Guest UserI stayed at this Orange Crystal Hotel in Tianjin and was completely satisfied with my experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also conveniently close to all the main attractions; you can walk to the Italian Style Street and it's not far from the Tianjin Eye. In the evenings, you can enjoy a stroll along the Hai River. Plus, there's an underground parking lot with ample spaces. The hotel lobby is spacious, and every staff member I encountered was warm, polite, and incredibly responsive to requests. The room facilities are well-appointed and very clean, with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast was also good. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

Guest UserNostalgic snacks and drinks / Lobby self-service tea and coffee: The lobby is quite cozy, and there are free popsicles, which the kids enjoyed, eating at least 5-6 every day!
Late-night congee: When traveling, kids sometimes don't eat well outside, so it was great they could come back and have congee. Thumbs up!
We chose the Starry Sky Family Room, which was a bit pricey. It had two 1.5-meter double beds, ensuring enough space for sleeping with the kids without feeling cramped! There were also toys in the room for the kids to play with!
The hotel is about 300 meters from the subway station, a 5-10 minute walk, but it's very quiet. The surrounding area has many antique buildings, great for photos, and there were always girls taking pictures downstairs at the hotel!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with ample space. The facilities were comprehensive, and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety, combining both Chinese and Western options. The 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were made fresh and delicious, and the cakes were also very tasty.

ShuangyeThis hotel is excellent for a self-drive trip to Tianjin. You can park right in the courtyard, and it's super convenient as it's next to Wanda Plaza. The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk service was fantastic – polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, highly recommend! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and it had a window that opened. The housekeeping staff were diligent; any requests were handled promptly. Overall a great experience. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. A very satisfying stay, I'll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again next time I'm in Tianjin.

KandaSSSI was in the area for business at the airport and booked Fraser Suites last minute. I've usually stayed in more urban-style places, so this hotel apartment was a pleasant surprise with its elegant and understated ambiance. Stella at the front desk was very welcoming. The room configuration is new and excellent, and the facilities are great. If you walk about a kilometer north, you'll find a lively cluster of restaurants. In the evening, you can enjoy a stroll by the lake. The breakfast on the second day was also good, with a wide variety of pastries and thoughtful hot dishes (including a seafood duo, which is fitting for a coastal location). However, I'd suggest a larger hot milk dispenser as it runs out quickly. Other than that, there's really nothing to complain about; it's highly recommended!

Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel!
First off, the hotel is located near Wudadao, which is both quiet and convenient. You can easily walk to several great restaurants, which is a huge plus.
The ambiance is fantastic. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and the corridors are tastefully designed. It's incredibly clean, and the carpets make it very quiet.
I had a connecting king room with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The newly renovated environment is very minimalistic, and the housekeeping was spotless.
Extremely satisfied. Definitely adding this to my favorites list.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely have to give the hotel a huge thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff, Luna, not only processed my check-in quickly but also thoughtfully upgraded my room and thoroughly explained all the hotel's amenities, making me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's location is superb, making getting around very convenient. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing even a light sleeper like me to enjoy a full night of high-quality sleep. The room design is modern yet cozy, and it was spotlessly clean, with even the corners meticulously attended to. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillows were just the right height, and the toiletries had a premium scent – every detail showcased quality. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. It was a blend of Western and Chinese styles, and I even got to try local specialties, catering to different tastes. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service staff were prompt in refilling water and clearing plates, making for a very pleasant dining experience. What touched me most was the hotel's 'human touch.' From the housekeeping auntie's smiling greetings whenever we met to the front desk staff proactively asking for feedback upon check-out, it made me feel like this wasn't just a place to stay, but more like a home away from home. In summary, this is a hotel that is impeccable in both its hardware and software. It offers excellent value for money, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city. I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality!

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean and tidy overall, with a minimalist style that I really liked. Located on Nanjing Road, it's convenient for getting around, and a pleasant evening stroll took me to the Little White House and the Wudadao area. The 'Xiao Ai' smart control system was excellent; I didn't have to get up to switch lights on or off, and playing music was a breeze. My only minor gripes were that the laundry room was a bit dimly lit at night, and there was a small section of stairs without lighting, which felt a little adventurous after dark. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more local Tianjin specialties.
