TTeoJoyceGreat location and very close to amenities and shopping street. Staff were super friendly and efficient , with early check in extended. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Nice gesture of giving out 2 free BPA free bottles! No restaurant on site but that’s not an issue as there are plenty of breakfast places located within minutes on foot. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserHotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice! There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki. Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

IirisncipWe stayed at the one of the Historic Banyan King Room with City View for 4 nights, room was conveniently located in the main building, doesn’t come with a balcony, but has 2 windows. It gets noisy sometimes at night even though we stayed on the 4th floor. The resort also offers a list of cultural and wellness activities for booking, this is where the resort fee goes to, so make sure you book some of these activities if time permits. Overall we liked the hotel as it’s at the center of Waikiki and has direct access to the beach, several great restaurants and you can also pre-order Honolulu Coffee for pick-up at the hotel location.

NNoskovStayed one night since I was visiting Oahu to eat at some new restaurants. The price was budget friendly and the location was perfect since it’s right across the street from the International Marketplace.
Room was clean and spacious but it was because I got the ADA one. Only complaint about the room was the sound of an ice machine or some kind of faucet every so often by the headboard of the bed. There must be something across the wall from it since it is a corner room and no adjacent neighboring rooms.
Overall though I would go back largely for the location. The hallways are a bit trippy if not creepy in a cool way.

MMeilihukanshijieThe hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the commercial street, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The beach is right outside the swimming pool area on the first floor of the hotel. The coastal restaurants on the first and second floors of the hotel have great views, so you have to wait for a table during dinner time.
The room is very large, and the king-size bed with sea view is very comfortable. It is also very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea.

GGuest UserThe room felt quite new, likely having been renovated within the last two years. The only downside was the incessant sound of running water in our room, day and night. I suspect it's from a water pipe within the wall. Also, the microwave is located at the very end of the corridors on the 9th and 15th floors, built into a wall niche. If you're trying to heat up a couple of items, there's absolutely no counter space or anywhere to set things down beside it.

And service is friendly and efficient. This is my choice hotel whenever business brings me to Honolulu...4 times so far in 2025.

GGuest UserOverall, had a nice stay and can recommend it! The room was just the right size, really nice bed and fairly well equipped. Would've liked some additional amenities and a kettle but got it sent up to the room after a quick request to the front desk.
The immediate vicinity of the hotel has what you might want, a bunch of supermarkets and restaurants and isn't too noisy.
Would've been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the construction ground blocking the view to the ocean (no bigger issue with noise, in case someone would be concerned).
Oh, also the gym present on the premises was much more well equipped than I would've expected and should be enough for the typical gym rat to flex a little bit before going to the beach(not enough for a serious session ofc).

. This hotel stay experience is amazing! As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the spacious and bright environment. The decoration style is simple and elegant. The room hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is spotless. The smart facilities are very considerate, and the lights and curtains can be easily controlled. The gym is fully equipped, allowing me to maintain daily exercise. In addition, the hotel service is really amazing, the staff are responsive, patient and thoughtful. Next time I travel, this hotel will still be my first choice!

Pricey a bit. There are other similarly priced hotels that are a better deal for the money in the area.
Building is only 20 floors - so ocean/mountain view is kinda limited.
Breakfast is just okay.
Its mostly the same menu everyday for people with dietary restrictions. Same fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread etc. no pancakes or waffles.
