4-Star Hotels in Tianjin

Many have posted positive reviews on the hotel which I generally agree. I would like to raise 2 points for hotel management to improve on. 1) Occasionally I can smell cigarette smoke in my room, especially at night. On Monday afternoon around 4pm, there is a strong cigarette smell at 16th floor when I went to do laundry. 2) I found a pickle on the floor upon check in.

We only stayed for one night, but we really wish we had stayed longer! The service was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great amenities, and the location is perfect, very convenient with plenty of food options and places to explore nearby. We absolutely loved the room, especially the thoughtful touch of having toys for children. My little one was so happy and excited to have the toys in the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We also really loved the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, everything was delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and the city. We definitely should have stayed longer in Tianjin! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re travelling with children. Everything is very clean and the room is spacious. I reached in the morning and they let me check in earlier Appreciate the kindness as I did not rest well on flight. There is complimentary self service laundry, which is very useful. You can even check the availablity of the washing machines on your tv. You can try the robot delivery for your food. The robot can even send a message to the tv when it arrived. It is near to a mall and you can grab your meals or snacks from the supermarket. Will definitely recommend this hotel if they are here to attend events at the exhibition halls.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Western and Chinese options. We even got a room upgrade! The housekeeping auntie did a meticulous job with cleaning, making for a really pleasant stay. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a great bonus.

Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel! First off, the hotel is located near Wudadao, which is both quiet and convenient. You can easily walk to several great restaurants, which is a huge plus. The ambiance is fantastic. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and the corridors are tastefully designed. It's incredibly clean, and the carpets make it very quiet. I had a connecting king room with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The newly renovated environment is very minimalistic, and the housekeeping was spotless. Extremely satisfied. Definitely adding this to my favorites list.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again and recommend it to my friends. This hotel made me feel at home; the service was attentive but not intrusive. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet despite facing the street. The cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners spotless. The location is superb, close to attractions and shopping areas. I highly recommend it to friends visiting the area.

The location is super convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance. Joy City, Tianyou City, and Shuiyou City are all very close. In the evening, you can bike to Gulou and Ancient Culture Street, which is really handy. It's also very close to Tianjin Station and West Station, making sightseeing easy. Highly recommended!

Location: I booked this hotel for a concert, and it's very close to the Tianjin Olympic Center. It's a 24-minute walk from my seat at the venue back to the hotel after the show, which is super convenient for concert-goers. Room: I booked a family room, which was very spacious with one large bed and one small bed, perfect for traveling with kids. Facilities: The room's cleanliness and all the facilities were great and worked perfectly. Downside: The parking lot is too small, maybe only fitting about 10 cars. However, you can leave your car keys with the front desk when you check in, so you don't have to worry about moving your car. Overall, it was excellent and I'm very satisfied!

The hotel was very clean and tidy overall, with a minimalist style that I really liked. Located on Nanjing Road, it's convenient for getting around, and a pleasant evening stroll took me to the Little White House and the Wudadao area. The 'Xiao Ai' smart control system was excellent; I didn't have to get up to switch lights on or off, and playing music was a breeze. My only minor gripes were that the laundry room was a bit dimly lit at night, and there was a small section of stairs without lighting, which felt a little adventurous after dark. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more local Tianjin specialties.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The hygiene details were excellent, and there was no damp or musty smell. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—leading to a great night's sleep. Luna provided thoughtful and efficient service, and the common areas were also well-maintained. The surrounding area has all the amenities one could need, making getting around hassle-free. Overall, my stay was relaxing and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I'm in the area again.
