GGuest UserI only speak English and the family were so patient in using translation apps. They were very kind in picking me up from the bus station (arranged by previous hotel) , had a fabulous hot shower and got a delicious dinner. Up early and with a lift to the caves had a lovely quiet visit. So kind, very much appreciated. Only slight difficulty for me was the firm bed, but I was able to make it work using a spare quilt as padding. Would stay again.

XXiaoxiaoHMFacilities: Fully equipped with smart home features. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, housekeeping was prompt. Environment: Located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. You can walk to the Mala Tang street, Yusheng Alley, and the old town. Service: There's a dedicated underground parking lot, and parking is free during your stay. The security guard was very kind and helped with parking. The front desk staff were all great; they upgraded our room and gave us a welcome gift. This will be my first choice hotel when I visit Tianshui again.

KKANAKOI booked to go to the Maijishan Grottoes. The location is the best. The room was nice and clean and relaxing. I like tea, so I was grateful that I could boil a lot of hot water freely. You can choose from the menu if you want to eat. Amenities include hot water, cups, tissues and slippers, but I recommend taking them with you because there are no towels. I would like to stay again if I visit again.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, the location was convenient, and we even ate at Fat Fish Restaurant in Tianshui, which was just a ten-minute walk away. The front desk check-in was quick and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, a very good experience.

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

Ddaianping016478The room is clean and tidy, the food is delicious and affordable, the host is hospitable and hospitable, pick up and drop off by car, it is highly recommended. The B&B is located in the Maijishan Grottoes Scenic Area. You can drive in at the gate of the scenic spot and report to the Wang Family Courtyard for self-driving tours. It is very convenient to park in the Wang Family Courtyard.

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

AAnonymous UserAfter visiting Xianrenya, I headed to this hotel. The room was a bit small; we couldn't open both suitcases at the same time 😂. However, the cleanliness was quite good, and there was no smoky smell 👍. Laundry facilities were convenient, too. Breakfast offered a good variety, with steamed buns, twisted rolls, porridge, eggs, and both cold and hot dishes 😊. After breakfast, we went to Fuxi Temple and Yuquan Temple 😝.
