GGuest UserOur stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, combining classic Swiss charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn — truly unforgettable. The wellness area was a highlight, especially after a day exploring Zermatt, with excellent spa facilities that were both relaxing and well organised.
Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport.
Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

SSunyiqingThis hotel is our lucky hotel! We ended the bitter wind and rain in Switzerland here and finally saw the Matterhorn! This hotel itself is also great. The interior layout and design are very cleverly using the elements of the Matterhorn. Moreover, we only made a temporary reservation at 6 or 7 last night. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room type. The room is so big and has a large balcony. There are free coffee and tea in the room. Their breakfast is also great. Because I was in a hurry to go up the mountain in the morning, I didn’t take any photos, but the breakfast is very rich, with various fresh fruits such as strawberries and kiwis, freshly fried meats such as bacon and grilled sausages, as well as vegetables such as broccoli and mushrooms, as well as various breads, juices and milk, and even freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also go to the bar and order a cappuccino. In short, you can eat very satisfying! The best thing is that this hotel also has a pick-up service. We originally had to drag the big box to the train station for more than ten minutes, and the small car took us directly there. It took a few minutes and arrived super fast! I promise that I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Zermatt!

CConBkeThe breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The hotel is super close to the Zermatt train station, Coop supermarket, and the Gornergrat train station. The living room is huge, and the bathroom is also very spacious. You can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony.

Upon arriving in Zermatt and taking the Gornergrat Bahn, it is highly recommended to call the hotel in advance so they can arrange luggage pickup at Riffelberg station. Pulling luggage by yourself can be quite challenging, as the path involves walking through snow and crossing ski areas.
One of the highlights of this hotel is the breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The mountain is clearly visible from the hotel area, and there is truly no need to go elsewhere just to enjoy this iconic view.
The outdoor jacuzzi is a wonderful feature; however, on some days the water temperature was not warm enough, making it comfortable to use only on certain occasions.
Dinner is served as a set course menu. Each evening, there are two main dish options: one meat dish (which changes daily, such as beef, pork, or fish) and one vegetarian option. The food quality is very good and tasty, but the service is relatively slow — completing the full course takes around two hours.
The hotel is well equipped with an elevator that provides access to all floors, which is very convenient, especially when carrying belongings.

Supermarkets were walking distance away, and even food options were many like macdonalds, western food, etc.
the receptionist was warm and friendly and even extended us for an early check in when rooms are available.
The hotel was overall very cozy and clean, suitable for a short stay. The necessities are provided like soap, towels, hair dryer, tissue! Just note that there is no fridge in the room if that was your concern. Other than that, perfect stay!

TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Parnass during my time in Zermatt, and it proved to be a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring the town and surrounding mountains.
The location is one of its biggest strengths. The hotel is right in the centre of Zermatt, meaning you’re within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and key attractions. It’s also only about a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is ideal when arriving with luggage or heading out early for mountain excursions.
The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It had a cosy, alpine feel that suits Zermatt perfectly, and it provided a good place to relax after a day out in the mountains.
Breakfast was included in my stay, and it was a great way to start the day. Having breakfast on site makes mornings much easier, especially if you’re planning an early start for skiing, hiking, or taking one of the mountain railways.
From a practical perspective, the central location means you can easily access lifts, train connections, and walking routes without needing any additional transport. Everything feels close by, which is a big advantage in a destination like Zermatt.
I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable hotel in Zermatt. It’s a great option if you want to be in the heart of the town with easy access to everything while still enjoying a relaxed alpine atmosphere.

33Mio3Just a 10-second walk from Nihonjin-bashi, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The location is absolutely fantastic!
The room was clean and offered a nice view as well.
While it wasn't a Matterhorn-view room, we still enjoyed a lovely view of the Zermatt townscape.
If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely want to stay here.

스스페인갈래You can see the Matterhorn from the accommodation. The breakfast is also fantastic. There are about two types of bread, three types of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and coffee. What's unique is that the shower room is a wet room, which was convenient. There's no elevator. However, it's located on a steep slope, so carrying luggage up was really tough! If your luggage is heavy, it takes 15 minutes whether you walk or take the bus. I highly recommend taking the bus, or if you plan to walk, use the road where cars drive. Alternatively, if it's a short stay, I suggest leaving your luggage in a coin locker at Zermatt station.
