The hotel facilities are complete, and all staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The room was clean and the hot water worked great. They provided four bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room for free, and it was spacious.

Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. I had also mistakenly booked a queen room for my other reservation, and the front desk staff kindly changed it to a twin room and even upgraded that one as well, plus they sent up some fruit. Everyone greeted me warmly when I entered and left the lobby, which was very welcoming. My high-speed train was at 6 PM, and I wanted two extra hours of rest, so I requested a late check-out and offered to pay, but they actually let me check out for free until 4 PM. Overall, I felt very comfortable and at ease. It's a great choice for travelers, highly recommended!

Choosing to stay again, the overall experience was still fantastic. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, and the front desk and room service staff were very patient and attentive to detail. The buffet breakfast on the third floor was also excellent. I've always felt confident staying here.
