HHuaxiangrongThe room on the first floor was damp, and the air conditioning felt cold and humid. The hotel is brand new, having just opened, and offers charging stations. Breakfast was quite average; they didn't even have basic cappuccino. However, the hotel staff's service awareness is excellent. A major plus is their shuttle service to scenic spots; today, Master Rao's pick-up and drop-off service was exceptionally warm and friendly, big thanks to him! The hotel's complimentary souvenir was very creative, showing how progressive they are. Hope to get my favorite coffee next time. Keep up the good work!

GGuest UserThis hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!

The leisure pool and fitness area are all-encompassing, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. The restaurant offers a rich variety of dishes, featuring local specialties. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors authentic, all within an elegant and comfortable dining environment. In my free time, I visited Huangguoshu at night; the waterfall, illuminated by lights, was magnificent and dreamlike, creating an immersive and atmospheric experience. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and patient, providing detailed answers to my questions about tour routes and check-in procedures with a friendly and thoughtful attitude. The hotel's excellent location makes getting around and sightseeing convenient. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it.

XXiaoqisangnajiI'm really on vacation ⛱️ I came out with my good friends and wanted to find a place to stay for a day. here! You can spend a whole day in the B&B. The public area is large and very relaxing. The green plants in the store are well maintained and the air quality is great. There are many cherry trees, mulberry trees, and loquat trees in the store. You can pick and eat the fruits yourself, which is full of fun. I also experienced mountain biking. I took some photos while the wind was blowing (mountain roads are not easy to ride on). There is also a place to eat in the B&B, you can order food, and the taste is really good. The facilities in the room are very good and thoughtful. You can see the beautiful mountain view from the room. There are a lot of toiletries, which are very complete. Snack packs are also prepared, and there are a lot of items in the minibar. The service attitude of the housekeeper was also very good. He brought us bags when we were picking cherries. The aunt in the store also took us to pick mulberries and taught us how to climb trees. The guy who came to pick us up was very enthusiastic, and the handsome guy who made cocktails for us in the evening was also very nice, and he made cocktails according to our tastes! Such a treasured B&B and such a treasured resort hotel must be shared! One hundred points 💯!

The hotel is far from the city and restaurants but the staff do tell you that in advance so they can prepare lunch and dinner for you. I found it to be the perfect escape in nature✨
The staff were so friendly and helped with everything I needed.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed this hotel. The location is so peaceful and very close to the waterfalls. The VIP walk gives you a really clear view of the falls. The best is honestly the manager Xu, Wei and Wang. They were so nice and attentive to our needs and even had a celebration for the tuanyuan holidays. Great breakfast too, they knew we were foreigners so manager Xu went to get some bread for us for breakfast !!!! It’s by far the best hotel we have been since our trip. They really accommodate us and even pickup us up when we head to town for diner !!!!! I will definitely come back if I’m back in Guiyang. It really made some great memories for our China Trip!

Kkakizhong1. The room had an unpleasant smell, as if the room had not been ventilated after renovation. I told the staff and they said they were used to it and that if you couldn't stand it, just spray some air freshener. I went to another room and smelled it, and the smell was even more pungent. The staff sneaked away before the problem was solved. When I took out my clothes to wash the next day, my pajamas smelled like the rest of the room. It is recommended to stay with caution if you have children.
2. There were people smoking in the hotel's breakfast restaurant, and there was no staff supervising it. I asked the three staff members on duty at the front desk, and they said that smoking was not prohibited in the restaurant. At the same time, they also said that I could write it in the review.
3. The clothes hanging rope in the shower room will fall down when one piece of clothing is hung on it, and will slide into a V-shape and pile up together when two or more pieces of clothing are hung on it.
4. There are only about 10 underground parking spaces in the hotel. If you arrive late, you will have to park on the ground.
5. No coffee for breakfast
6. The toilet is separated from the room by an opaque glass, but the room can see the figure of the person using the toilet, which is very embarrassing

GGuest UserStaying at the Four Points by Sheraton while visiting Huangguoshu was such a breeze! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the scenic area, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep at night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded and it is very spacious with a high cost performance ratio! The key point is that the B&B is located in the scenic area. There is also a free shuttle bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, so you can avoid the surging crowds during the May Day holiday by traveling in the morning and evening. In addition to its good location, the B&B is also beautiful, clean and comfortable, with considerate and in-place service. There is also a small ball pool and a slide in the room for children to play. It is a first-class experience to travel with children~ Five-star praise!
