GGuest UserUpon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. I had also mistakenly booked a queen room for my other reservation, and the front desk staff kindly changed it to a twin room and even upgraded that one as well, plus they sent up some fruit. Everyone greeted me warmly when I entered and left the lobby, which was very welcoming. My high-speed train was at 6 PM, and I wanted two extra hours of rest, so I requested a late check-out and offered to pay, but they actually let me check out for free until 4 PM. Overall, I felt very comfortable and at ease. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended!

Although the room facilities are a bit old, it does not affect the use. In addition, it is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air is fresh, and it is conducive to sleep. It is indeed an ideal place for summer vacation. It is close to the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient to eat nearby. While we were waiting to check in, the little girl at the front desk brought us ginger tea and carefully reminded us to keep warm as the weather has dropped in the past few days. She also brought children's slippers and toothbrushes for the children. The little yellow duck was very cute and the children loved it. He also introduced the local tourist attractions and surrounding food. The little girl was so enthusiastic and smiled sweetly. She left a deep impression on Tianshui Baiwawa. When I came to the guest room, the room was very clean and equipped with a free toilet seat. I asked for a higher floor, and the waiter arranged for me to sit on the ninth floor facing the road.
