GGuest UserThe homestay is inside the scenic area. The landlord is very nice and provided pick-up and drop-off services, which saved us a lot of trouble and also saved us the cost of shuttle buses. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious, and there was no charge for children. The only thing is that there is no mineral water in the room, nothing to drink

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located in a village close to the entrance of the grottoes. The staff is very friendly. Although the room is basic, it has everything that is needed. The staff were very helpful in driving us to the grottoes and storing our luggage, etc.

GGuest UserWhen I booked this hotel, I was drawn to the name Qingliang Villa. It immediately evokes the Summer Resort in Jin Yong's novels.
Qingliang's elegant names include ”clearing the heat and avoiding the heat,” ”enjoying the coolness,” and ”enjoying the coolness.” Indeed, this place is a cool and pleasant summer retreat, worthy of its name!
1. Qingliang Villa offers pristine rural scenery. The food is all authentic wild vegetables, fruits, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all raised and harvested by local farmers. The owner is honest and kind, and the service is attentive.
2. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's arguably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius, bar none. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with both family and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
3. The owner is incredibly kind and promptly addresses any issues. I'm so lucky and grateful for all the kindness I've encountered.
4. The air is fresh, the sky is azure, and the stay is delightful, the environment comfortable, and the scenery breathtaking. I even saw a rare solar halo!
PS: I came across a blogger's aerial video; it's so long I've split it into three parts. I also took photos of the solar halo and the Maijishan Grottoes. Enjoy! 😁 The small joy of blue skies and green trees.

Can you escape the heat in the riverside tower? It's much cooler than your thatched cottage.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, transportation was convenient, and it wasn't far from Tianshui Ancient Town. The room was fully equipped, and the breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the soy milk. Cons: The windows needed cleaning, and the river view photos weren't clear. There was only one main switch or outlet on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient.

LLanxiaoyaBecause Maiji Mountain was closed for several consecutive days due to rain, the original itinerary was disrupted. On the first day of the opening, I looked for a homestay in the scenic area and chose a relatively higher price than the others. I didn't expect it to be worth it! The homestay is in the scenic area. The owner will come directly to the gate of the scenic area to pick you up and enter the license plate number in advance, which is very convenient. That night, I ate a farmhouse at the owner's house. It cost 180 yuan for four people. I ate well and the taste was particularly good. After dinner, I walked around Maiji Mountain, which was also very comfortable. The owner's house is 2km away from the West Buddha Observation Deck and you can drive up and see the view from afar. The room looks spacious and tidy, and is equipped with a water dispenser, various disposable items, toilet covers, slippers, etc. The next day, we took us to buy tickets directly to save the shuttle bus money for each person, and sent us to the bottom of the grotto ticket gate. After the visit, the owner also took us back to the homestay. The grottoes are beautiful and the owner's service is also considerate. I sincerely recommend everyone who wants to go to Maiji Mountain to stay in the scenic area homestay to save worry, money and time!

RRobinI highly recommend the hotel!!! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is beautiful! There is a museum inside, it is definitely such an authentic and incredible experience!
Moreover, the location of the hotel is very convenient only 5km to Majishan and next to other beautiful places on the mountains.
We book a room with shared toilets, the room was very clean, the toilets so so but there is also private room if you want. A very good price / quality ratio

The owner of this place is very enthusiastic and the food is very delicious. The location of the B&B is good and the owner is easy to talk to. There are also a lot of people eating at their home. The B&B is hygienic and clean. Although it cannot be compared with big hotels, it is considered among B&Bs. It’s pretty good, and the price is very reasonable. The boss took us directly to the cave for free in the morning. Because the plank road was too high, the elders couldn’t go up. The elders didn’t go up either, and they didn’t spend any money.
