"My stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning. The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it."

"The experience was pretty mediocre, and the service was particularly poor. Firstly, the front desk service was unclear. When I was checking in, the front desk told me to wait a few minutes for them to confirm the room status. When I came back a few minutes later, the previous staff member was gone and hadn't briefed their colleague. Secondly, after checking in, the front desk staff only said, 'The elevator is next to you.' Couldn't they at least tell me which floor the hotel rooms are on, and where and when breakfast is served? Is that too much to ask? Is it really that hard to provide this basic information? I'm not even talking about help with luggage or guiding me to my floor, but later when I was wandering in the lobby during the rain, I noticed they actually do offer that service, maybe just for members. Finally, in the 'naughty castle' (indoor playground) on the first floor lobby, the climbing net was broken. Normally, it's a grid of fabric straps that would only allow a foot to go through at most, but several spots in the middle were torn, meaning smaller children could fall right through. My three-year-old fell right through and hit the ground, crying immediately. I know parents are responsible for supervision, and I didn't check the facility beforehand, assuming that a hotel of this size would at least have safe facilities. But I still recommend that if they're going to have an indoor playground, they should thoroughly inspect it for any safety hazards! Lastly, the front desk efficiency was again poor. Before checking out, I left my license plate number at the front desk. They asked if we were coming back or leaving now. We replied we weren't coming back and were leaving now. They said they would register the license plate immediately. However, when we drove out, the barrier failed to recognize the car. We circled back, and it still failed. We eventually had to park in front of the hotel and communicate with the front desk again before the barrier finally recognized the car and lifted! Objectively, the executive lounge staff were very polite, the overall food was good, the location was also good, and the hygiene was acceptable. It was just the service that let everything down!"

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our requests were handled promptly, and the service was detailed and heartwarming. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, making for an excellent overall experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"If you're planning a trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall, this is the place to stay! You get two coffee vouchers, the environment is beautiful, and you absolutely must try a bath – it's so comfortable. The bathtub is huge, and they even provide two kinds of pretty colored bath salts. If your feet are tired, they also offer foot soaking tubs. All the rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows and a small courtyard, which I absolutely loved. If you're not in a rush, I'd recommend staying an extra two days to explore the hotel's amenities. The breakfast was amazing and can be delivered to your room. A special shoutout to the delicious sandwiches!"

"Our first stop on our Guizhou trip was Anshun, and we stayed at this veteran five-star hotel. As the old saying goes, even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. They said it was just renovated in 2023, but honestly, I didn't notice much of a renovation, though everything still feels quite new and definitely acceptable. One minor flaw was a slight crack on the edge of the bathtub, but other than that, I had no complaints. The linens in the room were very well-maintained, and it came with a smart toilet. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable stay. Attention to detail was superb. They provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. Every day, the room was stocked with two cans of milk and some small snacks. These aren't expensive items, but it shows incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. As a five-star hotel, their cleaning and hygiene standards are top-notch. Even the basic room type was very spacious and comfortable. Since Anshun is all about the food, I initially didn't plan on booking breakfast with the hotel. However, I later booked a river tracing activity at Luoyang River, which required us to leave at 8:30 AM. So, I switched to a package that included a single breakfast, only paying an extra 15 RMB. The value for money was incredible! While the quality might not compare to a top-tier five-star hotel's buffet breakfast, nothing was overlooked – it had everything you could need. Seriously, for the price, the value was off the charts. The hotel is a standalone building with an impressive and grand lobby. Food delivery can come directly to the room. Each floor requires a key card to access the elevators. Delivery drivers need to register at the front desk to get a temporary elevator card to reach the guest floors, so security is exceptionally tight. During the peak summer travel season, I booked a basic room with a single breakfast for one night at 410 RMB through Ctrip. I genuinely feel this hotel offers incredible value for money, and my stay was extremely satisfying. The location is also excellent; a taxi ride to Gufu Street for snacks is practically the minimum fare."

"This time I took my parents to visit Huangguoshu and stayed at Zhiye Hotel. The experience was amazing and I have to praise it! First of all, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the hotel housekeeper! From the moment we added WeChat, we were full of enthusiasm. Not only did they kindly remind me that the cherry blossoms in the store were in full bloom and provided free high-speed rail transportation, but they also showed great care in our communication when they learned that I was traveling with my 70-year-old parents. Whether it was patiently answering questions about the time it takes to get from the high-speed rail to the hotel, the details of the pick-up and drop-off service, or helping to plan a travel guide to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it all made people feel warm. Although the hotel's food and beverages are limited in variety, they are indeed delicious. I love the sour soup beef hotpot. I am drooling just thinking about it now. The hotpot is also good, with fresh ingredients, good taste, large portions and great value for money! Come again next time~ Facilities: The toiletries, speakers, and tea sets in the room are all of high quality, and you can see the owner's care. Service: The housekeeper is warm and considerate. I was lucky enough to meet the boss in the store. He is a sentimental and chatty brother. It was a very happy experience staying in the hotel! Great! Free pick-up: Very convenient, especially for traveling with the elderly and children, free pick-up for business class 7 seats, worry-free and comfortable to sit Environment: Needless to say, the environment is very good. You can immerse yourself in nature. After playing Huangguoshu, you can also find a quiet place to listen to the birds singing and the sound of water, and escape from the world."

"My stay at the Anshun Aowei Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Check-in was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming, even providing a helpful introduction to the hotel facilities – my impression was fantastic. The hotel's retro-style decor was very stylish. The sofas and beds in the room were exceptionally comfortable, and the decorative paintings and lighting fixtures added a touch of sophistication. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! The freshly baked bread was soft and delicious, the selection of dishes was extensive, and there was also fresh fruit – a satisfying start to the day. From the service to the facilities to the food, you could feel the care and attention put into every detail. Choosing this hotel in Anshun is definitely the right decision; I'll be back!"

"It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. Even though I stayed there for three nights, I still couldn’t bear to leave."

"The hotel has been open for quite some time, and the facilities are well-maintained; I personally think it offers good value for money. However, I have two complaints. First, the outdoor hot spring water wasn't very clean, especially since I went during the day, so it was quite noticeable. Second, I ordered takeout at night. The delivery guy had already brought it to the front desk at 11 PM, but after waiting for the delivery robot to take it upstairs for over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. I couldn't get through to the front desk or the main switchboard around 11:30 PM either. In the end, I had no choice but to go downstairs to pick it up myself. During the National Day holiday, with so many people, one robot delivery service is definitely not enough. If there aren't enough robots, they should arrange for hotel staff to deliver instead of making guests wait idly in their rooms."
