had not asked for any detail about the meal (we are used to wait staff supplying the information). I would suggest avoiding this restaurant - there are many more in Zermatt - and which would offer a much better customer service. We ended up with large bill, not full stomachs and a regrettable and sad evening and experience. Go somewhere else.

My friends and I visited Zermatt for the first time ever, in October 2023. We took 2 mountain-view rooms and were extremely glad that we did! After we arrived at the Zermatt train station, we decided to walk to the hotel on our own because the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny. Guests can opt for transport by an electric vehicle, which costs CHF15 per person, from the train station directly to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after 10 minutes, walking to this hotel isn't too difficult, as long as your luggage has wheels. The roads are well-paved, you just need to watch out for cyclists and the electric vehicles speeding around the town. This hotel requires guests to check-in on their website, they send you a link via email, a few days prior to your visit here, so you that you can do a pre check-in even before you arrive. I didn't do that, so I did my check-in on the spot in front of the reception counter and was guided step-by-step by the friendly staff. Our rooms were ready, it was around 1pm. The rooms are very clean, has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel, including bathrobes and bedroom slippers, digital safe, hairdryer, coffee machine and basic toiletries. This hotel has a pillow menu, I went to the front desk to get a memory foam latex pillow for myself because I found the down pillows too soft. The room temperature was very comfortable, the rooms are heated by a central heating system, which is controlled by the hotel staff. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms. Our room balconies had unobstructed views of the Matterhorn mountain, the most recognisable mountain in Europe. This was worth every extra penny that we paid for the mountain-view rooms! IMPORTANT NOTE: Not every hotel room in any hotel in Zermatt has unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. If you are a first-time visitor to Zermatt, I recommend that you spend the extra money and get yourself a mountain-view room. This hotel is located away from the main street of Zermatt town, therefore it is very quiet and serene. At the same time, it is within walking distance to the main street, the GornergratBahn railway station, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondola station, to the Matterhorn Museum, and to several excellent restaurants in Zermatt. You can ask the front desk staff for a walking map of Zermatt when you check into this hotel, I asked Christina for advise and restaurant recommendations, and she was most helpful. She gave me 2 maps of Zermatt, one map shows the tourists attractions and the other shows the restaurants. My friends and I dined at the Spycher restaurant, which is connected to this hotel, they serve AMAZING flambe beef and lamb! Our rooms included complimentary breakfast and it was good but not spectacular. You can have pancakes, omelettes and sunny-side eggs cooked to order. Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

1- 8 minutes walk from Zermatt railway station. The hotel can also be picked up in advance. 2- The room is super large and has a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. (25 square meters) super quiet. The bathroom and bathing area are very clean. 3- Boiled eggs for breakfast 4- The beauties at the front desk will try their best to meet your requirements. 5- The cogwheel train to the Matterhorn is just opposite the Zermatt railway station. 6-The pasta on the top of the Matterhorn is delicious for only 16 francs. It's cheaper than in town.

This hotel is the best one in my 12-day trip in Switzerland. The details of the hotel are very good. The minibar in the room is free, there is beer bubble water, etc. The room is large and can be used for extra beds. There are some hot foods outside, which are included in the room rate. It is a very careful hotel. There are many things to send, chocolate, special drinks, sweets, etc. Many details can reflect that this is a high-powered hotel, although the hotel is Half-mountain, but it does not affect travel at all. There is a hotel bus transfer to and from the train station, and the hotel has a direct elevator to the foot of the mountain. The elevator is the entrance to the rothorn, very good!

It is still a bit far from Zermatt Railway Station, especially when it snows on the road, I will give up the box and walk to the hotel, because I don't know where to go when I go to the half of the navigation, and I will take a taxi directly to the train station!
