Amazing
WWen Wen 1011The hotel is incredibly luxurious and comfortable, with a wide array of facilities. They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Beppu JR Station. Beyond the hot springs, there are entertainment options like arcade games, a shopping center, and a spa – truly comprehensive facilities. The hotel also provides a 'one-night, two-meals' package, with delicious food, especially the buffet, which boasts a rich selection and high-quality dishes.
GGuest UserIt was a very nice trip. The staff were very good with good service. And the food quantity was big, donno why some comment said they were not full. 😝
I have a very good memory there.
Just one thing if there are more individual hot spring room will be perfect ^^
Definitely will go again
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit far from Beppu. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. Although the location is not convenient, the hotel is good. The room is clean. The front desk service is also very good. The room has a private style. The overall satisfaction is good!
GGuest UserThe hotel is in the hot spring area, a 10-minute walk to Umijigoku. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, and the location is convenient. The internal facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are tidy. The hotel staff are also very friendly and willing to help guests. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and of good quality. You can have Bungo Wagyu for dinner. The staff would come over from time to time to ask if we want to order more Wagyu. We ate a lot of Wagyu. As a foodie, I recommend this hotel 10 points!
CChiehyunIt was my first time eating breakfast prepared by a Japanese restaurant. I was really amazed by the tofu, which tasted like a chewy pudding. Each dish tasted like it had its own special seasoning. As a *********, I’m used to seasonings such as pepper, garlic, and salt, but it was completely edible and it was delicious!
Some inconveniences are that elderly people with bad backs or legs are not suitable for this restaurant, because Japanese style seats require sitting on the ground and walking up stairs (but since there is only the second floor, I think it is worth a try). The room we stayed in was for four people to a room, so we ate and ate in the same space. When we needed to move the bed to make it or move the table back to eat, we had to squeeze into a corner or leave the room to let the staff finish. Although this move took no more than 10 minutes (about 5 minutes), it was still not very convenient and I didn't really like this part.
The staff attitude, service and room cleanliness are all of a high standard.
LLeeI stayed with my family during our trip to Beppu, and it exceeded all my expectations. We wanted to experience a traditional-style Ryokan, and this was the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was well managed.
One of the highlights was the ability to reserve a private bath, which made the experience even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, making it an ideal place to rest and unwind.
The location is also convenient—just a 7-10 minute taxi ride from Beppu Station. I highly recommend this Ryokan to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Beppu!
MM477799****The room is small
Checkin, saw that the two of me did not tell me to add money, and also received 2 people's hot spring tax.
The result checkout told me that I can live alone and can't have 2 to make up the difference, and I charged me 400 yuan for an extra.....
I can't understand...but I don't bother to argue and pay...
GGuest UserThis place seems to be frequented by locals. It seemed like a place where Japanese people come and relax. The lounge opens at 2:30 PM, so I enjoyed the view of Beppu from the 12th floor while enjoying coffee, tea, and desserts. The men's and women's baths rotate daily, but if you're staying, you can use both. The sashimi in the kaiseki was the best. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the pickled side dishes were not salty. However, it was a bit far from the terminal. Beppu Park and Starbucks are nearby, but I didn't use them. Coffee and tea are available at the front desk on the first floor. I used the onsen in the evening and morning, so I didn't use the room shower. The bathroom was a bit small, so tall people might find it uncomfortable. I'm not sure if this varies by room type, but there was no bedside stand, so that would have been nice. The room key had a spoon on it, and check-in was done in the room. It was a new experience.
YYuki UyangaThis spacious accommodation is ideal for a family getaway with several members. It was tidy and cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay with my kids. The highlight was the garden outside and the large windows that let in the morning sun, creating a lovely atmosphere for breakfast while gazing outside. Unfortunately, the hot spring was out of order when we got there, but it appeared to be large enough for two people to enjoy. I was initially concerned that the size of the apartment would make it chilly upon arrival, but the heating system was effective, and the place warmed up quickly.
GGuest UserIt is an old ryokan.
The bathroom also needs to be equipped with hot and cold water.
The size of the room is satisfactory.
It's very cold, but you can control the heater.
Although it is a weekend, the price is too expensive and you have to pay a 1000 yen hot spring tax even if you do not use the hot spring when you check out.
