GGuest UserThis hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!

GGuest UserMy month-long trip around Yunnan and Guizhou came to a perfect end, and I was so happy to finally visit the long-anticipated Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun. I chose this Anshun Huangguoshu Kaiyuan Mingdu Resort Hotel from Trip.com. The online reviews were excellent, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The hotel is right next to the scenic area, with beautiful surroundings and pleasant views. The hotel's high-end design style is elegant and unique, and the decor is luxurious and sophisticated. The lovely front desk supervisor provided warm and attentive service, even upgrading me to a deluxe king room. Fresh fruit was delivered to my room every afternoon. The hotel restaurant was also very clean and tidy, and the food was exceptionally delicious. In the evenings, I could read, swim, or work out – all great options. The breakfast was also especially tasty, making every day happy and comfortable. It's a wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday, and I'll definitely stay for a few more days next time! 🥤🥤

GGuest UserThis time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! Come again next time~
Facilities: The toiletries, speakers, and tea sets in the room are all of high quality, and you can see the owner's care.
Service: The housekeeper is warm and considerate. I was lucky enough to meet the boss in the store. He is a sentimental and chatty brother. It was a very happy experience staying in the hotel! Great!
Free pick-up: Very convenient, especially for traveling with the elderly and children, free pick-up for business class 7 seats, worry-free and comfortable to sit
Environment: Needless to say, the environment is very good. You can immerse yourself in nature. After playing Huangguoshu, you can also find a quiet place to listen to the birds singing and the sound of water, and escape from the world.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic experience! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They helped with our luggage and even gave us beautiful sunflowers when we checked in. The swimming pool was super photogenic, and the overall views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the waterfall across the way was so refreshing. I'll definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in that pool!

GGuest UserBooked two rooms! Highly recommend ~ comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location! We had a lot of luggage from our road trip, and they thoughtfully helped us load it into the car. You should try the tea in the hotel lobby, it's delicious. They even refilled our hot water kettle, which was very much appreciated ~ The location near the scenic area is also super convenient ~ there's a VIP service that picks you up and drops you off at the hotel! Walking to the nearby Zangxiangge restaurant for a meal is also a great option!

GGuest UserI like the room (mine is a queen balcony room). Love the balcony that looks out to a plot of green. The location is wonderful, just a short walk (10 mins) to 上帝视角 and 2 mins walk to the entrance of the attraction. Which is convenient for the night tour and morning water curtain visit (have to booked in advance; book the earliest timeslot at 7am and you get to enjoy the entire waterfall curtain walk to yourself!). If there is anything not so great - the menu is limited for a solo traveller. The portion of the food is way too huge for solo traveller and well, it’s okay if you are a family or couple staying here. And there are no other nearby food options, except maybe the attraction eatery, but there will be none at night. So you can only eat their hotel’s food. The butler hospitality is awesome! 小檀 helped me to craft an itinerary for the next day where I did 大圣之眼，铜鼓荡，安顺古城， before I depart to anshun west train station for my next destination. They also helped recommend a driver to bring me from anshun west train station to the hotel. Remember to add them on WeChat before your hotel stay (1 day before they will contact you on trip.com inbox) and coordinate your entry time to the park (they have to clear you in advance so that you can enter the park; this hotel is inside the park).
Breakfast options are plenty. Bed is firm but comfortable. For a solo female traveller - I feel safe. All in all, will return again!

GGuest UserThis hotel gave me a perfect Anshun travel experience! I was very impressed, so here's a detailed review:
1. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area (Beer Plaza entrance). Even during the May Day holiday, we got in smoothly around 8 AM without any queues. When heading back to Guiyang, you can take a taxi to the bus station, then a bus to Anshun West Station for the high-speed rail, or take a direct 2-hour bus from the bus station straight to Guiyang North Station.
2. The hotel facilities are incredibly thoughtful. There's a self-service check-in machine, and the rooms are very spacious. The overall decor has a understated, wooden style, and it's clean and quiet. The washroom is designed with a wet/dry separation, featuring two sinks and a bathtub. The slippers, toiletries, and bedding are all high quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.
3. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is perfect to start eating around 7:30 AM. There's a wide variety, mainly Chinese dishes, including noodle soups, stir-fries, coarse grains, and the spicy chicken was particularly delicious.
4. The hotel service is attentive and excellent. The doorman enthusiastically helped with our luggage, and the front desk staff, even when busy, patiently answered all our questions. We could also store our luggage in the morning.
5. Right next to the hotel are various restaurants where you can enjoy sour soup hotpot, dry pot, and griddle-cooked dishes for about 70-80 RMB per person. We ate really well during our stay! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Before coming, I was worried that the May Day holiday crowds would make our trip difficult, but this hotel really alleviated all those concerns. It was excellent, excellent!

GGuest UserThis is a five-star hotel with 158 rooms that opens in 2025.10 in January, close to the Huajiang Bridge attractions. The hotel facilities and equipment are quite satisfactory, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The beautiful beauty Xiaohong at the front desk was warm and thoughtful and upgraded the room. The breakfast was very good, Chinese and Western food was available and the service was very good.
Parking is available in front of the hotel. It is a restaurant that does not have meals around, but the hotel can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. I hope the room can put a mosquito repellent.

GGuest UserThis is a high-star chain hotel right next to Huangguoshu Waterfall. What's really great, and something many five-star hotels lack, is their self-service laundry room. There are plenty of washer-dryers, enough for my friend and me even during a holiday.
The hotel seems to be split into multiple buildings, some newer and some older. Our room had a balcony. We didn't try the hotel breakfast, but the other facilities and services were excellent. It's really good value for money, even on a holiday, and definitely worth staying at.

There are many food options opposite the hotel, and there is also a Trust-Mart supermarket, which makes shopping convenient. The room is large and the hygiene is good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. But it is not friendly enough for vegetarians. Among the several hot dishes provided, only the green vegetables are vegan, while the other stir-fried vegetables contain minced meat or shredded meat. It is recommended to clearly separate meat and vegetarian dishes. Because for non-vegetarians, adding a little bit of shredded meat to vegetables will not turn the vegetable dish into a meat dish, but for vegetarians, adding shredded meat to vegetables means one less option.
