Great location, just a few minutes from Waikiki Beach. We booked an ocean view room, which was beautiful, and the view wasn't obstructed by the parking lot. The balcony was lovely, very relaxing to sit there, eat, and enjoy the ocean view. The best part was that even though I'm not a member, they gave me my room at 12 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Asian cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic every time she saw us. We didn't leave a big tip, but she still thanked us repeatedly and even offered us coffee. Beach towels can be picked up and returned by scanning your room card. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor, opening at 6 AM.

The surrounding area has convenient shops and restaurants. The stay was comfortable, and the service was good. It's right by the sea, perfect for sunbathing on the beach. The food was excellent, and the cocktails were delicious! The atmosphere was great both day and night. Having a balcony was really convenient for drying swimsuits.

This hotel boasts a very central location in Waikiki, directly across from major stores like Target and Mitsuwa, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The bus stop is also very close, and you can walk to the beach and other large shopping centers. The hotel and rooms have a modern interior design with no significant flaws, offering great value for money. The only minor issue is that there's a draft in the hallway, which causes a whistling sound when the door closes. The hotel staff are all very friendly. I particularly liked Ariel; even though we had a language barrier, she was always patient and used translation software to communicate with me, helping me solve my problems. It was truly reassuring, and I hope to see her again someday! ^ ^

This accommodation was a truly delightful surprise! The entire space has just been renovated, so the interior decor and facilities are very new and modern. The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with no feeling of being cramped at all. Even better is its location; it's quite close to the beach, so you can easily walk a short distance to stroll along the shore and enjoy the sea breeze. The overall stay far exceeded my expectations. I genuinely recommend adding it to your list if you're in the area; it's definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

Very nice location, one block away from the beach. Front desk staffs Angie is super friendly and welcoming . Room itself is nice and clean. They offer a hospitality room after you check out if you want to use it to take a quick shower, which is very nice if you have a late flight.

The hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake.

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived at the front entrance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff were able to answer all of our questions and accommodate all our requests. Room was nicely appointed and generously sized with ample room in the walk-in closet for our 8 full-sized checked bags (we stopped through HI in the middle of a move 🙂). Had two double beds and a hid-a-bed which was perfect for our family of four. The small refrigerator in the room was just the right size for water bottles and some snack/breakfast food we picked up at the Target just across the street. Appreciated being able to check out fresh beach towels pool-side each day. That saved a lot of suitcase space. The balcony was just large enough for a small table and two chairs to catch a great view of the ocean. The hotel is located between prime beachfront on the one side and the International Marketplace on the other, everything you need is within easy walking distance. The kids enjoyed the beginner surf lessons available beachside through Faith Surf Academy, and being able to rent a board to continue surfing over subsequent days. Waves were perfect for beginners and despite there being a fair number of other visitors, there was plenty of room to swim, play, and enjoy the water, though space on the beach itself was a bit tight at times. The one shortcoming we experienced was there not being any self-service laundry on-site. It seems there used to be, but it's unavailable with the current renovation project underway, and I'm unsure whether they intend for it to be part of the updated plan or not. Paid laundry service is available, but we opted to walk down the road to a laundromat. All in all, the whole family enjoyed our time at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and would recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel again after a long time. The location is absolutely perfect, so much so that not renting a car isn't a disadvantage at all! I really enjoyed the poolside ice cream because the flavors changed daily! If I needed anything, I could just pop over to Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was fantastic! Having ice and water dispensers on each floor was an added bonus! And it was great to receive two reusable water bottles upon check-in to use during my stay! Thank you!

I really don't recommend choosing the Rainbow Sea View Room. It's not a sea view at all; what you see is a tiny lagoon, or to put it bluntly, a small puddle. If you truly want to see the ocean, you absolutely must choose a Rainbow Oceanfront Room or a high-floor Oceanfront Room, otherwise, you'll likely be very disappointed. Check-in was incredibly crowded. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour, and the lobby was constantly packed. The elevators were the same; many times, you had to wait in line. If you prefer a quieter hotel, I don't think this one is suitable. The room assignment also left me very dissatisfied. The Asian front desk staff assigned me a low-floor corner room with virtually no view. No ocean, no fireworks – just the building across the way and that little puddle outside the window. It was completely different from what I imagined when booking. Also, early check-in at this hotel almost always costs extra. It's not one of those hotels that will accommodate an early check-in if a room is available. I've stayed at other hotels where they usually try to arrange it if there's a vacant room, but here, if you want to get in early, you have to pay extra. If you prioritize views, quietness, and the overall check-in experience, I personally don't recommend this hotel.

This property was right in the heart of everything easy to get to easy to walk to other shops, restaurants, the beach, anywhere you want to go. It’s right in the heart of things, but the best thing of all was my room. I had a one bedroom suite on the 37th floor, which is only one away from the penthouse top level it was absolutely excellent. The bed was good. The kitchen was a bonus. I was able to cook my own bacon which was wonderful. The convenience store was also great and the prices were not inflated or unexpectedly high. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall this was a great place but my favorite thing was being able to sit out on my balcony and look at the beach and watch the sunset and watch a sailboat regatta in the evening while the cool breezes blew my way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone else
