4-Star Hotels in Taoyuan

The hotel was good. The location also good and calm and not noice but a bit far from train station but still can use taxi. As a muslim traveller, The breakfast here is good eventhough not much choice for halal food but enough for me to fulfill my stomach for a day. Thank you.

The location was quite far from the train station, but the interior of the hotel was good. Room was very spacious, clean with many amenities. Service at the counter was good, allowed us to put our luggage with the concierge while we left the hotel to explore Taipei. The only downside was its location, if not this hotel is really great. There is also a Yong He soymilk store nearby which is convenient.

Had a Very nice stay. Hotel is super clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is very conveniently located near the train station so it's easy to explore the surrounding towns. There is a huge bookstore next door which is fun for browsing and shopping. Many interesting eateries nearby especially southeast Asian cuisine. 2nd photo shows the street the hotel is on, while the 3rd photo shows the view from the room.

This is a great value-for-money hotel. It's located near the train station's rear exit, and the rooms are clean and beautifully designed. They also have fantastic common areas, along with free massage chairs, washing machines, and dryers. The only minor drawback was that around 10 PM, we noticed a strong cigarette smell coming from the room, which was quite unpleasant for us non-smokers.

This time, we booked the connecting family room again. The room was spacious and comfortable overall, and it even had a karaoke machine! The shower and toilet were separate, which was great as it meant no one would be disturbed. It's really ideal for a group of friends getting together. The breakfast also offered a variety of choices, and it was both plentiful and refined.

This was my first time staying at the Six Star Hotel in Taoyuan, and I chose the business quad room. The price on Friday wasn't bad, and it included breakfast. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was really, really cold! Aside from a slight noise from the AC, the overall experience was good. The hot water for the shower came on quickly, no long wait needed! 👍 For breakfast, you could order a set meal; the portion wasn't huge but it was decent. The self-service buffet didn't have many options, but what they had was quite tasty! There's also a parking lot next to the business rooms. I'd definitely choose Six Star again if I'm back in Taoyuan.

It was clean and the toilet was a Japanese toilet, very convenient. Location was convenient, nearby 7eleven and a good walking distance from the airport MRT line (you could choose either Linkou or Chang Gung Memorial hospital stations). Reception could speak english and very responsive.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It's located right next to the Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area. There aren't many on-site dining options, so both times I opted for Uber Eats, as our small group wasn't really suited for the large, family-style set meals typical of the live-fish restaurants in the area. The recreational facilities are excellent! There's a ball pit and various interactive parent-child activities perfect for toddlers. For older children, they have a Nintendo Switch, basketball arcade machines, and a billiard room. Highly recommended! The swimming pool is semi-indoor. It got quite chilly swimming at night, but having a pool is always a big plus. Breakfast was the standard fare you'd expect from the Howard Plaza Hotel group, and the beef noodles were particularly delicious.

It's incredibly time-saving and convenient, making it ideal for anyone catching a flight. ✈️ The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of choices, but what truly touched us was that after learning we are vegetarian, the chef specially prepared vegetarian dishes for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was reasonable, making for a very good overall stay. The location is a bit out of the way, so it's recommended to have your own transportation, but this also means the environment is quiet and of higher quality, allowing for true relaxation. The hotel's overall ambiance and facilities were satisfactory, making it a place I'd consider revisiting. The only downside was that the spa was under maintenance, so I couldn't experience those facilities, but it's still a highly recommended quality hotel overall.
