"The hotel is quite good. It's a short walk from the subway station, but there's a bus stop right outside, and Didi (ride-hailing) is very convenient. It costs around 10-20 RMB to get to Tianjin Station or Xibeijiao. You can also cycle from the hotel to Jiefang Bridge, which takes about 30 minutes, and along the way, you can check out Gada Building, Porcelain House, and Wudadao – it's a perfect cycling route. They even provided an umbrella when it rained, which was a nice touch, and the service was excellent and very welcoming. The room had a balcony, which was super convenient, and food delivery was brought up by a robot."

Although parking was inconvenient, there was a dedicated staff member to help find a parking spot, which was very responsible.
The room design was well-thought-out, with good separation of wet and dry areas, and it was quiet, providing a very pleasant stay.
Except for the breakfast area being a bit small, the taste felt no different from Hilton's.
Staying with children, they even provided kids' pillows.
Overall, it felt very family-friendly, with excellent service and comfort, and great value for money.

JJuly lilyI chose this hotel because it's very close to the Haihe River and newer than the Lishun. The front desk and room service were excellent, always trying their best to accommodate guests' requests. The room had a great view and a small balcony. The interior decor was very elegant and picture-perfect. The hotel lobby itself was a sight to behold, with a fantastic artistic ambiance. The second floor and the sky garden were also beautiful. I truly felt this was the best hotel environment I've ever stayed in. Parking was free, and it's less than 2 km from the main attractions. There's even a small park right across from the entrance. The buffet restaurant and cafe were beautifully decorated, with a rich variety of dishes, including all the Tianjin specialties. My friend was very satisfied. This is definitely a place I'd come back to regularly! Several famous shaved ice places deliver to the hotel in under ten minutes, which was a nice bonus. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, and the front desk lady was also incredibly thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were super fast! I really loved it! I will definitely return to this hotel, especially since the price was so affordable!

MM516889****Advantages: Good location; free parking available downstairs and along a 200-meter-long alley; comfortable bed and pillows; shower with a head, 24-hour hot water with a good flow; bottled water can be refilled by contacting the front desk.
Disadvantages:
1. Parking is difficult during the day; several shops and banks downstairs park here, and there were no staff present during the day.
2. The triple room has a window, but it faces the courtyard, making the room very poorly ventilated, almost like having no window or an inner window; there's a pungent smell upon entering.
3. Smoking is allowed in the hotel rooms, and the corridor's design and decor resemble a converted KTV.
4. Breakfast was terrible; the selection was limited, with no basic fried rice or orange juice; the steamed buns were only the size of glutinous rice balls, and the fried pancakes were powdery and unappetizing. The fruit selection was poor; the freshly cut watermelon looked like it had been gnawed in half.
5. The front desk charges a 100 RMB deposit upon check-in, which many other hotels don't; the front desk staff were never smiling or using polite service language during the two days I visited.
6. The paper cups for drinks at the front desk were subpar. It's only about one-sixth the size of a regular steamed bun, which is a good match for the small breakfast buns.
In short, choose according to your needs! It's not a terrible review, but it's not a five-star rating either! Hopefully, the restaurant will continue to strive to provide a better experience and service for tourists visiting the seaside!

Before booking, I called to ask which rooms can see the sea, and finally chose 310 with a bathtub. It was past 9 o'clock in the evening when we arrived. The boss sister opened the door for us and sent us to the room. The room was pretty good, just like the pictures on the Internet. I was looking forward to watching the sunrise from the bed the next day, but the weather was not good. I can really see the sea when I lie in bed. I look forward to coming again when the weather is good.
The restaurant has not been open in the past few days. You can call the boss to ask if the restaurant is open before booking. I read the reviews that the chef in the restaurant cooks delicious food. I look forward to good weather and dining in the hotel next time.
The boss sister is very nice and has high requirements for the quality of the homestay. She gave the children snacks and prepared fruits. It was a happy chat.

The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the facilities are quite dated; the toilet, for instance, is an old model. The breakfast was also just okay, nothing special, pretty standard. Don't expect too much, and you won't be disappointed.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the abundant style; the environment is elegant and spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and even thoughtfully introduced local restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!!!
