GGuest UserVery welcoming and helpful staff! The bed is not what westerners would typically find comfortable, but I loved it and slept really well, and now I want a beanbag pillow back home. Great location for access to the grottoes and scenic area. A very cute and bright little girl made sure I had everything I needed, taking my food order and getting me a towel. I left feeling refreshed.

He drove us up the mountain early in the morning, picked us up after our tour, and even took us to the bus stop. The owner and his family were very hospitable and helpful; the owner even introduced us to the sights! He told us we didn't need to take the shuttle bus. The only downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit low…^_^ Goodbye, owner! Thank you!

GGuest UserLocation: There is a slope on the side of the road. Just walk down the slope and you will arrive.
Transportation: It’s very convenient. It’s right inside the scenic spot. The boss will pick you up and drop you off when you go up and down.
Facilities: The room is large, there are many wireless stations, and the signal is good
Environment: Clean and tidy, not too noisy, just right
Scenery: It is very beautiful in the morning and evening, and there is a creek behind it
Service: The boss is very accommodating, the lady boss is very kind, and the fried dishes are delicious.
Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and can fill you up. Overall, it is a good experience. I will stay here again next time I come.

GGuest UserHotel Location: Located within the Maijishan Grottoes Scenic Area, 1.1 kilometers in a straight line from the main gate. The owner will provide pick-up and drop-off service to the grottoes. Hotel Quality: Newly built, the guesthouse owner has excellent taste; the bedding and room facilities are quite stylish. Dining: Breakfast is freshly made and tastes great, perfect for us. The Maijishan Botanical Garden is right across from the guesthouse, so you can visit it in the evening. Staying here also saves you the cost of the shuttle bus (avoiding the hassle of buying tickets online and then buying them here, saving you the hassle of getting a refund from the guesthouse). If you're planning to stay overnight at the Maijishan Grottoes, choose this place; the entire experience is smooth even without a car. Note: If you stay at this guesthouse, the drop-off point is within the Maijishan Scenic Area (near the grottoes), not the currently operational Maijishan Visitor Center, which is more than ten kilometers away.

GGuest UserThis time, during my trip to Maiji Mountain, I stayed at the ”Shikumenqianju” B&B inside the scenic area. I called the owner in advance, and the owner's wife met us at the entrance. After completing the entry procedures for us, she took me to their home, which is very close to the entrance and has a large yard with parking. I had booked their place in advance. The room was newly renovated, clean, and cozy, with all the amenities. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and was equipped with disposable towels, bath towels, and a toilet mat. They even gave us a fridge magnet, which was really nice. From their yard, you can directly see Maiji Mountain, and it's a pleasant place to eat. The food was delicious and tasty. I even tried the sauerkraut and jiangshui noodles made by the owner's wife [sigh], and stir-fried peppers, eggplants, and cucumbers grown on their property [grin]. The owner and his wife were very helpful and helped us reserve tickets for the grottoes. They also provided a car to pick us up and drop us off at the grottoes, which was very convenient, saving us both shuttle bus fees and time. It's a really good place, highly recommended!

GGuest UserWhen I booked this hotel, I was drawn to the name Qingliang Villa. It immediately evokes the Summer Resort in Jin Yong's novels.
Qingliang's elegant names include ”clearing the heat and avoiding the heat,” ”enjoying the coolness,” and ”enjoying the coolness.” Indeed, this place is a cool and pleasant summer retreat, worthy of its name!
1. Qingliang Villa offers pristine rural scenery. The food is all authentic wild vegetables, fruits, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all raised and harvested by local farmers. The owner is honest and kind, and the service is attentive.
2. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's arguably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius, bar none. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with both family and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
3. The owner is incredibly kind and promptly addresses any issues. I'm so lucky and grateful for all the kindness I've encountered.
4. The air is fresh, the sky is azure, and the stay is delightful, the environment comfortable, and the scenery breathtaking. I even saw a rare solar halo!
PS: I came across a blogger's aerial video; it's so long I've split it into three parts. I also took photos of the solar halo and the Maijishan Grottoes. Enjoy! 😁 The small joy of blue skies and green trees.

Can you escape the heat in the riverside tower? It's much cooler than your thatched cottage.

GGuest UserThe room was very new, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the whole was clean. The bed was very comfortable and what made me most satisfied was that the hotel's service was very good. On the second day of the stay, I just encountered a small decoration at the door of the room. I thought that we didn't sleep during the day and didn't pay attention to the noise. I didn't expect the hotel to consider that it was afraid of noisy. We took a break and asked us if we wanted to change the room. We said that it was okay. No need to change rooms. But this small move really made us feel very comfortable and warm. Must give praise!

I recently stayed at [hotel name] and the experience was absolutely amazing, so I had to share it!
🏨 Ambience: From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was struck by the modern yet warm decor. The marble floors were as polished as mirrors, and the greenery and art pieces were cleverly accented, creating a truly atmospheric atmosphere. The guest rooms were even more stunning. They were spacious and bright, beautifully appointed, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that it felt like sinking into a cloud. A good night's sleep was a breeze. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, and the toiletries were all high-quality brands. Every detail was meticulously thought out.
🍴 Dining: The breakfast selection was beyond imagination! They offered a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly cooked noodles, fluffy and delicious baked bread, juicy fruit, and a variety of exquisite snacks. The restaurant was elegant, and the waiters were attentive to any requests, making the dining experience excellent.
💁 Service: The service was absolutely exceptional! From the welcoming smiles at check-in to the prompt response from room service, everything was truly heartwarming. Upon learning I was on vacation, they proactively recommended nearby attractions and restaurants, providing detailed guides that seemed more familiar than a local! They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, a truly touching gesture.
📍 Location: The hotel is ideally located with convenient transportation, with subway and bus stops just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, supermarkets, and a variety of specialty eateries are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining.

There are also a lot of people eating at their home. The B&B is hygienic and clean. Although it cannot be compared with big hotels, it is considered among B&Bs. It’s pretty good, and the price is very reasonable. The boss took us directly to the cave for free in the morning. Because the plank road was too high, the elders couldn’t go up. The elders didn’t go up either, and they didn’t spend any money. Thank them for their enthusiasm. Thumbs up, thumbs up for their service, thumbs up for their meals. #health
