"I was assigned a room on the first floor; the second floor is a bit noisy. Everything else was great. There's parking available, one free parking space per room. The room was spacious, with two double beds, a bathtub, a toilet, a kitchen, a microwave, an IH oven, and, importantly, free washing machine and dryer, along with complimentary laundry balls.
Self-check-in is feasible for young people, but might be more challenging for elderly guests or those unfamiliar with technology. If multiple groups are checking in, there might be a wait.
I would definitely book this hotel again if I travel to the area again, and I would recommend it to family and friends."

"Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids."

GGuest UserThe overall accommodation experience was good, the only problem was that the PIN provided by Trip.com couldn't get us into the hotel at check-in. We tried using the hotel's PIN lookup system, but it showed that the Trip.com booking confirmation code didn't exist. Since there was no front desk, we had to wait outside for fifteen minutes. We didn't have a Japanese phone number, but the hotel had a sign at the entrance saying to call them for assistance. Fortunately, Trip.com offered a phone call service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However, the hotel staff who assisted us weren't fluent in English or Chinese. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to communicate in English, leaving us exhausted from waiting outside.
The quality of the entire accommodation experience was very good. The only problem was that when we first checked in, the pin code provided by trip.com could not enter the hotel gate. We tried to use the pin code query system at the hotel gate, but it showed that the reservation confirmation code provided by trip.com did not exist. them. Fortunately, trip.com provides a hotel calling service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However the person who assisted us in the hotel was not fluent in English and Chinese. We spent quite a while trying to communicate in English, and we were exhausted waiting outside the door.

GGuest User全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。
２点、改善いただきたい点があります。
1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。
2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。
以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and the rooms are large, perfect for families. Everything is very clean and modern, so we were very satisfied. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. There's a big supermarket nearby, and if you're driving, you can park in the paid parking lot right outside the supermarket, which has reasonable rates.

Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.
TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch!
Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

GGuest UserVery good, very suitable for our group of 5 people, there are places to eat around, the room is very big, fully equipped, cut 1 point when checking in because the passcode does not send, have to call and the service is a bit late. Other than that, it's all good. There is a parking lot as well.

FFafa chu WongIf you book this B&B on this platform, please pay careful attention. There is no reception desk, and this platform will not take the initiative to help you find a bridge to ask the owner. Therefore, you must take the initiative to ask the customer service a day in advance. What is the password at the door? I only found out when I arrived. Buffet. But no one, including customer service, notified me. I was waiting for the email from customer service and the owner with the password, and finally waited for 30 minutes before entering the hotel. Really wasting my time.
I think it's a plus that this B&B has a washing machine, and the bed is comfortable. There is no big problem with the bathroom either. Just when you enter the door, I suggest you take the initiative to ask customer service for the password.
