"The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait."

"The room was very clean, tidy and odorless, the layout was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was very stable. The indoor facilities are fully equipped, air conditioning and hot water respond quickly, and the bathroom is clean and easy to use. The young lady at the front desk is warm and caring, responds promptly, and can patiently answer and deal with needs. "This is my second stay at this hotel. I came straight here from the train station, and the Mercure's location is excellent. The hotel's facilities and services are superb – I absolutely love it! The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also fantastic. I'll definitely choose Mercure again next time. While here, I met guests from Shanghai, Guangdong, Northeast China, and even Japan. As a visitor from Sichuan, it felt like a homecoming, especially since Tianshui was part of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period!"

"This hotel was a lifesaver after a long day exploring Tianshui! The environment is fantastic. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were not only beautiful but also incredibly kind and provided excellent service. This hotel truly added so much joy to my trip to Tianshui. The security guard was also wonderful, very welcoming and helpful; he even fixed our TV and gave us recommendations on where to go. It's also not far from the high-speed rail station. The two front desk ladies were exceptionally nice; they even boiled hot purified water for me when I asked. Absolutely great!"

"It's not far from places like Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and the ancient city. Taxi fares are reasonable, so if you want to take a walk to see the night view, you can walk back. The service was excellent. The front desk manager was very welcoming and greeted everyone entering and leaving. The front desk was also very good. They upgraded my room and even sent me water in the evening, which was very prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. While the facilities aren't the newest, the service is much better than many new hotels in Tianshui. The parking lot isn't large, but the security guards were very responsible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here."

"Facilities: Fully equipped with smart home features. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, housekeeping was prompt. Environment: Located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. "This hotel must be praised. It has a good location, not far from the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. The room is decorated in neo-Chinese style. Although it is not big, it is very new and stylish, clean and sanitary. The bedding is also very comfortable. The lobby and floor corridors have air conditioning, which makes people feel very comfortable as soon as they enter the hotel in the hot August. The most surprising thing is the restaurant. The decoration is high-end and classy. The dishes are rich and varied, and the quality is high. There are all kinds of Western, Chinese and local snacks. There are many service staff, all of whom are very polite and qualified. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there will be staff to sterilize the plates (hot) When it was handed to the guests, there was not only a big sister cooking noodles skillfully at the noodle stall, but also a pretty little sister serving the waiting customers with a smile. EEnekaThe family didn't speak any English, but still managed to communicate with us and make sure we got everything I needed. They came to pick us up at the bus stop and drove us back there at our departure. They helped us get the tickets (we didn't have a Chinese phone number so we couldn't get them on WeChat). The food in their family restaurant was great and you can find some cheap dishes. They gave us free water bottles with every meal. They let us leave our luggage after our checkout. They looked like a very warm and happy family. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect to see the Maji mountain. Thank you for your hospitality.

GGuest UserThe train station basement had no internet connection so I was not able to get DiDi. Not only did I overpay even after negotiating, but the driver spent the beginning part of the trip texting and I had to swing my arm across him as we were about to rear end another car. 20 minutes later arrival at Maiji Shan park entrance. The friendly owner was already there and immediately helped me with my bags. A few minute drive to the expansive farmhouse. I asked for a bowl of noodles which was hot and delicious provided by a grandmother woman. Chinese farm Breakfast was plentiful. I used the heat as the mountains got cold quickly when the sun dropped. The immaculate room was large with two double beds, a tv and desk. The bathroom had integrated toilet and shower so it is wet. Plenty of hot water tho the turn on was a matter of button pressing. I learned something new! Toiletries and paper towels (another first) were provided. The owner took me to Maiji Shan. Sadly, it was closed; rain had made rocks fall making it dangerous to climb the stairs. Nevertheless, I took some photos. I tried to walk back (beautiful fall day), but the owner met me along the wayThe owner and I communicated via WeChat translator. DIdi was not available and as we started for the train station the bus came behind us. So the owner put me on it and I wrote via the app. The bus drives very slowly but I got to the station to run back and forth with my bags, then going to a different floor to get a paper ticket, then back to the waiting area, thru the gate, up the stairs, and finally to my sleeper car. Outside of asking me for my passport and various tickets about 10 times no personnel was particularly helpful tho I was noisily wheezing. As I was getting off, Another passenger grabbed my bags and ran down the stairs with them and then went back to the train. Probably someone in the medical field! Platform smoking and between cars smoking can affect some people.

KKANAKOI booked to go to the Maijishan Grottoes. The location is the best. The room was nice and clean and relaxing. I like tea, so I was grateful that I could boil a lot of hot water freely. You can choose from the menu if you want to eat. Amenities include hot water, cups, tissues and slippers, but I recommend taking them with you because there are no towels. I would like to stay again if I visit again.

NNaoduiWe booked two rooms together. After we arrived, it was much better than expected. The homestay was in the scenic area. Call the boss in advance and the boss will come out to pick us up. Then take us to the hotel. After breakfast the next morning, the boss will drive us into the scenic spot. Pick us up after the game! The service is really in place! Let's talk about the room. The boss said that it was renovated after the National Day last year. The toilet can also be separated from wet and dry. It is more comfortable for the guests! So it is much better than the accommodation conditions of Zhouquan B&B! And it is cheap to buy tickets in front of the boss! In short, it is recommended! Have the opportunity to live here!

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. The beautiful ladies in the front hall will upgrade the room type. The whole house is smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for sleeping. I recommend it to my friends. I booked a breakfast without breakfast, and bought one separately. It was not expensive, and it was clean. The rice noodles were very good. I will choose to stay here next time! ! ! The main parking is free and convenient, not far from the Fuxi Temple and the scenic spots in Tianshui City!

AAnonymous UserAfter visiting Xianrenya, I headed to this hotel. The room was a bit small; we couldn't open both suitcases at the same time 😂. However, the cleanliness was quite good, and there was no smoky smell 👍. Laundry facilities were convenient, too. Breakfast offered a good variety, with steamed buns, twisted rolls, porridge, eggs, and both cold and hot dishes 😊. After breakfast, we went to Fuxi Temple and Yuquan Temple 😝.
