Yibo·Yuemei Hotel (Gufu Street, Anshun Ancient City) ★★★
"Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient, with no long queues. The room was meticulously cleaned, facilities were well-maintained, and the internet was stable and fast. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making for a smooth overall experience. Highly recommend!"
Mercure Hotel Guizhou Anshun West Railway Station ★★★★
"Mercure Anshun West Station boasts an excellent location, being very close to the high-speed train station, making travel convenient. Anshun West Station is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and bright, with relatively new facilities, and the soundproofing is decent. Check-in at the front desk was efficient. Overall, it was a good stay, suitable for a layover."
Vienna International Hotel (Anshun West High-speed Railway Station Branch) ★★★★
"Quite close to the high-speed train station, but the breakfast was just okay."
Bailing Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★
"The sheets were fresh, and the overall cleanliness was good. It's right next to a large park with beautiful surroundings. A 20-minute walk takes you to an ancient town, which is very lively in the evenings. The front desk staff and the floor attendant were both warm and attentive. There's a hot spring, but we didn't get to try it. For breakfast, they have freshly made Guiyang rice noodles, or you can opt for stir-fries, fried rice, bread, eggs, and more. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. The photos are of the surrounding scenery."
Meicheng Hotel (Anshun High-Speed Railway West Station) ★★
"The price is cheap and the service is great. The two young ladies at the front desk were very gentle and patient. There's also a washing machine and dryer downstairs, which is perfect for a lazy person like me!"
Atour Hotel Anshun Ancient City Hongshan Lake ★★★★
"This is one of the most modern hotels in China I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and spacious, with great views of the lake and bright interiors. It's also close to the ancient city to go on foot."
Yuelida Grand Hotel (Anshun Ancient City Gufu Street Branch) ★★★★
"This hotel is the closest one to both the city center and the ancient town. Right downstairs, you'll find both an above-ground and an underground shopping mall, as well as the ancient town itself. Even though I'm a local, I opted to stay here with my husband and child instead of with relatives. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. We stayed for two nights and appreciated the convenient parking. Everyone is welcome to visit Anshun, explore Huangguoshu Waterfall, and try the local Anshun snacks!"
All Seasons Hotel (Anshun West Station Yingbin Road Branch) ★★★★
"When I entered the room, there was still an odor, and the window was tiny, making ventilation impossible. As for breakfast, I went at around 9:10 AM, and most of the food was already gone with no timely refills. The congee was watery, mostly broth with hardly any rice. This was the only time I've ever had nothing to eat at a Quarter (Quanji) Hotel breakfast."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Anshun Ancient City Gufu Street Store) ★★★★
"Next door there's a market, and the chickens start crowing at 6 AM, going on until past 10 AM. When I got to the hotel at night, I went straight to bed. I had two pillows stacked, and when I picked up the top one the next morning, the one underneath had bloodstains on it. (See photos) There's no trash can near the sink, which is inconvenient. The area around the washbasin wasn't cleaned and was very dirty. (See pictures) The front desk staff drove off and wouldn't let me register my license plate, and the barrier lift was also very slow."

DoubleTree by Hilton Anshun
"I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Anshun for my trip and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, check-in was quick, and they answered all my questions. The room was very tidy and clean, even the corners were spotless. The bed was soft and I slept really well. The hotel's location is also great, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The pool water quality was good too. Overall, no complaints, the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and it's good value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Anshun."
Bolian Resort & SPA
"Subject: Serious Complaint and Feedback Regarding Breakfast Service at Your Hotel Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service Department: Hello! I am a guest who recently stayed in room 6012 of your hotel. I am writing this letter to formally complain about the extremely unprofessional and appalling service experience I had during my meal at your hotel. This experience not only severely damaged my dining experience as a customer but also raised serious doubts about your hotel's management level and service standards. The specific events are as follows: At 10:00 AM on August 27, 2026, I took my child to your hotel restaurant for breakfast. Just as I was about to eat, I was unreasonably urged by the waitress, Yu Xuejing, to "eat quickly." This rude and unprofessional behavior left me feeling extremely shocked and uncomfortable. Even worse, during the subsequent service, when collecting the child's meal fee, the waitress was extremely arrogant, displaying a completely condescending attitude and showing absolutely no sense of service. As a service industry worker, instead of greeting guests with a smile and answering their questions patiently, the staff member displayed extreme aggression and impatience towards the guest. This behavior seriously violates the basic principles of the hotel service industry. After I stated that I would file a complaint, the staff member "generously" showed me their name tag. I will subsequently forward the complaint to Anshun Tourism Group and the headquarters of Bailian Hotel."
AUWI Hotel
"My stay at the Anshun Aowei Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Check-in was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming, even providing a helpful introduction to the hotel facilities – my impression was fantastic. The hotel's retro-style decor was very stylish. The sofas and beds in the room were exceptionally comfortable, and the decorative paintings and lighting fixtures added a touch of sophistication. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! The freshly baked bread was soft and delicious, the selection of dishes was extensive, and there was also fresh fruit – a satisfying start to the day. From the service to the facilities to the food, you could feel the care and attention put into every detail. Choosing this hotel in Anshun is definitely the right decision; I'll be back!"
HUANG GUO SHU DUO BEI YUN SHE HOTEL
"The butler will contact you by phone in advance to set up a group chat, which is quite convenient for any requests. We received complimentary coffee vouchers and breakfast daily. There's a shuttle service to tourist attractions, and even a parting gift upon check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch."
Huangguoshu Yizhai • VINVANA | Chinese Style • Humanistic Boutique Homestay
"The room was spacious and very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall. Getting a taxi was super easy, and they offered a convenient shuttle service to the scenic area using a large, comfortable van. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent; they answered all our questions. The soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy at all. I would definitely recommend it to friends."
Meilan Hot Spring Hotel
"Our family chose the Anshun Meilan Hot Spring Hotel for our road trip to Anshun. The hotel surroundings are lovely, with lush greenery everywhere, and a hot spring pool right outside the front desk for guests to enjoy. Parking is super convenient and free of charge. Although the room decor is a few years old, it still feels high-end and elegant. Breakfast was also very impressive, with many guests dining. The only downside was the lack of teacups in the room. As a Ctrip Diamond member who has stayed in numerous major hotels, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel that doesn't provide teacups. I hope they can rectify this in the future and offer teacups to guests. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall experience; I still give the Anshun Meilan Hot Spring Hotel a big thumbs up and a 10/10 rating."
Huangguoshu Shengpin Cloud Stone Village B&B
"This is an honest review. We booked two double rooms for two elderly people and one child. Regarding service: The hotel is located in a mountain village. No one contacted us beforehand to give directions; the navigation only led to the roadside, and we didn't see any signs for the guesthouse. We called the front desk, and they said they would send a car down to pick us up. We waited by the roadside in the sun for over ten minutes, urging them three times, before they finally sent a waterlogged electric cart. Once we got to the top of the mountain, there were only ladders, and no one helped with our luggage. When we went to check in with the elderly and the child, we asked for an extra blanket because the child kicked it off, but the front desk said they didn't have any. The room was upstairs, without an elevator, so we had to walk upstairs with our luggage. The hotel said they would provide dinner, but when we booked, they said two items were unavailable, this wasn't available, that wasn't available, and even at 7 pm, they deliberately asked which room we were in and what time we were planning to eat. The front desk staff were deliberately difficult, refusing to cooperate with any requests. We left a message saying we needed children's amenities, and the hotel replied that they could provide them, but none of them were available upon check-in. Regarding facilities, cleanliness, and environment: Dirty. The towels were blackened, and the bathtub and toothbrush cup were full of bugs. The air conditioner kept making strange noises; it was unbearably hot and stuffy when off, and unbearably noisy when on. Regarding breakfast: It's worth mentioning. The accommodation is near the scenic area, which opens at 6:30 AM, and their breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. Those who know, know. We went to the restaurant at 7:23 AM, and an older woman was sweeping. I asked her if breakfast was available at 7:30 AM, or if she started making it at 7:30 AM. She said it was already prepared. I asked if we could eat a few minutes earlier to get to the scenic area, as it's peak season and crowded. She said no, it had to be at 7:30 AM. I immediately turned around and left with the elderly and children. It felt like I was begging for money when I paid for the accommodation. Regarding the shuttle service: The night before, we communicated with the shuttle driver, saying that we needed someone to go to the site to buy tickets for the same day (we couldn't get online tickets) by 6:30 AM the next morning. The driver agreed. Back at the hotel, we told the front desk we needed a ride down the mountain at 6:30 AM. The front desk refused outright. ? I didn't ask you to take me, the driver already agreed, and you refused without even communicating with him. Isn't that just nitpicking? I travel frequently for work, spending a third of the year staying in hotels, and this is truly the worst hotel I've ever encountered, bar none. The attached picture shows the mountain road leading to the hotel. I sincerely hope everyone avoids this place, especially those traveling with elderly people, children, or a lot of luggage."
Wutong Hot Spring Hotel
"The room is clean and comfortable. The free hot spring is clean and the water temperature is high. It is very cost-effective. I will stay here again next time. It is worth recommending. 👍👍👍"
Vienna International Hotel (Anshun Ancient City Gufu Street Branch)
"The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian street. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need, making for a super comfortable stay. The staff were patient, meticulous, and very professional, even sharing recommendations for local specialty foods. Very nice! 😊"
Anshun Kaixuan Hotel (Nanma Plaza)
"I wasn't going to say anything, but I thought I'd better. I paid an extra 16 yuan for a room that cost 165 yuan including breakfast. They said breakfast would be collected at 8:30 am, but when I arrived at 8 am, they had already started collecting it. I only took two eggs. The room was really old and dilapidated; the paint was peeling everywhere, and the carpet smelled terrible. I really suggest that hotels that can't regularly clean their carpets shouldn't have them at all, because over time it will affect guests' stay. Also, the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty and no one refilled them. In conclusion, this hotel needs a complete overhaul, both in terms of staff management and facilities."
Xiborn Hotel (Anshun Ancient City Gufu Street)
"This is not the first time I have stayed in their hotel. The price/performance ratio is OK. You can take a taxi when you have your own parking lot. It is very convenient, convenient transportation, complete facilities. There is a self-service laundry room and dryer on the third floor. Environmental sanitation is quite worthy of recognition, very good recommendation."
Nanting hotel
"Very close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was clean and tidy – really nice! There are some snack stalls right outside the hotel entrance, and the glutinous rice was delicious 😋"
GRANDVIEW HOTEL
"The room hygiene was unbelievably bad! Anyone visiting Anshun, steer clear of this place! I've been a Ctrip Diamond member for years and an F5 on another platform, having stayed in all sorts of hotels, but I've never encountered one this terrible! I booked for several nights, and not once was the room properly cleaned. Dirty trash bags were left in the middle of the room, the showerhead was broken, the sink wasn't wiped, the bed wasn't made, the mirror was covered in water stains, and the towels and bath towels weren't replaced. There was dust everywhere. On the morning of the third day, I complained to the front desk. They promised to ensure a thorough cleaning, replace the towels, and address the broken showerhead. However, when I returned to the hotel that evening, I found that the towels and bath towels hadn't been replaced at all – they were just refolded (this hotel's towels have a lot of loose threads and stains, making it very obvious if they're new or not). It made me question if they ever actually replace towels after a guest checks out, or if they just refold them! The showerhead also hadn't been fixed. It was only after I got angry with the night shift staff that a maintenance person was called to fix it. The daytime front desk completely misled me; none of their promises were kept. The hotel's compensation methods were also quite unique. When I complained about the uncleaned room, their proposed compensation was to make the bed and replace the towels, which are basic hygiene requirements anyway. And even then, the towels weren't actually replaced. After I complained again, the compensation offered was to move me to an identical room at nearly midnight. Beyond the room hygiene, this hotel has many other issues. The soundproofing is terrible. It claims to be a hotel opened in 2026, but the facilities are old and rundown; it seems like a rather dilapidated hotel that just got a superficial facelift and a new name. The service is also very poor. I booked for two adults and one child and wanted an extra bottle of water, but was flat-out refused, told that the hotel policy is only two bottles per room. Fine, I'm paying hundreds a night, so if they won't give me a 2-yuan bottle of water, so be it. But when I asked for an extra set of towels, I was told they didn't have any. It really makes me wonder if this hotel has a very limited supply of towels and no spares for changing. There's no floor mat in the bathroom, and the bathroom door doesn't seal properly, so after a shower, the floor next to it is soaked. The shower water is constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. The breakfast is terrible. The so-called 24-hour butler service is non-existent. The parking lot is tiny, and external vehicles park there, so finding a spot is purely down to luck. It's safe to say it's bad across the board; the overall facilities, service, and price are completely mismatched."
Zhaoqi Hotel (Anshun College)
"Playing by Anshun with children in the middle of the trip, I plan to go shopping around to eat some food. Compared with Trip.com , **, and Gaode, many hotels have average reviews. I saw that Chaoqi Hotel has no bad reviews and placed an order decisively. The check-in experience is really surprising, the front desk lady is particularly good at serving, warm and friendly. The overall stay is great, it is convenient to travel and eat, there is also an electric car at the door, the transition accommodation is very suitable, it is recommended to travel options such as family business couples! We booked a room without breakfast coupons. When I checked in, I asked the beautiful sister at the front desk to send us the meal coupons (because we have to sleep late, it doesn’t matter if we eat or not)"
